Had a great night at this adorable tiny home. It’s warm and cozy, the view is unbeatable, Jon and Kris were so inviting and friendly to talk to, and the fish were biting! The place is simple, yet fully equipped to meet all needs. We bbq’d on the porch and listened to music and really enjoyed the peaceful setting on the banks of the White! Hike on Devil’s backbone with fall colors was the perfect touch.

This cabin was perfect for our needs and was very close to the race we were attending at Blanchard Springs. Very clean, comfortable bed and quiet. What more could you want! Did not need to contact Caleb for anything as everything was as it should be and as advertised. Thank you Caleb and we hope to return one day soon.

We absolutely loved Jeff’s place in Guion. The cabin was fully loaded with everything that you could possibly need. The pictures do not do this place Justice. It was right on the water. The fishing was great and the view from the living room of white river was absolutely amazing. Guion and the surrounding areas were just as beautiful. Recommend making the short drive to Mountain View at least once and walking the shops downtown. It was one of the most peaceful and serene places that we have been to. We highly recommend. And we will definitely be back.

This was my second time staying at one of IvyVacations’s Airbnb locations and it was absolutely wonderful. The cabin was just as described and in immaculate order. The location is prime even in the off season. The hosts are so communicative and provided a great list of things to do in the area. Mountain View has so much to offer and with hosts like these it makes every trip a wonderful experience. We can’t wait to book more future stays with them.

Such a Beautiful place! We all loved the house, so much space for everyone and just minutes from downtown. Super Clean! Awesome back yard.

I was in Mountain View to work with a local Blacksmith for a project I am working on and James place was perfectly located within walking distance to the main square but not too close to hear any noise at night. The place was really clean and the place far exceeded my expectations! The kitchen set up and appliances seemed brand new including the large Samsung TV. The comfy sofa and thick throw allowed me to melt while watching Netflix. The beds were really perfect, not too hard with just the perfect amount of support. I plan on coming back and when I do, I will be staying at the lil blue Cottage ! Thanks James for a wonderful stay !
