Briody’s communication was excellent from the minute of booking until check out. Very responsive and friendly. Unit is surprisingly spacious for a 1 bedroom. There is a second toilet in addition to en-suite, separate laundry area, work desk with monitor, plus another small desk in bedroom. Very well stocked with pantry supplies and no shortage of the basics like washing powder/toilet paper that so many airbnbs skimp on. Unit is one of the older Southbank towers but has good amenities, including indoor lap pool, gym, tennis court and parking. Location is directly behind Crown. 3-5 minute walk to convention centre, Crown, Southbank restaurants. City centre 10 min walk. Woolworths and Foodtown groceries couple minute walk away. We were attending event at convention centre and this was a perfect location.

Comfortable and clean apartment. Marcus was quick to respond to any inquiries. Would definitely stay there again.

Kayla is a great host. Great communication and all was just easy. Location is brilliant with an easy walk to the beach and a large shopping strip with a big supermarket (Coles) and a myriad of fabulous restaurants, cafés and everything else. Walking distance to the cruise ship terminal of Port Melbourne and the Tram into the CBD with the tram stop luckily having a machine to buy a MYKI card! The apartment is as shown and surprisingly super quiet and private. Water pressure in the shower is brilliant! Would have loved a full length mirror but a minor thing. A great stay!

My husband & I have stayed at Liana's Airbnb twice now, when we travel to Melbourne we will always try & get into her accommodation. Convenient transportation, night view is super, the kitchen is fully equipped, the space is wide, the check-in instructions are clear, all questions can be replied instantly, the price is not too expensive, very recommended!!!

The apartment was great and a very central city location with free trams close by, as well as an IGA for any food supplies. Everything was very clean with all necessary amenities supplied. A modern and very comfortable apartment offering great value for money. Host communicated well. Can recommend and would rebook to stay again on any future trips.

Very nice modern flat a short train ride from Melbourne city centre. The flat had everything we needed and was in an area surrounded by food and drink options.

Alex’s location was perfect for us to get together the Australian Open and to explore Melbourne for a week. The tram lines to get to the CBD, St. Kilda Beach, South Melbourne market, etc. were close by. There were many restaurants, bars, and the Prahran Market a few blocks away, yet the apartment was quiet and comfortable. No problem getting a good night’s sleep. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the washer and dryer. Alex was a great host and we would definitely stay in his apartment again if we make it back to the Melbourne area.

Karen was a great host, and the appartement was very nice on top-floor with great view to sky-line. The appartement was fully equipted.

Unit was spacious and ideally located for our visit to Melbourne. A garage stocked with grocery essentials was about a 3 minute walk away, but we did not need any. The teabags and uht milks were a welcoming addition, however, a couple of coffee sachets as well would not have gone astray. When visiting our family we would stay here again.

Shannon was a lovely host, quick friendly response and went that extra mile to explain where local points of interest and eateries were. Also explained the transport options near by. Shannon left lovely condiments for us to enjoy, in the fridge. Kitchen and bathroom well appointed. Lots of extra little things supplied! Great location, quiet street and close to Flemington Racecourse. Very secure. Highly recommend!

Very much enjoyed our stay at Jenny's apartment. The location was fantastic and the views over Southern Cross Station and to the North were fantastic. The air con in all living and bedrooms was a godsend given the 38 degree weather that Melbourne presented to us for a couple of days. The lounge wasn't the most comfortable in the world but given there was so much to do around the apartment we didn't make much use of it.

Stella was an excellent host and we will look forward to using her premises again.

Great little place to stay for a treat!

Brian’s place was a great base for Melbourne CBD. The car parking spot was handy and the building’s amenities were great.

The place itself was amazing and everything we could’ve wanted. Location was walkable to everything we wanted. We had a great check out with Tikali helping accommodate us with holding our bags. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone

We had a brilliant stay here. Hazel’s place was clean, surprisingly well stocked (I don’t ever expect that at an Airbnb so it was a lovely surprise). The place was large enough for our family of 4. The view is spectacular. We have stayed at this complex before and stayed again as the amenities in the building are brilliant. The location is so easy too- we walk everywhere. We would stay at Hazel’s place again - it was really good value for money and we can’t fault anything about it!

The unit was clean, fully stocked and beautifully decorated. It is a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and other attractions. The hosts are responsive, courteous and provided a lot of information on our surroundings. We highly recommend this apartment.

We absolutely loved our stay at this AirBnB! The location was literally perfect: steps from downtown, trams and other shopping and cafes. Though we didn’t use the pool and hot tub we were thrilled to have a great view of them and of the entire Melbourne skyline. Instructions were detailed and timely and the team was even flexible with our check-in time. In addition, every amenity we could think of was provided in the unit, and I loved the selection of ‘eco-friendly’, Australian-made bath gels. We highly recommend this stay!

We had a fabulous stay at the apartment for our 3 generation family celebrations. The apartment is very comfortable and beautifully appointed and was brilliant for our family of 7. It is well situated in Southbank, the Australian Open tennis at Melbourne Park, the National Gallery Victoria for the Kusama exhibition, the Arts Centre for the Penn &Teller show, all within walking distance. Kate was very helpful and always responded promptly to emails and was proactive in promptly dealing with any issues. The wifi was excellent and welcome snacks much appreciated. Amazing location as everything is walkable. There is a great steak restaurant just below the building. There is also a convenient store just beside it. The place is very safe and the airbnb is clean. It is also spacious for us (we’re 3) and it can still fit one to two more. The place has everything we need. Washing machine, microwave, cooking utensils, you name it! There are ample of closet space. The building also has a pool and a gym if you want to use it. There is also tram less than a minute walk that will take you straight to Queen Vic Market. And another tram that will take you to the shopping areas. There’s also a famous cafe just a few walks across the street. Simon is very friendly, responsive, and approachable. He’s been a great host in our whole 8-day stay at his unit. He’s kind enough to meet us on Christmas day to help us with check-in and even gave us some recommendations on where to eat and go. Will definitely book this place again if we visit Melbourne in the future!
