Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Itri

We stayed in Andrea's great house in mid-October. The season was over, so it was very quiet and relaxed in the area. However, restaurants and other hotels were already closed. The place and the beach completely extinct. Unfortunately, the beach in the village is very unkempt and totally full of garbage. The place matches the pictures and fully met our expectations. The view of the sea is beautiful and even possible from the bed and bathroom. The outdoor shower is also fantastic. We spent a relaxing week in the house and would be sure to recommend it.

Very nice villa near the sea, tastefully cared for and furnished, spacious and stocked with everything, with plenty of kitchen furnishings and to enjoy the lovely garden. The comfortable rooms with many closets, several TVs, air conditioning and fans are available. 7 are perfectly comfortable . The area is residential and quiet. The sea is a 4-minute walk away. Our dog also had a great time, with the fence around the house he could stay in the garden in the cool while we went to the sea. The host Nicola is very kind and helpful and Mr. Maurizio is always ready to help for any eventuality. In short, a perfect experience and to repeat for sure!

This place is worth it just for the location. Spectacular and fascinating at the same time. A breathtaking view of the sea, a fantastic and very comfortable terrace. We took advantage of all the amenities offered by the accommodation including the barbecue. The house is equipped with everything you need to cook and relax. It's not a convenient point for reaching the sea. If the scoop is to spend a period of rest and contemplation, this accommodation is for you. If you're looking for the beach and crowds, you have to get around by car.

The property was very modern, and made for a suitable, comfortable stay. Alessandro was helpful and provided strong communication, there were no issues between any English/Italian translations.

Muna is the most exquisite and kind host on Airbnb. She is connected to the town and introduced me to local storekeepers (it's off-season so might not be possible when tourists are in town). Muna is so friendly and generous. I can't wait to return. Couple notes- it's November and the sunsets are amazing! Apartment faces northwest so no direct sun in winter but the patio gets great sun mid day through sunset. The tortoises will steal your heart. Perfect location with access to beach, cafe and only a few flights up to the centro antico. Week in Sperlonga Is heaven!!!

We had such a wonderful time staying here! The house was beautifully decorated, it was in such a great location, and had beautiful views. Silvia provided instructions on how to get to the house, and they were very clear and easy to follow. Silvia is a wonderful hostess and she gave us great local recommendations! 10/10

House surrounded by greenery and with spectacular views of the Tyrrhenian sea. Tastefully decorated a little retro typical of Italian seaside houses' 60s: a dip into the past but with all the comforts of today. Very full bedroom furnishings, bathrooms, and kitchen. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a host on Airbnb. Giuseppe was flexible with check-in and was kind enough to stop by later to show us around. He also was incredibly responsive and provided helpful info regarding several questions we had about the area. The home itself is beautiful and incredibly peaceful. A great place to stay if you visit Gaeta.

We stayed for 5 days in 3 girls from Rome and Naples on the occasion of a smartworking business meeting, each had its own privacy in the house with the 3 bedrooms, good wifi connection and thanks to its central location in Terracina, we had no problems going out to lunch or dinner to eat between restaurants or pizzerias (excellent the one in Giu Giu’ right in front of the house). Supermarket and beach less than 2 min walk away. Beautiful sea view terrace for breakfast. Convenient reserved parking and car park right below the house. Kitchen stocked with everything even though we have never cooked. Thanks again to Marco for his availability and courtesy with suggestions from the area, not least his Old Town and Cathedral.

This is a perfect place to stay. Marco is a wonderful host - so friendly, helpful and responsive. The apartment has everything you would need and ranks at the top of my list for airbnbs. It’s in a perfect location in the center of everything and very walkable to all sites and restaurants in Gaeta. The apartment was larger than I expected and so clean and welcoming. Rita’s apartment in Gaeta is everything one could wish for and more. From the magnificent view from the balcony to the beautifully chosen furniture - everything was perfect. Rita is a wonderful host and communication with her was great. Gaeta is definitely worth a visit, and Rita’s apartment a place we highly recommend.

Mr. Stefano's place is a real home: spacious, fresh, clean, well-decorated rooms. Nearby, during this period in July, there is ample parking in the blue stripes. On the parallel street there are all sorts of shops, including restaurants and numerous pizzerias. The waterfront can be reached on foot in five minutes and is also full of many offers, for all budgets and tastes. Finally, Mr. Stefano responded and promptly resolved some small unforeseen events, always being kind and helpful. From the house you can reach beautiful places such as Gaeta and Sperlonga in a very short time (35 minutes the first, 50 the second, considering the most intense traffic due to tourism), but largely paid for by beauty. I highly recommend

We spent a wonderful holiday in Terracina. The place was very nice, quiet and clean, it had everything you need. There was a terrace and a private parking lot behind the apartment. Sonia is very kind, welcoming and very attentive to guests. Communication worked perfectly. Sonia has given tips on festivals and attractions. And it brings us vegetables, focaccia, and even sweets. We felt very good. This place is really recommended, a great place to vacation. Maybe we can come from here again.

My parents and I stayed at Monica's apartment for a few days at the end of our Italian holiday. We absolutely loved the unit and would recommend to anyone traveling to Gaeta. Location: This unit is located just 1 block from the beach and perfect for a beach holiday. There are some cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores within a few blocks, and the more central shopping area is just a 15 minute walk away. Unit: The unit was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee (Bialetti espresso maker) and some simple lunches. Parking: The unit comes with a dedicated parking space, which is excellent since most of the street parking nearby is metered. Communication: Monica was extremely responsive throughout the entire booking process, stay, and check-out.

Everything was amazing! The house was quiet, clean, comfortable, with a beautiful view. Francesco was super communicative and proactive, he gave us local recommendations and helped with any questions we had. The restaurant he recommended us was amazing - he even made a recommendation for us, making the whole experience seamless. His mom, Paola, was really friendly and helped us navigate the check in, check out, and questions at the airbnb. When they saw us having questions navigating to the train station, they even offered us a ride! Truly the e best hosts ever!
