Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Jackson County

We really enjoyed our stay in Steamboat, and Cody’s place was perfect. It’s recently renovated, well equipped, and comfortable. It’s also right in town, and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend for two people, and dogs are also allowed, though we didn’t end up bringing ours. Thanks to Cody for making this great stay!

We had such a great stay here with our pups! The location was really cool because it felt remote and had stunning views. The back porch and fenced yard were a great perk as well. We watched many, many deer which was cool! Communication with Tasha was great as well! We were here for a dog sled race at State Forest State Park and this was definitely an ideal location for the event. Would love to stay here again for the race next year!

Lovely updated modern home with a cute cabin-looking exterior. We enjoyed walking our dog in the neighborhood with fresh snow that was promptly cleared from streets, sidewalks and our driveway. Walkable to restaurants of all kinds, bakeries and cafes, and an arcade. Comfortable beds. We had some difficulty learning how to regulate the hot water- if you ran a bath too fast, the hot water stopped before the bathtub was even 2 inches full, and you couldn’t get hot water again until 15 minutes later. But if you ran it slowly, you could fill it enough to bathe. Owners should add precise instructions about this to the house manual. Otherwise we had no issues with anything and enjoyed our stay immensely!

This is a very nice place with epic views of the mountain. The sauna is great and we enjoyed it, but it is shared with the other unit. The walk to the slopes is less than 10 minutes, but it is a hilly walk that might be a problem for some people. You can always get a shuttle instead of walking.

Yves and Megan were wonderful hosts, welcoming and going the extra mile when it came to my grocery delivery mix up to make sure I had what I needed given my late arrival. The house is a home which is apparent from the thoughtful touches throughout, fun family photos, heirloom linens, and fully stocked kitchen. The location is exceptional as it is one of the few available rentals in old town, walkable to shops and restaurants downtown and immediately accessible to the local trail system. The neighbors are friendly and most had dogs which our lab Scout thoroughly enjoyed on her daily walks on Butcher Knife and Spring Creek trails.

Wendy was an amazing and gracious host. She met us at the house and walked us through before check -in. She was super responsive. The home is lovely, well appointed and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay and hope to return again.

Great location — 5 min from ski drop off and pick up — comfy beds, and good communication. I was surprised to find that they had no kettle! But they responded to me right away, which was nice. Other reviews are correct when they say the kitchen is tiny. But they seem to have supplemented their pots and pans (there is now a strainer for pasta), and coffee (and chocolate) are provided.

We had a family vacation with 8 adults, one almost 2 year old and 2 dogs and Jasen’s place was perfect for us. It is a spacious house that included everything we needed. Some of us skied and the shuttle stop was right around the corner. Some of us just liked to shop and that was also right around the corner. Jasen was always available when we needed him. If we come back to Steamboat Springs we will stay in Jasen’s place again!

It was nice and the amenities were nice. This is a hotel/resort property. The Airbnb listing was just for booking. The hotel/resort was managing the experience from check-in to check-out. There were terms and conditions of the hotel/resort in addition to the airbnb terms and conditions. There was an additional credit card deposit upon arrival. The wi-fi was an additional charge as well. This resort does not allow pets. It’s service animals only.

My family and I had a great stay here. Salil was extremely communicative, kind, and helpful! The kitchen was fully stocked with real cook ware and seasonings, the condo was bigger than expected, and the location close to the gondola was great for skiing. Salil also provided a very helpful guide with all the information needed on the airbnb as well as recommendations for activities, restaurants, bars, etc. Would definitely return here!

More than anything the location and Martin’s quick response and follow up was top notch. Not a problem for us - but good to note - unit is on a quiet 3rd floor, but no elevator.

Incredible location, beautiful and comfortable space in pristine condition, was perfect for my son & I for a couple days of skiing at steamboat. Truly one of the nicest airbnbs i’ve ever stayed in, highly recommend it. Thanks Nicole.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was perfect—clean, comfortable, and in an amazing location right in town. It was an easy walk to great restaurants and shops, and just a short drive to the mountain. Check in was super easy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the rooms were fantastic. Everything was seamless, and we’d definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Marcy and Dave's place was one of the most unique places we have stayed. From booking to checking out, they were wonderful through out the whole process. Driving up we were greeted by four horses, really giving us a ranch home setting. Marcy was exceptionally warm and welcoming. She explained everything very well, where things were and how to operate the "appliances". Plenty to do on the property, you can make the very short drive and explore Routt National Forest. We cooked dinner with curious cows watching us from 30 feet away and had a spectacular view of the stary sky without light pollution. The sheep wagon didn't disappoint. Everything was clean, the bed comfortable, and you couldn't beat the ambiance. When shutting the door for the last time, we didn't want to leave. If you stay here, be sure to buy some meat and/or eggs from Marcy and Dave. It comes from their ranch and makes for delicious meals.

We enjoyed staying at the Moose Lodge in Walden. There was plenty of space for four men and their gear for a hunting trip. The lodge was clean, and stocked with just about everything you may need. You can walk to town and the views are beautiful this time of year.

Jared was very accurate and clear about the cabin property so we had no surprises. Our experience exceeded our expectations! Jared did an awesome job!!

Great place with all amenities needed for a cabin stay. Would have no problem having family here. Host was very friendly, accommodating and responsive.

This place is really close to downtown and more than close enough to the resort that we had no issues getting where we wanted in just a short drive. Wendi is a great host, the place was clean and comfy, and everything was as described. The only downside is that it is a shared, single-family house, and, as such, the people upstairs can be heard from the rental unit. This doesn't take any stars away, however, because it's advertised as a guest suite/shared home and that's the kind of thing you should expect. Would visit again!

Wonderful property and host! The home exceeded expectations! The view from the floor to ceiling windows was beautiful. The home and kitchen are well stocked and contain everything needed for a lovely vacation. We would definitely stay here again!
