We had a lovely time in Ivo's Villa. Stayed with family there and it exceeded our expectations. The photos do not capture the real life beauty. literally steps from the sea and stunning views of the water. It was very well equipped with everything you would need in a holiday home. The rooms were bright and airy, kitchen is fabulous and there is lovely furniture and swings outside where we spent alot of our time. The children loved it there especially the sea and swings outside. Perfect for adults and also families. We would not hesitate in booking again. Ivo is a great host and met us personally on check in. Nothing negative to report there are excellent BBQ facilities for outdoor cooking. I can imagine it's stunning in the winter also but we had a lovely summer visit. Make a booking for this beautiful villa the best surprise was the sauna in the house!!

We had a very nice, relaxing week at Agita's place! Surrounded by apple and pear trees, right on a small lake, the accommodation is a perfect place for families. In good weather you can eat in a gazebo overlooking the garden - sunset included!

Modern and comfortable accommodation. Proactive host and good tips. Very pleasant stay in a very quiet residential complex that offers spa and restaurant all this close to the beach, I will happily return to this accommodation.

Holiday near the sea!

We stayed in Egons's place with three children... inside there was enough sleeping places and we had everything we needed. The place has quite big outside area with nice sitting places, trampoline etc. Children were playing football and tennis (we had our net with us), running around and enjoying themselves. As a bonus there was also friendly dog and a cat. Sea is one minute away, good resto "Bermuda" (recommended by Egons) is some minutes by car. We stayed in the place only four days, could imagine to stay longer. :)

Hands down best stay in Kurzeme, Ivo's place was neat, right by the seaside and as cozy as it gets. When arriving we saw pastry being made for the next morning right next doors, didn't hesitate to have some for breakfast and It was Something! Highly recommend stopping by!

"Charm" dome at Līgo glamping

Very nice place and stay at Ligo Glamping dome house. Everything was as expected - superb! Maybe during winter time a bit too cold - especially if you are staying with small children. But it was good that there was a chance to start up a fireplace which warmed up the dome pretty good. Other than that a lot of cool things to do extra - hot tub next to the dome, sauna, movie theatre, BBQ place etc. During summer it would be a very nice place to visit as well.

A compact kitchen is showcased, featuring a modern design with gray cabinetry and a small table set for two. Green accents are present in the window treatment and a plant, while a bowl of apples adds a touch of color. A small oven and microwave are also visible.

This was my first experience with AirBnB, and if Arturs is a representative host, I will certainly continue. His communication was clear, he checked in regularly, and his local advice (restaurants, bus stops, grocery stores) was spot on. The apartment met my needs (Winter writing retreat) completely. It was clean and warm, with adequate workspace. Like the rest of the apartment, the kitchen had been completely updated. It is in a working class residential section of Jurmala, but it is an easy access to the beach and easy access (by public transportation) to the more tourist sections of Jurmala. I miss it now that I'm gone. For me, it was an affordable comfortable retreat with a great host.

We were with two kids, we are all satisfied. Children's playground right in front of the house, forest and sea next to the area. Will definitely be back!

Apartment by seaside.

Great location, very close to the sea side and Engure, what was a big pluss for me. In the resort there is a spa and a restaurant so this would be a great place to visit during winter as well. The place is much better than in the pictures.

The exterior of a wooden house is complemented by a spacious terrace surrounded by manicured hedges. Large glass windows reflect the natural light, while decorative planters hang from the eaves. A stone pathway leads to the entrance, enhancing the inviting atmosphere.

It was a wonderful stay, quiet location and very relaxing. The landlady was very friendly and accommodating, we have absolute private sphere, house in top condition and of course the crowning of a loving dog, with which we all fell in love. Thank you very much for a great time.

Whether you planning a getaway with your hubby, vacation with kids, short workation or gathering of best friends - this is the best place. Private, quiet, well equipped. Whirlpool and a small pool outside definitely is a big plus. Colorful rugs all over the house add playfulness. It’s well located - away from the busiest street of Engure village, but everything is reachable within few minutes (beach, very popular bakery, grocery store or cafeteria/restaurant). Lots of things to see around - Engure lake nature park, Cinevilla studio. Host is very responsive, communication was smooth. We truly enjoyed our stay and got back well rested - thank you!
