Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Jackson County

Payton is a fantastic host. The location is outstanding for those traveling to the area to enjoy the outdoors. The home is relaxing, and has easy access to the main roads while located in a very quiet area. The pole barn available for use is well lit, and well equipped for processing game, and the propane grill allowed us to fire up some steaks to enjoy in the screened porch which made for a great morale boost from coming back from the woods. Comfortable beds, and squishy-soft furniture made it a great home away from home. We will definitely be returning to this great location!

My son got married in Grand view which is lovely, but has NO infrastructure. While most of the guests stayed in motels in Marianna, I wanted something large enough for the Groom's men (and a woman) , my brother and his wife, me and some dear friends. The Willis House was perfect! It was big enough so that people could have their own personal space to get away, or work together on a meal or a wedding project. We stayed an extra night to decompress and it was well worth the money. Karen and her family were excellent hosts, we felt right at home. There is enough to do in the area, that I plan to go back! Only 3 1/2 hours from Atlanta, but a different world. There are caverns, trails, kayak adventures and lots of nature. I highly recommend the Willis House!

Charming warm place, conveniently located. Wonderful yard and living area, especially if you have pets. Very clean. Host full of south charm and responsiveness. Served as a peaceful retreat for me and my family while dealing with the loss of my parents.

This house was perfect to have my family all in the same place for Thanksgiving week. The house was cozy and well stocked with items. We really enjoyed our stay and will def be booking again. They even sent back some items that were accidentally left by our party so we were very grateful for that.

The home is very spacious and peaceful. The yard is large but there is also a small fenced in area making it perfect for our 4 legged family members. Nikki is a true gem and was so kind and helpful to us as we evacuated for a hurricane.

It was so wonderfully peaceful staying at Kerri’s home. I mostly enjoyed the water and kayaking (so nice that the kayaks were available to use!!) it was quiet and still with little current and perfect for the kids to practice kayaking! We had everything we needed. Even though we didn’t use it, she even had coffee and sugar available. That speaks volumes of how much someone cares about your comfort 😃 Thank you again Kerri for allowing us to enjoy the peace and quiet of your lovely home!

This lake house was absolutely amazing! The location is incredibly relaxing and peaceful with breathtaking sunrise and sunset views from the balcony. Stargazing at night from the dock was amazing with all the bright and vibrant stars! I mostly loved spending time on the screened-in patio and the dock, soaking in the fresh air and serenity. This is the perfect place to reset and recharge! Sheena is an outstanding host, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home, like the Bibles and little Bible verses, which added to the calming and peaceful atmosphere. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again!
