Family-friendly vacation rentals in Ives Estates

We were a group of six and enjoyed our five days in the home very much. The location was perfect for us with shopping and markets within walking distance. The house was large, comfortable and very well-appointed. We happened to stay during cold weather but the heating was very good and we had plenty of lap blankets for additional comfort. Winston was very responsive to our few questions and was clear with instructions and tips. Highly recommended!

They were so nice Dana responded back immediately when I messaged her. Her husband is a BALL OF FUN he recommended the gay clubs to us even though we fell asleep after the jacuzzi when I say the jacuzzi is EVERYTHING mannnn I love it there didn’t wanna leave

My stay at Rays was very enjoyable. Studio was as described. Cozy room, big bonus was the hot tub. After a long day on the beach, shopping, and even just exploring the Miami area was nice to kick back in the jacuzzi with a glass of wine and unwind before bed. I would highly recommend Rays little humble adobe. I will definitely book with Ray again on my next trip later in the year.

The house is great. It was large, comfortable, impeccably clean, and quiet. They had everything we could need. Plenty of bath and beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, nice pool and hot tub. And the hosts checked by text and responded immediately to any question we had. We will be back.

beautiful central quiet accommodation with beautiful garden and jacuzzi. We were able to watch lots of animals in the garden. Would love to come again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Donna's place—it truly felt like a home away from home! The cozy little patio was a lovely spot to sit and relax. The accommodation was very comfortable and perfectly suited for our group of ladies. The location was fantastic, with great restaurants just a minute or two away. The beach was about a seven-minute walk, and it was pristine and beautiful. The aqua-colored water was gorgeous, and there were plenty of chair and umbrella rentals available. While we didn’t take the loop bus right outside the door, it seemed to run regularly, making transportation easy. We did a day trip and they picked us up closeby at one of the hotels. Donna was an excellent communicator, always available for any questions or needs. John, who took care of the apartments, was also very kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again!!

The location and apartment was great. Everything was within walking distance which was a great plus. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Had a great time staying here.

Wonderful guesthouse in a quiet neighborhood convenient to Coral Gable restaurants. Safe area for walking. We stayed two weeks and rarely moved our car. The guest house was modern and fully equipped. We spent numerous hours on the private screened front porch and the shared screened back porch. Maria is a delightful host. She provided many insider tips on off the beaten path cafes and restaurants nearby. We definitely plan to return.

The place was even more beautiful than the photos. We had a great valentines stay.

Beautiful, well-kept home- found it to be even better in real life than in the pictures! Pool and backyard area were amazing and a highlight for all of us. Host was very responsive and timely. As the listing states, it was helpful to have a rental car- the neighborhood was very quiet, but I did not find the area to be overly walkable. Thank you for an amazing stay, Alex!

Arriving from very cold weather up north, Claudia’s warm welcome was just what we needed! Her lovely home felt like our own mini-resort—from the pool and hot tub (which she turned on each evening for us) to the fresh flowers and potted poinsettias, the pickleball court, comfy beds and sofas, beach and bath towels galore. She even supplied beach chairs and a cart for us when we headed to Biscayne Bay for a day. Claudia’s hospitality was truly exceptional, and her home perfectly located for exploring favorite spots: Vizcaya, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Wynwood walls, a trove of great restaurants, and more. We had a wonderful time!

We had a great stay here. The location was ideal for exploring the area and going to the beach. The condo itself was spacious, clean and well presented. We would recommend to stay here. We had a great time! Clare was responsive and helpful!

We were there from 10 to 17 November 2024. The house was as described and also very clean. We loved the house, we really felt like home. The yard was very private and we enjoyed spending time there and in the pool. We had everything that we needed in the kitchen and plenty of supplies. We had enough towels and beach towels also. Andy and Elisabeth were very nice and they answered quickly when we needed help. The location was also very good, close to stores and to the beach. Thank you Andy and Elisabeth! We would like to come back soon.

Christina was the perfect host! The property is even better than the photos! Me and my girlfriend stayed at Christina’s place whilst visiting Fort Lauderdale and felt right at home instantly! So many amenities, every detail was thought of and no expense spared! The bed was very comfortable and the neighbourhood was so quiet, sleeping was a joy here! The garden is immaculate and well presented, with a gorgeous pool perfect to cool down on those warmer days! Christina thought of everything, offering beach towels and equipment, extra towels and linens. Can’t fault a thing! The driveway parking was excellent and super convenient. Great kitchen fully equipped for making meals at home. This is the perfect place for small families and couples to really relax and feel at home! Can’t wait to come back again and make this place our regular spot when visiting Fort Lauderdale! Thank you Christina☺️
