Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Jackson County

What a home away from home. This space provided everything we needed, particularly peace away from the world. Plenty of space for the dogs to play around the yard and in the home. The fireplace was perfect to warm up to on a few chilly days. we were very happy to see that there was snow on the ground! The windows allow you to see the river and trees in the backyard. Plenty of areas in the house to be together or have some time to yourself. This was the perfect place for self care and we will be back again!

Had a great time at Cheryl’s house! It was the perfect house for our girl’s weekend. Lots of space with a large kitchen, and beautiful view of the lake. Loved curling up by the fireplace and chatting at night. So many bedrooms and space for our whole group. We can’t wait to come back in the summer!

This place was great and was just as described. Plenty of parking, zero egress (other than the shower which was noted in the listing), space was super welcoming with a cute screen saver on the tv and Laurie was very responsive. Hot tub was great and just steps outside. We would consider staying there again!

We had a wonderful stay at Bethany’s place! We had originally booked for 6 nights but extended the trip one day. It was cozy but it had everything we possibly needed. The instructions were clear and it was easy to feel right at home. It was 4 of us so it was fine with just one bathroom. Laundry was easy to do, and the best part was the hot tub. It was so easy to go out there and have a nice relaxing time. Half way thru our stay we needed something and Bethany was super helpful and quick to respond. The location was perfect as well as it is only 15 min from Walmart. we did make a couple of trips there for some extra food. We would definitely book again next winter!

Wow…just, wow! Amazing experience. Tyler and co. and their property surpassed any and every expectation I had for what my weekend would look like. From booking to our departure, they were very responsive, thoughtful, and intentional. The property was just gorgeous. Pictures do not do it justice and nor do my words. Best thing I can say to honor it would be to book the property yourselves and do so without hesitation or doubt. It is an experience that can only be understood by a visit. I invited my family to join me on this trip as it was my wish to create new memories and share uninterrupted time with the ones I love most. This property will now hold a very special place in my heart. I would like to thank the team behind the listing for the love and care that was shown to me and my family. Really enjoyed my stay at Mindy's cabin, so much so booked an additional night! It was a cozy and quiet, private escape and just what I needed.

We rented Daniel's home for our family Christmas. There were 6 adults, 6 children and our lab. The home was spacious enough we didn't feel we were on top of each other. There were plenty of sleeping spaces and having 2 1/2 bathrooms was a huge plus. The kids and Dads had a blast in the garage playing foosball. It was great having a place for the kids to go and play that allowed them to stretch out and make noise without having to worry about disturbing the other family members. The kitchen had everything we needed, and Daniel had the whole house decorated for Christmas including a beautiful tree. He really made sure our stay was perfect. Daniel was very responsive to the few questions we had, and very friendly. The family requested we rent it again next year for our family Christmas, they enjoyed it so much!

The home was very cozy and we had a very comfortable stay. Sarah gave us clear instructions how to get to the house. It was clean and spacious. We had everything we needed. The only annoying thing were flies, but the house is wooden so I think it’s a common thing for that. Overall we are satisfied with our stay
