Had an amazing time with family & friends in this villa, the unit is spacious, made a small gathering at the courtyard of the villa and most of my guest complimented the decor and aesthetics of the unit. Would keep this unit in mind for future events.

Host very responsible and quick response. The bulb in one of the toilet not functioning and the host immediately sent technician to fix on the next day. Definitely will stay here again.

Great place and good setup

The villa is very suitable for large family gathering with adequate rooms on the ground floor for elder ly parents. Enough entertainment to keep young and old occupied. love the mahjong table. Only improvement specific to my family needs is lounge area downstairs with enough sofa 🛋️ to gather with my parents who can’t climb the steps. Overall it was core memories staycation for us. Comfortable and clean 🧽

All facilities stated in the detail were provided. very nice and cozy home easy check in and out parking can fit two car the only thing is you cannot cook so, if you ok with that.. this place is perfect

Overall a very good stay. Host was very responsive. They also provided a water dispenser so you can save the trouble of buying water. The only downside was the master bedroom toilet was abit translucent so people staying in the opposite block can actually somehow 'see' you showering so in the end we did not use that bathroom.

I had an amazing stay at Terence’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. We had an incredible stay at Matthew’s Airbnb – easily one of the best experiences we’ve had! The home was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. The views were stunning, and we loved getting lost in the unique art pieces throughout the space. Matthew went above and beyond in making our stay seamless. The check-in process was clear and smooth, and the home manual was super detailed, making it easy to settle in. Even during the holiday season, when we had a few questions, Matthew was quick to respond and very helpful. We definitely plan to return to this place in the future! Highly recommend!

We loved how the guards were friendly but also careful during our check in. Made us feel safe. Instructions provided had pictures so it was easy to recognise. Lift was super fast even when unit was at high ground. Scenery at bedroom and living room was breath taking. House was peaceful, serene and clean. During our 1st night, the aircond leaked water in the guest bedroom late at night, but Momo was very responsive and got it fixed the very next day even on a public holiday. Great for families with toddler as there were minimal breakable items. House was clutter free. Unsure if toys in the drawers were meant for guests, if it is, like I said, great for toddlers and kids. Wardrobe, microwave oven and toilet was clean hence no smell. Would definitely recommend to stay.

We stayed for 2 nights! The place is nicely maintained and we enjoyed our time there. We even went to swim at the pool together with our daughter. Nice place for families.

the place is very clean. as described by host. love the night view. very near to shopping mall. strict security. feel safe. host very responsive to requests and questions. beds comfortable. host might need to replace the sofa as the spring is damaged and can literally feel it! downside : if u want to cook, this accommodation is not for u as they charge 250rm for cleaning. only microwave is allowed.

Host was very friendly and responsive. Thankful for all the extra information given which helped us alot. Information given were very succinct and relevant photos concerning the instructions were given as well. Host had also prepared mandarin oranges for our CNY staycation.

Place was rly cute and nice! Near Woodlands Custom. Match photo as describe. Communication was clear, owner reply very fast. Found out that our towel was dirty at 12am immediately offered to give us new towel. Abit of a hassle to get the keys as u need to walk in quite deep to the block and then go to level 7. But clear instruction given by owner.

Great location, just right beside KSL shopping mall. Lots of food options around the listing too. Highly recommend if you are looking for a convenient location.
