Our stay was excellent, the apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Francisco was quick to respond to our concerns. The microwave broke and the next day it brought us a new one. We recommend it!

We WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN; special for the family, super remarkable location, access to the beach in addition to its previous space (garden..) both quiet, safe and clean special for the rest, the enjoyment with the mate where the gurized play. Within walking distance of everything, it was not necessary to move the car, we were walking to shop or go to restaurant, Havan, pharmacy, others, which was great. About the interior of the dpto we love everything, very complete and therefore we are happy to also recommend them. The apartment is just like the descriptions, it has the super complete kitchen, it is comfortable, clean, with a good smell with all the published amenities. It had cleaning items and everything you need to use on the beach, chairs, cart, sand, canvas and umbrellas. The carport and the building is very safe. All the surroundings are safe to walk quietly. I have a beautiful person super attentive to any need that one may have. 100% recommended. We will surely return.

We had a great stay in Joni's apartment! Issue we had, it was quickly fixed! He was very attentive and polite! The apartment looks smaller for photos! Very complete and comfortable! The armchair stole our hearts, very comfortable! The building is very clean and quiet. Located close to the beach and supermarkets! The beach at that height is beautiful and quiet, nothing to do with downtown beach. The apartment has sunbeds and umbrella! They saved us on this trip! Definitely highly recommended! Hope to comeback soon ❤️

The apartment is very good and is even bigger than it appears in the photos, making it very comfortable for 6 people. Everything is very new, and well-maintained. Janelas leave the environment very bright, in addition to having air-conditioning in all the rooms. Location is good too, close to several restaurants, markets and pharmacies. In New Year's the fireworks display that takes place on the beach is in the direction of the apartment, so it simply went to the beach to enjoy the fireworks display. A Mari, who received us, was extremely attentive and helpful since before the arrival, leaving the whole process very fluid. We highly recommend it!

A pleasure to stay in this house! Super cozy, familiar, comfortable, of the few houses left in Itapema in front of so much building construction. Irmgard attended us in a very friendly way and was always attentive to anything. Close to downtown, super Kotch... close to the sea.

We got this House for a family reunion. It couldn’t be better. The house is perfect for that. The surroundings are beautiful breathtaking. It’s an old house, but it’s very comfortable and made a very good impression for me and my family. I will definitely go back there.

I really liked the apartment. I stayed from Monday to Thursday, and I have nothing to complain about. The location, standing on the sand, was sensational. The apartment has a lot of space, everything very clean, everything working. With a side balcony and a view of part of the beach, it is a very nice apartment and easy access. It's just not a new apartment. It should already have a month or two of use, so don't expect anything luxurious, modern, or new. It is an apartment that I will recommend to my friends, and if given the opportunity, I will stay there again. As for the host's response time, it is not immediate, but she responded and helped me with everything I needed.

Perfect location. Stand in the sand, huge super spacious home. I've never been in an Airbnb with so much dishes, utensil options, dishwasher, everything!!!! All working air conditioners, clean swimming pool, airy house... as we were quite days sent a trusted employee (angelita a love of person) who exchanged everything, left everything clean, at no additional cost. Huge yard and garage, several sun loungers and still had beach kit with chairs and umbrellas. Come back for sure! One of the best Airbnb I've stayed in is host tb!

The stay was incredible, without any defects. Communication with Luiz before we even got to the house was excellent and upon arrival it is a dazzle of accommodation, we were impressed. All exactly as the photos and description advertised. The house is totally equipped, we did not have to take any domestic items. Not to mention, of course, the view from the terrace. During the day is amazing, but I confess that the outdoor area at night is even more. We'll be back soon, no doubt!

The stay in Itapema was amazing! Sand-foot accommodation, impeccable atmosphere, stunning views and great location. Perfect to relax and enjoy the best of the coast!

Of course, I give **five stars** for the comfort and quality of the place. The apartment is super complete, with all the items imaginable: from kitchenware to vacuum cleaner, air-fryer and water filter. The view is simply spectacular, which made our stay even better! The only thing left to be desired was the caretaker of the building, who was a little rude. But Vanda was perfect! We met super well and was extremely attentive. We spent a week as a family in the apartment and everything was impeccable. The corridor of the extremely clean and smelling building, the janitor Salete always very capricious. The view from the apartment is fantastic . O Clovis, always very helpful and attentive. We'll be back for sure.
