Vacation home rentals in Istria County

We had a great stay at Eti & Toni's place. They were extremely kind, welcoming and helpful, and we got many good recommendations from them to the area. The appartment was nice and clean, exactly like the photos. A great view from the spacious balcony over the pool/garden and down over the bay/sea. The pool area and garden was also very beautiful and well-kept - we enjoyed just relaxing at the pool in the shade of the parasols. The house is halfway up a pretty steep hill so we did not walk down to the town or beach. But it was easy to park down there. The area is pretty touristic, but we did find some nice restaurants, both in Rabac and in Labin (on top of the hill - definitely worth a visit). We also found some nice small bays for snorkeling - just beware of the stony beaches - water shoes are recommended! There are plenty of things to do, eg. watersports. For groceries, I recommend Labin where there are large supermarkets. I would definitely recommend staying at Eti & Toni's!

We spent a really nice month alternating smartworking to beach weekends with our baby and grandparents. The spaces in the house and internet connection were perfect for working comfortably, while the location is ideal for reaching the most beautiful beaches in Pula. The house is in the countryside, creating a lovely atmosphere, and although the rooms are not very large, each one has its own bathroom, allowing us to stay in 6 in total comfort. It was also pleasant to relax in the spacious and airy garden even during the hottest days. We particularly appreciated Divna's attention to the environment, evident in the sustainable choices present in the house: solar panels, the use of solid soaps, organic products and a powder shower to avoid plastic waste. Fast and seamless check-in. We appreciated the time that Divna took to tell us about the details and stories about the house, giving us her affection for that place.

Nevenka's place is very nice if you are a big group. We were a group of 16 people and we stay there comfortably. The house is well equipped with everything you might need. It's children friendly with a big garden with a small playground. The place is 15 minutes walk from the nearby beach and shops. The beach is quite popular for families with small kids. The water is shallow and warm and there are all sorts of entertainments. Prematura and Pula are just 15 minutes away by car. I definitely recommend this place for big families and groups!

We had a really nice stay at Eti and Toni's place and were able to enjoy the time of our vacation very much. The apartment is a great size and was very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, so you can easily cook for four people. The large fridge with freezer compartment was also very good. Our arrival/arrival was very flexible. We were personally warmly welcomed by the two of us. We were able to answer any questions you may have at any time on Eti and Toni. Both speak good English. Great and worth mentioning is also the large pool in the garden 💦 We will be happy to you☀️☀️☀️

Mrs. Nevenka was just amazing. Hello, super available and ready to report the most interesting local events. The apartment is simple but clean and equipped with everything you need to spend a few days in beautiful Istria.

We had a great stay at Vivian's place! The house is quite spatious so 9 of us felt really comfortable. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a big living room. The house is positioned in the center of Roč, a small and charming village in the heart of Istria. There's a restaurant and a shop in Roč and there are appealing attractions near like Hum and Kotli. We didn't meet Vivian but the communication and check-in went smooth.

The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Location was quiet but could walk to local bars, restaurants and souvenir shops, if you don’t mind a few big hills on the way back up. The scenery was fab! There is a lack of any public transport/taxis in the location so a hire car is a must. I would most definitely come back!

We had a great stay at this beautiful place. The small house has a great flair and the pool and the beautiful outdoor area invite you to linger and relax. The apartment has all the amenities you need and was very clean. The accommodation is located directly at the landlord's house, but we did not feel disturbed in any way. The necessary privacy is given. Thank you for the wonderful time and will certainly be back.

The house is great overall. Nice view to the nearby sea with nice balconies. It is right in the middle of Pula and Medulin (about 15min with the car) which provides great possibilities. Great for familys but you have to be careful with the neighbours.

Very nice apartment near the old town. The access to the sea is 3 min away. Everything you need is available in the apartment. We felt very comfortable there and would be happy to come back.

Amazing hosts and a great house surrounded by nature in a very quiet location without any houses around. The house has a beautiful garden with a view of the vineyard and is also very well equipped. The location near the main highway intersection of Istrian Y is perfect if you are going on trips around Istria by car.

Ana has a lovely little house and is an excellent host. My dog and I enjoyed the quiet area in winter and had everything we needed. We will be happy to come back.

Zlatko was very helpful, allowing a spontaneous very late check-in. Everything very familiar, super nice and clean! The place was nicer in real life than the photos. A lot of attention to detail ☺️

Absolutely fantastic place. Nice and comfortable swimming pool, perfect shed with large table and large barbecue, and the top floor terrasse has a spectacular view over the Adriatic sea. The host is extremely friendly, punctual and easy to contact. Would recommend 100%.

We had the most magical stay at Casa Sterna. Carmen's attention to detail is second to none and her taste and style is evident throughout the whole property. Can highly recommend using the beautiful Oprtalj as a base for exploring Istria.
