House vacation rentals in Ithaca

Wow. Don’t know what to gush about first. Somehow this might be my favorite airbnb experience in the last several years! Had plans to celebrate a bday with a group of 11 people in GR, and this place seemed perfect. From the moment you walk in, you notice endless little details that show this host anticipated every guest need. With so much thoughtful character in all of the spaces, it’s so easy to feel at home. Every person slept well. The beds, the bunks, the couches. The shower had a rainfall shower head! Love it. Very well stocked kitchen and pantry. Lovely hot tub. Instructions to keep it clean were very easy to follow. Even in the winter this place is a treasure. Trust me, it’s actually even better than the pictures. We ran out of toilet paper since reserves in the house were low- our host doordashed us TP in less than an hour!! Can you believe it? Total class act, an excellent set of hosts. We cannot WAIT to come back in the summer. Thanks for everything! -Laur

We loved every minute of our stay! Perfect set up for a large family gathering with lots to do for all ages. We had one minor issue with the pool/spa heat and Connie responded immediately and got things fixed up for us. Easy check in and check out. The kitchen was fully equipped. We especially loved the large dining room table, games, and pool toys!

Jonah was extremely responsive and always very cordial. We had a great experience staying here, and would love to again if the opportunity arises! We had some problems with getting in, and some other small things, but all were taken care with immediately. We went here for a bachelor party, and everyone was raving about the setup and how much fun they had. Thanks Jonah!

We absolutely enjoyed staying here! The indoor pool was a main attraction for our grandkids. There is sufficient space throughout, privacy for a large group, and also plenty of supplies, towels, etc…. We strongly recommend any family or group to stay here. Melissa’s communication and response time are unmatched.

Had a spectacular stay at Erin’s home, exactly as described and more! Clean and comfortable, bigger than the pictures show, very spacious!! Great commutation with Erin, my new place to say while I’m in town.

Erica’s Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our family Christmas holiday! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home in a clean, warm, and inviting space. The quiet and safe environment provided the perfect backdrop for quality family time. Erica was an excellent host—personable, timely with her responses, and incredibly accommodating. She made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and felt like a true home away from home. I highly recommend staying here. We had 9 kids with ages ranging from 10-20 and they all had a great time, never complained about being bored. The house was big enough to where they could have their fun even when the adult needed to sleep. The house was very accommodating and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect.

Had a great stay at Daniel’s house. Was in Grand Rapids visiting family and it was very convenient to the GR airport. It was exactly as advertised and would definitely stay there again and recommend.

My Girl Scout troop had a weekend retreat in Grand Rapids. The house was huge, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed. The area was very safe and we felt very comfortable. Wendy was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay at Wendy's place again. Thank you!

Quiet home, easy for us to get to and near the highway. We were able to get groceries delivered through Shipt without issue, and the kitchen was stocked well enough with pots, pans, and dishes to cook some meals. A basket of snacks was provided. The house was very comfortable and had all we needed, except we had to buy more dishwasher pods to run the dishwasher daily as only two were provided. With fall some beetles found a way into the house, but that is not too remarkable considering it was an old historic home. Our group of 6 had enough space. Communication was proactive and helpful. We had a wonderful visit and would stay again.

We celebrated Christmas and enjoyed a weekend with our 4 adult children and first grandchild.There was plenty of space for everyone to be together and spread out. A cheerful Christmas tree and some candy canes welcomed us as we entered. :) This home is located one block from a major intersection. It’s a 15 min walk to anything you could possibly need. The hosts were welcoming, friendly, and helpful when we left some items behind.

Cute and cozy little house with all the amenities you would expect. Beds were comfortable with many pillows, lots of towels, and overall was a great stay.

Great, peaceful location with a lot to do close by. We really appreciated them clearing snow for when we got back from work! Could ask for a better host!

Hunting trip with some buddies went great, home was clean, host was very attentive and responsive to all communications. We had 2 unavoidable issues during our stay but our host were great and took care of both issues without question, and very timely. I would definately recommend this host and we well likely be booking more trips at other locations as well.

We stayed at this home after having to cancel another Airbnb booking due to mold in that home upon arrival. We were without a place to stay and anxious about finding one so late in the evening. We are SO glad we had that rough start because this home ended up being perfect for our weekend with family. The home had plenty of sleeping arrangement options. All beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were very clean as well. But the kitchen was the best part for our family - it was spacious and well equipped. I was able to make a full Christmas dinner comfortably. This place is perfect for larger gatherings. Great neighborhood, and beautiful surroundings. We hope to stay again at this gem of a rental!

Simply put, this place is wonderful. We were able to have our meetings during the day, and then had ample beds for as many as wanted to stay overnight. Annette is simply one of the best hosts I have ever had at any rental, and I've done many, many of them! Rent with confidence and enjoy this incredible property!!

This house was perfect for our group of 4. Unfortunately we were only there for about 12 hours due to our schedule but everything was as advertised. I was concerned about the safety of the neighborhood and Kristy was quick to answer my questions.

this was a great cozy little house. we really enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor fireplace. Far enough from town but still close. my husband and I enjoyed the local trails and pizza buffet. for sure a relaxing weekend.

Beautiful home in extremely peaceful neighborhood. It was perfect for a family gathering. Bruce was very helpful, flexible and communicated promptly and clearly. I would highly recommend!
