Our stay went very well. Simonetta and her son are extremely dedicated and available at the slightest request. The accommodation is very clean and perfectly in line with the description. We felt like we were staying with friends and will happily be back.

We had a very good time in the house (with pool and hottub). It is a 30 minutes drive by car from the city center, but because of that it is very quiet. Really enjoyed our stay in this very spacious and clean house! Thanks!!

Beautiful place to stay. Feeling at home. Great attention to detail. Large spaces both in the living area on the ground floor and in the living room on the second floor. Having one bedroom on the second floor and two on the ground floor with respective bathrooms allows, even if you want, privacy in the case of two families or parents/ children. Very pleasant garden with a very pleasant pool after a day dedicated to the wonders of Rome easily accessible by the train that leads to Piazzale Flaminio. On the stad between the house and the train, a great supermarket for shopping that combined with the delights offered from the garden allowed us to have very pleasant dinners under the pergola equipped with table, chairs and lighting. Ability to also relax with ping pong and soccer. Thank you Lucia for the beautiful stay that we hope to repeat with our children too.

Luca was a great host🤩, and we felt as we were in our cousin’s house. He was so responsive and friendly😍 and the house was very clean ,warm, and quiet. I highly recommend the luxury in the jungle for your future trip.👌🏻✨

We stayed for a couple of nights in November 2024, we loved the location (great for Rome and surrounding areas), the accommodation was very clean and had all the equipment we needed, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Antonio was lovely at check in, and gave us good restaurant recommendations including the ice rink and its restaurant (along with its own brewed beer) which is just a ten minute walk away. We are now booked to return next summer for three weeks along with our two Lagotto dogs who will love their own enclosed garden to run around in.

The place is really spacious and well organised. There was 4 of us there and we had no issues regarding sleeping, showering, cooking, and doing the laundry. Every amenity works perfectly on the BnB and it felt safe as well. The location is not close to city center, like 1h far; you would need a bus and a metro to get to it, but both were fairly fast and often. Apart from this, there’s a supermarket less than 5min walk and there’s everything there (even vegan stuff!). Simonetta was super responsive, friendly and sweet with us. ☺️

Ideal place for a couple to spend few days in beautiful Rome. Excellent location, we visited the whole city on foot! Silvia and her husband are super friendly, kind and helpful and they respond immediately on the phone. Little tip: If you have difficulties to sleep with noise and light, get earplugs and a sleeping mask with you 😊

Nice and convenient place to stay! We stayed here the night before our flight and it was a great location, only a 10 minute drive away from the airport. Claudio was helpful and even offers transportation to and from the airport.

Once Rome, always Rome. Everything was great, Bruno and Britta are great and helpful hosts. The apartment is very central, you can see the cathedral. There is an excellent gluten-free bakery on the way to the cathedral. This city is uniquely beautiful with a drive through the centuries.

We spent New year's eve at Alessandra's place and it was a really special experience. Nice surroundings, very cozy house. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. Alessandra is very friendly, communicative and kind. We felt like home!

We decided to stay here on our last night before flying out early the next day and it was perfect. The house was clean, spacious and Lucilla is so helpful. We spent the afternoon walking to the piers and enjoyed the sunset on the beach. She recommended wonderful restaurants where we had amazing seafood, there's also supermarkets conveniently located close by. She also helped us to arrange a taxi to the airport early in the morning. Would recommend if you are tired of all the crowds in Rome to wind down and have a peaceful time!

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

We had a pleasant stay in Rome. Simone's place is easy to access with the metro and parking right next door. 15 min walk to the Vatican and just 30 min by metro to the Colosseum, ideal for visiting Rome's essentials.

Vote 9.5/10. I arrived according to my convenience and although Alice did not immediately answer the phone (she called me back after 5 minutes), I knocked on the intercom and her sister came to open it for me. This is the only “flaw” of the stay. The house matches the description, there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes by car, it is quiet and has everything you need to cook. Upon arrival I found a bottle of fresh water in the fridge (I really needed it).

Fantastic place a stone's throw from Rome .. tranquility and relaxation we had dinner with huge outdoor fire!! Newly renovated apartment bathrooms fantastic kitchen stocked.Lavinia is very responsive for explanations and tips !! We played volleyball and grass field football that looks like wembley!!!! Toppp ! The kids were very happy with a thousand Things to do . Mr. Silvio (the guard ) is very thoughtful and ready on every occasion for advice and help (he helped us light the outdoor fire and brought us fresh eggs from the chickens !!! ). We'll definitely be back!! Thank you

Was a second stay and was just as good as the first. Our host was very helpful and gracious with us on early check in and late check out.

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

Great location. Steps away from bus 46 that takes you to the center, or metro just down the hill. Taxi was 13€ during the day and 30€ at night. Our hosts were very kind, helpful, and most importantly, quick to respond and provide a solution. Check in was easy and he met us at the gate. The home has all the basic essentials. The only issue I had was the bed. It’s a metal bar futon and the mattress is two pieces put together. You can feel the metal bars in the middle because it’s slanted and you slide to the middle. The other bed wasn’t much better, as you can feel the springs through the mattress. Me and my two kids stayed for a month and there was never enough hot water for all of us, most days we had no hot water at all. Apart from a comfortable bed and a hot shower, great place.

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!!
