House vacation rentals in Issoudun

We have just returned from a week at Brigette’s gite. It was absolutely stunning on arrival we could t believe how peaceful the area is and how stunning the property is with a fantastic view. The gite it self is beautiful with everything you could need. The beds are extremely comfy. There is also lots of info on local events available. We took an extra couple of fans as it was particularly hot week. This made the heated pool even more inviting. The pool is not directly outside of the property and you have to walk down through garden but once you are there it is stunning. You share the pool with Brigitte and her family but this is not an issue at all they are very respectful of your privacy. As a host Brigitte was on hand if you needed her but she also left you to it which was great. The area where the gite is very rural which suited us but there is nothing local to walk to, there is however lots of country walks straight from the property. We stayed in winter, with eight adults and a two-month-old baby. The cottage is very comfortable with underfloor heating, the rooms are large and bright. The bedding is great. The living room is well furnished and everyone can settle in at ease. Very nice to be able to see the goats during the day, the two goats around the cottage. Chambord is within a 30-minute drive. The cottage is in the countryside but a 4-minute drive from a bakery and 7 minutes from Romorantin-Lantenay.

Very nice property with beautiful exteriors and a pool that allows you to cool off during high temperatures. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating while being discreet. If you want to spend a quiet stay in the countryside in a 19th century house full of history, don't hesitate!

We were visiting Beauval Zoo, the location of the accommodation is ideal because it's only 15 minutes from the Park. The environment is very quiet, very pleasant, the children loved the games made available, it's also a big plus! Too bad we didn't come during the nice days, because the outside was inviting!

The stay went well. The rooms especially those on the ground floor are large and clear , very well equipped with furniture and very pleasant to live in. .

Chantal is a very nice host. Her home is very cosy and welcoming. All the amenities you need for a stay. The pool is awesome as well as the big garden. We had a very nice stay and will definitely come again.

The space was perfectly clean, and even better than in the photos, and in a good location for visiting Beauval. There is also a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby. Safety gates were already installed to prevent our baby from climbing the stairs and the bed was made. In short, everything went well, everything is done to make you feel good. I wouldn't hesitate to book again for a future visit to Beauval. Thank you!

Clean and functional accommodation for a family of 3. The other accommodations are close by ( large building divided into several accommodations) but each have their own privacy and parking spots. A large living room, dining room and a large bedroom including the two beds. A small garden is reserved for the accommodation on the back not overlooked. Have a great stay!

A quiet cottage, perfectly equipped, a few minutes drive from Beauval Zoo. The city next door offers several quality restaurants. Our hosts were attentive to our comfort and made our stay particularly enjoyable.
