Nice, everything OK again

Our family enjoyed staying at Marie Claire's place. It was excellent. It was perfectly located on the beach in a great area near the Cueva del Indio. Her place had all the things we needed and more. She was very kind and responsive. I highly recommend Casa Pepa and look forward to staying there again.

Angel is a great host, a very kind oerdona and always willing to help, the place is very nice, I recommend them if you want to clear your mind for a few days

My stay at this Airbnb was just amazing. From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The airbnb was impeccably clean and decorated in a modern and cozy style. Also, the location was perfect: close to all the main attractions but quiet enough to relax in the evening. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, providing local recommendations and making sure my stay was perfect. 💯 % recommended!!

lots of space and light in a huge lot with various comforts provided, such as beach towels and beach armchair. i our stay the hot water shower broke down.

My family of 9 (ages 7 to 71, 3 kids 6 adults) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Lopez. The pool was a big hit, and well maintained. Nice amount of space. Comfortable beds. Lots of space to hang out. Nice to have 3 bathrooms (one poolside) for all of us to use. We cooked lots of meals from the house, but also enjoyed a few of the nearby restaurants. The area feels safe and secure. Josh and his team were communicative before and during our stay. The best part... the house has backup solar power and batteries, so when the entire island lost power, we didn't even know until Josh notified us. We didn't lose power for even a minute. Internet worked well. We also enjoyed the nearby beach Caracoles. Nice and quiet and very calm at low tide. We taught the kids to snorkel and saw lots of little fish and hermit crabs. We also visited the Window Cave / Cueva Ventana, which was well worth the visit.

We left for a goodbye of the year of which we did not have electric service in almost the whole country, still so, Anibal was flexible and we could enjoy it. The kitchen is fully stocked with more than we expected. For lack of light supply hours, Anibal granted us an hour later than check out. The cleanliness of the rooms , bathrooms and facilities was optimal. The super clean pool, clear the water and was not smelly of chlorox like in other places. The bbq even with clean aluminum foil we left them. Highly recommended for stay and tranquility.

Love my stay and service provided. This place gives you all you need on a vacation: Calm to rest, great place to chill but also beach front, Great Restaurant near bye and anything you need couple of minutes away. This is my second time on the Airbnb and planning to come back. Highly recommended

We had a great stay here, once you open the backyard door you are right on the beach! I've been recommending this place to all my friends, especially those who need a bigger place to accommodate a larger family. It is professionally cleaned, and the host was extremely responsive. There is also a nice grocery store 10min away, and a terrific deli/breakfast place that's a 2min walk. Highly recommend this home especially for those with larger families looking for a pool/beach combo for their families.

Excellent host, great price, everything was clean, and it included everything you might need. The bedding was fresh and smelled amazing (this is one of the most important things for me). The rooms are nice and dark, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The neighbors have roosters that crow loudly early in the morning, but if you’re not used to the noise, disposable earplugs are provided to help you rest. The house is very comfortable, and I would definitely rent it again.

The picture do not do this home any justice! It’s even better in person, perfect for a large family, plenty of beds and perfect for all ages. We found this hidden gem after a horrible experience with our first Airbnb and the host was so amazing and so accommodating. Beach access in the backyard which have a lot of waves but if you needed more calm beach for little ones, there’s one and the same street about a 4 minute drive! This house was AMAZING you will not be be disappointed

All perfect! Loved the place!

The ocean view (backyard) is hard to describe in words or photos, it was magical - have to see it for yourself. The sand is like golden nrown smooth desert sand. The house was cozy and clean. Great AC units in the bedrooms. The location was perfect and there were so many puerto rican food restaurants and food trucks all within 3 to 9 minutes. The host and the on-site person Iza were so helpful, responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back to this same house. Note: keep in mind it's right on the beach; there are noseums, ants, lizards and a whole lot of sand. So if you can't understand those things can sometimes be in the house with you then you should not rent a beachhouse. I choose this older beachhouse over a modernized gray marble structure on the beach anytime!

This place is beautiful, amazing views to the ocean, spacious, big rooms, will definitely stay again. A/C in both rooms

It was very private(gated) I fell safe, everything was really clean. Pedro the owner went there the day before checking out and he was so nice and friendly, brought me a mango, he also gave us a cooler if we needed, he gave us a few places we must see like La cueva de el Indio which is right across the street, no need to take your car and pay for parking ! The view to the beach is breath taking, the swimming pool is nice and clean, my kids enjoyed it. It takes approximately 1 1/2 to get to San Juan which I did go a few times it’s not a bad drive since I drive all over the island. I did tell Pedro that there are no coquis there and I would have loved to hear them, I told him bromeliads plants would attract them, he did say he will take my advice and plant bromeliads around, I did leave him the first bromeliad plant since I’m definitely planning to go back and stay there. Hopefully it will attract the coquis! Thank you for renting us your beautiful place!!

Quiet and accessible. Identical to the photos and the main room is very clean and with a beautiful view of the sea.

This is an absolutely stunning location and so unique! It’s like 3 beaches in one location. For beach combers, there’s definitely treasures to collect. It’s also walking distance to a fantastic restaurant. Just be careful getting there because there’s no sidewalks.
