Fantastic home base for visiting Jaen. It’s close to the city, but far enough to feel secluded. The property is magnificent, and the amenities perfect. Jesus, the property manger, was so kind to our family and a highlight of our trip.

The apartment is as it appears in the photos. As for the location, it is very well located with some supermarkets nearby and we were able to park without a problem near the place. Ana Isabel was an excellent host who answered all the questions we had and was attentive to us at all times.

We had a good week in Vicente's house. Vicente was very accommodating on check-in and check-out times and he was also very available during our stay to answer our questions. The house is well-equipped and pleasant, with air conditioning in the 2 living rooms and ceiling fans in the rooms. There is a large terrace and a pool that we enjoyed! We were three couples because at the last minute I couldn't come by a fourth couple. The place is nice, in a quiet, old neighborhood, that the neighbors take great care of. For the car it is more difficult to park, although we talked to Rafael and it helped us a lot. The only important thing, they don't have gel or shower shampoo, removing that was great at the place. It had everything you need, even details like AC in every bathroom. The house is a renovated old house. Very cozy.

Maribel was very welcoming and friendly. We had an issue with the electric and she came straight away and sorted it out for us. (We were using too many kWh at one time, so it tripped the switch!) easy fixed. We didn't repeat it either... The apartment was spacious and very clean. It had a homely feeling to the apartment. We were able to park outside in the street, 30 seconds away from the front door... The little extras were a nice touch, shampoo, milk, extra blankets for example. We didn't need for anything.

A very large and comfortable apartment!! Everything from 10, if I have to put something negative is the access to the street that is pedestrian and with uphill suitcases gets a bit more complicated. Otherwise, everything is very good.
