We had a fantastic stay in Loft@Bene. Chihoko and her family were very welcoming and helpful with advice around transport, restaurants and attractions. It was like being invited into their home with beautiful furnishings and authentic touches with thoughtful attention to detail. The beds were really comfy and love the light warm duvets. It's in a very nice quiet neighbourhood with an easy quick bus ride to the noise and bustle of Shibuya. Also loved Sangenjaya for restaurants nearby. Five nights was not long enough. There is so much to see and do in Tokyo that we need to plan another trip back. Thank you so much for looking after us!

The host's explanation was very polite and easy to understand!I appreciated the quick response!!! The room was spacious and clean, with board games, a running machine, and PS4, which was great. The location is also very good, there is also Aeon nearby, so you won't have any trouble eating! Overall, it was so great that I couldn't complain!!!

Takumi’s place was great for my husband and I visiting Tokyo for the first time. Takumi was very responsive and gave lots of recommendations of things to do/places to eat etc. The apartment was spacious and had great amenities. Walkable to many great sight seeing locations and easy to access other locations by train.

The apartment was super comfortable and spacious, with so many conveniences. It’s a peaceful, quiet location as a respite from the busyness of Tokyo. Great grocery down the street, easy access to Gotanda station with good access to transit lines. If you are looking for a spotless place, lots of space and a place to relax after a long day, this is a great spot. It was perfect as our last stop before home, with plenty of room for jamming all of our new items into our suitcases (and a little Don Quixote a few blocks away, and with no tourists in it!). If you want to be in the middle of it all, this spot might not be for you. But for a family or a couple looking for space and conveniences that allow you to have breakfast at home, etc., this is great. Katsuhiko’s communication was excellent and easy to connect with. All around great choice for us!

We spent one week in this cool apartment and had a chance to stay in Tokyo like a local. The apartment itself was stocked with everything we needed - plenty of towels and even croc slippers. Tanaka was amazing and helped with our luggage, did our laundry a few times, and made dinner reservations for us. The laundry alone was a lifesaver, allowing us to enjoy Tokyo with clean clothes waiting for us when we returned! We would definitely choose to stay again if we are staying longer term in the city!

Our family of 8, including a 4 year old, had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Setagaya. The house had everything we needed and more! It was spacious, clean, and well equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made meal prep easy, and the living area was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Tokyo. The bedrooms were comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone to rest. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like extra toiletries, laundry facilities, and even small details that made traveling with a child much easier. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with convenient access to public transportation, restaurants, and shops. Getting around was a breeze, and we loved coming back to such a peaceful and comfortable home at the end of each day. Our host was also fantastic responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a stress free stay. We would stay here again!
