Vacation rentals with breakfast in İzmir

We stayed at Ms. Fulya's house for 3 nights with my friends. Although the location is spectacular, we were blown away by the spirit of the house. It was decorated with a very beautiful and original simplicity. Ms. Fulya was very helpful. He returned to each of our questions very quickly. Foça is a very pleasant place in general. The people are friendly, the prices are affordable and the food is delicious. The house was extremely clean, we can say it's one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. We look forward to seeing you again.

Ms Ozlemfr's house is extravagant.Plenty of room, beautifully curated interiors, fully equipped.Above all, a welcoming and friendly hostess who was patient and welcoming to us.Ms Ozlemfr listed a few local restaurants based on our needs, and we ended up picking a Turkish-flavored kebab shop with a great quality.We felt lucky to be able to stay in such a room at the very beginning of our trip, perfect as a place to stay for a self-driving tour.

We had a fantastic stay! Our host was incredibly hospitable and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had all the comforts of home. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the balcony—perfect for relaxing. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

It was the perfect holiday from the moment we arrived until the moment we went. Apart from the beauty of the house, the people who accompanied us there made our holiday much more beautiful. Although we went as 6 people, the house could take more people. We started every morning with a lovely breakfast and chat and spent every evening at sunset again with a lovely conversation and meal. When we see the photos, we would like to thank Ms. Ceyda, who made this house that we already loved very much. Because he accompanied us in every way. The house and toilets were spotless and the sea was lovely. It is a very convenient place to escape the intensity of Istanbul and be able to relax. I felt that all the fatigue was removed from me during the week we spent here, and that I was mentally rested.

Stayed here for 3 days. It was a little cold because it was winter, but the host was very kind and nice.

A house, which is in a very central location, met all our needs. They were very interested in us at the restaurant within the house. We especially thank them very much. I think the price is enough for home quality. Thank you for the facilities of Orkun and the family.

My mother and I enjoyed our stay a lot! At first I communicated with Aysin and it went really well. At the hotel Umut was in charge and he is really a great personality. He was always eager to help us, the ladies who prepared the breakfast and cleaned the rooms did everything to make us feel like home. Besides that the apartment hotel has a great location, just 10 minutes walk to the street with a lot of small stores and restaurants, and about 30 minutes walk to the sea. We are very happy to have stayed at the place and I would recommend it to everyone.

Mr. İlker was very helpful with our needs, provided quick replies, provided a park bed for us according to our need, the location of the house was within walking distance to the alacati bazaar, on a street with no disturbing noise around.

First of all the photos don't do this place justice. The garden is huge and well looked after, it allows any activity one can think of in such a place both as a group and alone. The breakfast is great and having it by the pool just makes it better. The location is both very close to central Urla and secluded enough to give the peaceful private environment. Demir has been very helpful throughout our trip, even helping out with some last-minute adjustments to some existing/missing plans. His experience as a traveler himself allows a very good perspective. The entire place is recently built which definitely shows, the pool has a spacious surrounding. The room was very clean with everything thought of as well as some small details that simply enhanced our experience. I would recommend Bir Dem Urla to anyone who wants to experience Urla as it should be :)
