Family-friendly vacation rentals in Itabashi

We had such a great stay! Chose the apartment for its cozy, well-designed interior and definitely didn’t disappoint. Being right next to the station made it super easy to get around despite being slightly out of the city centre and there were plenty of food options and grocery stores/convenience stores close by. We would love to come back in the future.

We enjoyed our stay in Ayumi's place. It is located in an upscale and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants around the area and about a 10 min walk to Roppongi Hills. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place in this area.

I would I cloud stay longer . The place and the host is incredible . We got have an experience traditional tea ceremony . We all very enjoy. The house is big and very comfortable. ❤️

The unit is clean and spacious (good for family of 4 with kids). Comfy beds. The location is great. Walking distance to shops and reataurants. Very responsive host.

Akari’s home is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Tokyo. The living room and bedroom are separated by a hallway which has a few closets to hang your clothes. The small and efficient kitchen has dish-ware and a few appliances to make meals. Plenty of room in the refrigerator. Lots of daylight streams in from balcony windows. Bed is super comfy. Apartment is nice and quiet when inside. Fantastic location loaded with cute restaurants, cafes, shops, and grocery stores. Akari is a great communicator and provides clear instructions for check in/out, using appliances, trash, etc… All in all…a lovely place to stay while visiting Tokyo.

I recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit japan. You’re given thorough instructions for everything you need and the room has everything you need it to have plus host are amazing and nice, I’ll definitely recommend this to friends and try staying here again on my next trip

Though not near to usual tourist attractions but is very near to train stations, so is easy to move around. Also easy to reach Shinkansen Shinagawa station. If you plan your timing right, can get one train ride, no changes of train, all the way to Narita Airport.

The bedroom was very clean and reassuring.The kitchen, etc. was a little dirty, but it was acceptable. There was an immediate response when I asked for something I didn't know.It was very good.I want to use it again.

This is our 3rd stay at Kan’s house. We love the neighbourhood (convenient to the yamanote line and subway, easy to get amenities like groceries, bakery items, take away, pharmacy, etc.). While it’s not far from a major area, the neighbourhood is gorgeous and quiet. Kan is very communicative and helpful. We love the house so much, we actually want to build one like it for ourselves someday. Highly recommended!

Smooth communication with host, simple but clean apartment.

This is our second stay here and we find this place really clean and convenient. Around 5-7 mins walk to Ikebukuro station it is a great place to stay for family. We will stay here again.

Yuko’s place was spacious enough to travel with baby. It was super close to the subway station so we could easily go to touristic areas. Floor heating system was amazing so we could have good rest at night. Definately recommed this place!

Speaking of truth in advertising, this place is exactly as the photos suggest and had everything we needed. We used the stick vacuum every day. This place is very close to Togoshi-Koen train station, which is two stops away from the bus stop for the limousine service to Haneda and the bus stop is easy to get even at the height of the morning rush hour. In front of the Togoshi-Koen train station are two grocery stores, one quite large. There are also two parks nearby, one of which is a beautiful Japanese garden. During our two-week stay we had some work to do, for which having a dining room that can seat 4 people came in handy, serving as a work station for two people. The host did everything possible to help us and was also accommodating, including readily agreeing to our request to stay a few hours beyond the standard check-out time. If you are looking for value for money in a quiet area, you would do well to consider this place.

Nobu was incredibly responsive and helpful with any question we had. His home was spotless and exactly as advertised. Nobu’s home and hospitality was top notch, highly recommended.

This place was comfortable and an easy walk to the JR Yamamote Line, only a 5 minute walk. There were restaurants, convenience stores, and a supermarket all relatively close. Maki was an amazing host that always responded when I had questions. The house was a bit cold, but we did go in December so that was expected. The heaters in the house worked well! I only wish that the water for the bath could have been a bit warmers to soak (stayed at 38 Celsius), but that could be for certain safety reasons. If you want to be away from the busy stations like Shinjuku or Shibuya, JR Komagome is perfect. It’s small and easy to navigate and there’s a small shop selling strawberry daifuku at the east exit if you want a small snack on the way home (closes at 8pm?).

We loved the neighborhood and the house was perfect for the 7 of us. The lay-out gave us some flexibility and we enjoyed the proximity of the Senso-ji temple. Yuki was very responsive and provided lots of information to help us find the house as well as local restaurants. We hope to be back soon!

The house was clean, very spacious, and I enjoyed it very much for 3 days.There was also underfloor heating in the dining room and living room, and an old house with a cold impression in the winter was a pleasant time if the heating was turned on.Personally, the sauna and gym with Apple TV were great.As a result, I may have spent the most time there. I would like to go again and play with the time.

It's a little far from the station, but 10 minutes?15 minutes? But it was nice to go for a walk. The accommodation was also comfortable!

Don’t be put off by the rules- be respectful and this is a great stay. Nice and quiet and close to many food places and stations. The host is very helpful and responsive and even offered to make a restaurant reservation for us. We loved our stay!

The room is withing walking distance of a JR Line train station that will easily get you around Toyko. Good place to stay if you want to explore the city

Very safe space. Small but nice. They have some kitchen utensils downstairs.

Another great stay at Misono-san's place. It is spacious and quiet at night. It is, also, very close to the local shops, restaurants, and the station. Overall, excellent value for all the amenities you get.
