Beach house vacation rentals in Istria

We greatly enjoyed staying at Zvonimir place. The surroundings were absolutely gorgeous, it was like a small paradise. The apartment is right by the see, you walk down the stairs and find yourself on a small pebble beach - very quiet and intimate atmosphere. For me it was a perfect place. The town of Senj is very interesting too with rich history. An apartment is quite spacious, decorated with original paintings. And last but certainly not the least Zvonimir and Zrinka are good and generous hosts and absolutely charming people. We enjoyed communicating with them very much and I believe we parted as friends. I am looking forward to staying at this place again!

The four of us had a wonderful time in Milka's and Igor's house. The swimming coves are fantastic, but we usually visited by car, and on the property the insane vegetable garden, where we 🍅 enjoyed the tastiest tomatoes as well as paprika, zucchini, etc. Especially great was also the outdoor shower and that we were surrounded by green landscape.

A good place to stay for the cost, very kind hosts, bedding and towels are very clean and we replaced them in the middle of our vacation, there are all the necessary utensils and a stove with an oven. The nearest beach is no more than 5 minutes away, there is a small supermarket and several restaurants in the town. The only downside is the property is close to an active road. The town itself is small, but here you can find yourself something to do, climb the mountain, swim to the island (kayaks, catamarans, boards) or just lay on the beach or have cocktails, smoothies, coffee at the cafe by the beach. In half an hour by car you can take the ferry to Rab Island, it will take a little more than an hour to get on the bridge to Krk Island.

This was the most magical place we have ever stayed! We loved being able to swim and paddle board right off the front deck, and the home is centrally located so you can walk to all of the best restaurants (although the space is so pretty you might just want to stay home and cook every night). The kitchen is well stocked and the spaces are cozy and thoughtfully appointed! I will say that the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom is really low. I’m 5’4” and I hit my head multiple times, and my tall husband definitely struggled getting around. There are also a lot of stairs so this isn’t somewhere to stay if you are daunted by 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day. We didn’t mind either of these things because the house is so special and it just kind of comes with the territory, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks Andreas!

Natasa went to great lengths to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The accommodation was nice and clean and services were offered that are not self-evident for an accommodation. The pool and jacuzzi were cleaned daily and bath towels were offered clean (upon request). Upon arrival we were welcomed with local wines and cakes and during the stay we received treats offered by Natasa. In short, she went out of her way to give us a top vacation.

Boris is a courteous, friendly and unobtrusive host, communication was impeccable. He lives with his family in the back of the building complex, but you hardly notice anything. The house is terrific and has ample space for 2-3 parties, is superbly equipped and has a great outdoor area. The location leaves nothing to be desired. In no time you can reach the sea and choose between different coves or walk along a well-developed path. The beaches are largely well maintained, the sea exceptionally cool due to incoming groundwater. From the main beach you can fish excellent and get many different fish species with good size on a leash. The seaside snack restaurant "Me Gusta" has always felt open and offers delicious little things and drinks at affordable prices. Good shopping opportunities are nearby and can be reached quickly and easily by car.

We had two very pleasant nights. Evjezdana was very welcoming, recommended restaurants and activities to us. The apartment is very comfortable, refurbished, very clean and very well equipped. The bedding is particularly comfortable. Thanks, we'll be back.

Super, wonderful place!

Great house including pool and terrace with barbecue station - nothing is missing! It was a nice time, the children immediately felt comfortable. Small attentions and great hospitality particularly surprised us.

A beautiful place to stay and relax which is well cared for and kept to a high standard. . Aleksandra was a great host, communicated very well and provided support when needed. Gave tips of places to visit and made us feel very welcomed. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

We enjoyed our time in the house and Rovinj. Even in November, the house offers recreation, rest and options to socialize. We will come back in the Summer for sure.

Rarely experienced such a welcoming host. The house was perfect, modern, super clean. Unfortunately, the shade cloths broke after heavy rainfall. Valentina her father came to take it away and immediately invited us to taste his homemade liqueur, fantastic. On the day of departure, Valentina also came with her mother. Also done together with fathers a cheers to the beautiful time in Banjole. And the taxi driver is waiting, but also in this, these inhabitants of Croatia are thoughtful. The driver just wait a moment. On the day of departure, we were allowed to stay longer because our flight went in the evening. This was also a big plus! Any questions we had during our 2 week stay were answered quickly and pleasantly by Valentina. I would recommend this beautiful house to anyone. We had rented bikes for 1 week. 2 Days a car. Further hiking in the neighborhood and visited the beaches (pebble). Conclusion: Had a great holiday with our friends. Thanks Valentina and parents 🤩

We were here with the whole family and everyone was happy and satisfied. It is a very nice house where there is a lot of activities for the children. It wasn't boring for a second. The chickens did not disturb but were welcome guests. Sandra was always available for questions and gave us great tips. The location is more than optimal. No matter what direction , everything is quickly accessible and there is a lot to offer everywhere. All in one : a clear recommendation.

i highly recommend everyone to spend their vacation at this place. the communication with the host works very well and the apartment also looks exactly like the pictures. we were in Croatia for the first time this year and definitely did everything right with this apartment.

Great House - really comfy with lots to do on the island.

We had a wonderful week at Romeo's place. The apartment is well appointed and very clean Beautiful beach with many attractions is within walking distance, as are shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend the property and would be happy to come back!

The house was very clean and the host was very helpful. The house is located in walkable distance from the store, the sea, restaurants but also the forest. It was very quiet and peaceful. As a dog owner, it is hard to find accommodations that welcome dogs and are also safe for them. Bojan's place ticked all these needs and our fury friends were very well received and were very safe.

We have loved our stay in Mari’s apartment. The location just in front of the sea was stunning. Beautiful sunsets every night and awesome swims during the day :) The apartment is small but has everything you need. It would have been even better if we found proper sheets and soap for the dishes, but it’s just an advice to get better. I highly recommend Marin’s apartment!

Thanks for a great stay. We enjoyed the days and the proximity to the sea very much. The beach house is super located and well-equipped. Only one coffee maker was missing. The kitchen was well equipped and the house could be climbed well, which was very pleasant. We were extremely positively surprised by the outdoor shower, which we liked to use. The location was perfect, walking to Piran(15 minutes on foot)right next to the sea was very nice every evening. All in all: clean, nice apartment in good location. Nice contact. Definitely coming back. Thank you very much

Beutiful place, best for family and dogs!

The stay in the house was very pleasant. Great terraces, bathing ladder and outdoor shower. Two bedrooms and the large living room have air conditioning. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We were greeted with a delicious strudel by Luka's mother and "saying goodbye" with delicious crepes. There is a good fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. All in all a good place to stay. We felt very comfortable.

Great location just 10 meters from the sea. Quiet, private. Anton lives next door and is accessible and helpful. Very clean and spacious. Great wifi and showers. Comfy beds. We hope to return to Anton's flat next year.

Anja's place was great. There were four of us and there was enough room. The apartment is fully equipped and we didn't lack anything. Anja was always available and helped us with our car with minor difficulties. There are beautiful excursion destinations that were easily accessible by car. Restaurants and shopping centers are also easily accessible. We were able to enjoy our holiday to the fullest and were very satisfied.

The locatio is marvelous, just some steps from the beach. the house is surrounded by trees and a nice garden, which has been decorated with lot's of love for details. we were 4 adults and two kids (age 1 and 3). the house had enough space for us. the beach with it's shallow water was perfect for them to play. Nikolina was very friendly and she always replied quickly.
