All in all, it was a wonderful time for my family at Georgios' house. The house was in perfect condition, everything was well arranged, communication with Georgios had worked very well and was extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the house is very good, especially the proximity to a very nice, almost private beach is perfect. The arrangement of the rooms is also very successful – in general, the entire architecture of the house can only be given the best praise. So I can only recommend the entire house and its beautiful location.

Great place, we visited at the end of March into early April and it was beautiful with a reasonable walk or drive to central Chania. It would have been amazing in warmer weather with the sea just in front of the place. It was also an easy walk to plenty of places for food/groceries.

What a gorgeous place! Our host Panagiotis was very helpful and kind. We absolutely loved the room and town. Book it! You won’t regret it. Free beaches across the street and a wonderful town with nice people and close to many things to do including Monemvasia. We even saw two shooting stars! The stars are incredible at night. The views are gorgeous from the room. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. We loved it.

We loved Xylokastro and this is largely because of the apartment we stayed in. Easy access to everything we needed and with very good renovation! Both in the spaces and the mattresses, which are necessary for rest. The evening breeze on the balcony in the heat was great!

Great location right across from the beach! Check-in process was easy with Marianna waiting for us and responding to messages right away regarding directions and recommendations. Amazing large terrace where we watched some sunsets and close to many shops/restaurants. Had beach supplies (towels, beach may, cooler). Also had everything you need in the kitchen for cooking, coffee etc. supplied with enough toilet paper and shower supplies. Would LOVE to stay here again and will most likely do so when returning to Paros. Thanks again!

Akis' house on Euboea is one of those places that you don't like to praise too much so that it remains secret and doesn't lose its exclusivity. We incredibly enjoyed spending a week and a half there with our children and getting a taste of summer before winter. The property is quite secluded, almost at the end of a dead end road, and is very well maintained. Akis does everything to ensure that his guests do not miss anything. Our highlights were the terrace with the wonderful pool, the beautiful little beach below the house, where you can snorkel in the shallow water along the rocks, and the taverns in Agios Apostoli, where we were very warmly and deliciously served. The flat is a studio with an additional bedroom, but offers enough space for a family of four. Mosquito repellents are essential. Despite closing the windows and the available mosquito nets, we had to hunt them every night.
