Vacation rentals with breakfast in İzmir

Ms. Ozlemfr's house is impeccably luxurious. Spacious room, beautiful interior, fully equipped. Most importantly, a warm and friendly hostess who welcomed us with patience and enthusiasm. Ms. Ozlemfr listed a few local restaurants according to our needs, and we finally chose a Turkish-style barbecue restaurant, which was of great quality. We feel very lucky to be able to stay in such a room at the beginning of our trip, perfect for a self-drive tour.

We had the most amazing stay. The house and the surroundings are absolutely stunning. The hospitality and food that was prepared was exceptional. Can’t wait to come back to this place.

It is extremely peaceful, you only hear the sounds of nature, like birds chirping or far away sounds of other domesticated animals. The heater heats up the place within a few minutes, was perfect for our 5 month old baby. The owners of the place are the sweetest couple. It is only a few minutes drive to the town. Looks directly into the canyon and mountains, very rich for eyes. Thank you for everything!

A house, which is in a very central location, met all our needs. They were very interested in us at the restaurant within the house. We especially thank them very much. I think the price is enough for home quality. Thank you for the facilities of Orkun and the family.

Definitely recommend this cozy place! Communication with the host was very smooth and prompt too.

My mother and I enjoyed our stay a lot! At first I communicated with Aysin and it went really well. At the hotel Umut was in charge and he is really a great personality. He was always eager to help us, the ladies who prepared the breakfast and cleaned the rooms did everything to make us feel like home. Besides that the apartment hotel has a great location, just 10 minutes walk to the street with a lot of small stores and restaurants, and about 30 minutes walk to the sea. We are very happy to have stayed at the place and I would recommend it to everyone.

First of all the photos don't do this place justice. The garden is huge and well looked after, it allows any activity one can think of in such a place both as a group and alone. The breakfast is great and having it by the pool just makes it better. The location is both very close to central Urla and secluded enough to give the peaceful private environment. Demir has been very helpful throughout our trip, even helping out with some last-minute adjustments to some existing/missing plans. His experience as a traveler himself allows a very good perspective. The entire place is recently built which definitely shows, the pool has a spacious surrounding. The room was very clean with everything thought of as well as some small details that simply enhanced our experience. I would recommend Bir Dem Urla to anyone who wants to experience Urla as it should be :)

The villa was magical. What made it even more magical was the hotel staff. The people working there have turned into friends and we miss them every second since we left.
