House vacation rentals in Ischia

The flat is really nice, decorated with taste and very clean. We were working there and the wifi is great! Aurelio and his mom are friendly people, and always available if needed. The location is perfect to visit Ischia, near the beach, the port and the bus station.

Perfect for our small family reunion. The 20 by 9 metres swimming pool (depth over 2 metres) was the centrepiece of our daytime activities and was kept immaculately with cleaning every morning. A huge choice of secluded sitting areas to relax, chat, eat or just daydream. The two kitchens on the lower floor were fully equipped, but it was so easy to have pizza delivered or to stroll to restaurants that we didn’t need to make use of them. The established gardens provided a beautiful backdrop to this corner of paradise. We were delighted by everything.

What can I say about this slice of heaven? The view was the best I’ve seen. The little pool was perfect, the big outdoor table and bbq so inviting to use. Comfy beds, huge kitchen, clean bathroom. Just what me and my friend needed for a week’s holiday! A bit of a walk up a hill so be mindful of that. Easy to get there - ferry from Naples, then the no. 6 bus to Nik Bar (€14 for a week pass). 20 mins walk up to Trattoria Il Focolare (featured on Stanley Tucci’s programme) and 20 min walk down to Tenuta del Cannavale for a natural wine tasting. Very nice and clean apartment in a good location close to bus, shopping and restaurants and bars (though a little quiet in the month of October). Quick and helpful communication from Roberto - we were very happy with our stay

Ischia Dream Vision was great. Beautiful location and very nice apartments. Ours was a nice clean and spacious two bedroom. Our host was Francesco was amazing. Very polite. And always proactively helping. The cleaning service was great with linens and towels. The pool area was small but perfect. I want to note. Due to the buildings all being concrete. Which is standard and built into a hill. We did not have WiFi in our apartment. But you had it on the terrace/ pool. This was good and bad as don’t want to be on devices at this amazing location. But tough if you needed to work or relied on it for communication. Overall great spot. Great host. Drew

We had a wonderful stay in Ischia. The property was very unique and had amazing views. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The pool was so refreshing after exploring all day. Prices on the island are very reasonable and I would suggest adding to your itinerary.

Maria and Erico were very helpful. Erico offered to take us to the supermarket once we arrived and check on us through our stay. Any language barrier was easily overcome with google translate. Would recommended this place to others.

Having stayed here for a week, I don’t think there’s a better place to stay on the island. Simultaneously isolated yet only a short walk from both the main marina, the palace and the other marina, we will be staying here again!

Fabulous location ideal for relaxing. Beautiful sea view. Well-kept apartment and equipped with everything you need. Great base for exploring the island. Wonderful hospitality and extreme availability throughout the stay.

Great place to stay when you want to get around the island. The apartment was very clean, practically new, had everything you need, u can enjoy your breakfast outside with the sunrise. Walk to the center is about 10min, no problem. We got all the info we needed and more, Adriano and Marianna especially was great, always answering the phone, gave us tips where to go and what to see. Hope to come back and meet again!:)

Selena's apartment is beautiful! Lovingly, modernly and functionally furnished. Great for a stay with children, our daughter enjoyed the lovingly selected toys. Absolute recommendation with beautiful garden. It is especially nice that you can walk to the beautiful beach of San Francesco, away from the busy main road. Perfect communication, we would definitely visit again.

Great communication with hosts. Check-in hassle-free. The house is cute and cozy. Very comfortable beds! A nice touch - the panettone and sparkling wine we found on the kitchen table. Perfect location! Close to the port, bus stop and also the castle.

We had a wonderful stay here. It‘s a very clean and nice appartement in the best possible Location in Ischia. Close to the beach and close to Castello Aragonese. Ivan was also very polite and the communication was very easy. He also gave us good tips for food and activities. All in all we were more than happy and really can recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully remodeled space. The host was incredibly helpful, messaging us via Whats@pp before our arrival and greeting us in person. He provided excellent recommendations for places to visit around Bacoli, of which there were plenty. The shower had hot water and great pressure. The kitchen had the basics for cooking. The air conditioner worked perfectly when we needed it. The windows around the house were quieting, and actually had screens for mosquitos and blackout shutters. The only negatives to note were that the house is at the top a hill which can be tiring If you carry your bags to and from the bus stop (Be advised, the EAV bus service is inconsistent at best and the app is troublesome for North American phone numbers). Lastly we were surprised to hear of cash fee tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night at the end of our stay, but this was likely just a missed communication at check in. Overall this was a truly great HOME for us. Grazie!

What a Jem! Harbor front with an absolutely Amazing view. In the Heart of a truly picturesque location. Quiet mornings turn to a bustling restaurant scene at mid day and evenings. Spoilt for choice of great dinning options at your immediate disposal. Or catch an Island boat tour from your doorstep. Very comfortable and sound proof accommodation with an uplifting decor/color scheme & well outfitted kitchen, which is an appreciated find while traveling. Highly recommend!!

Raffaele’s wife, Theresa met us at the ferry port and walked with us to their place. On the way, she pointed where the bus stops and shops were and this made our arrival extremely easy. Sea view from the terrace was lovely and they gave us a lot of lemons and oranges from their garden which were so fresh and delicious. For us it was in a convenient location as we could walk to the ferry terminal, shops, restaurants, bars and bus station.

We found the apartment even more beautiful than in the photos! Very clean, tidy and above all new and equipped. Roberto's mother, very helpful, welcomed us before the scheduled check-in time and offered to stay even after check-out if we needed to. The location is excellent, it is a short walk from the main street of Forio and the beaches of Cava dell'Isola, Citara and Chiaia.
