Easy instructions and easily accessible ground floor parking. About a 20 minute walk to the centre of Ioannina, but with restaurants, cafes and shops/supermarkets within 5 minutes walk of the property. We were staying with our 8 month old baby and had no issues with her staying in this spacious apartment.

The apartment was a great choice for our stay. It was clean, tidy and functional, with comfortable spaces and a well-equipped kitchen that met our basic needs. The beds were quite comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and practical. Although we traveled in the winter, the heating was efficient and the space kept warm and pleasant. Its location was particularly convenient as it was close to the center but generally without disturbing noise. The apartment building was relatively modern, with good frames that contributed to the quiet. The view to the lake was very beautiful and the fireplace added a warm, relaxing atmosphere, enhancing our experience. In addition, the host was kind and helpful, willing to help with anything we needed. Overall, the apartment met our expectations and our stay was pleasant.

The house was on the 2nd floor where you climb with stairs there is no elevator, this didn't bother us though! The house was just like the photos! The sheets and towels smelled clean, and my favorite had a heater to warm up at night! It also has a very nice big balcony with a table to sit outside. The only thing that bothered me was that there was no new kitchen sponge. However, if I visit Ioannina again I will choose the same house which is just 9 minutes drive from the center!! I recommend it!

I had a great stay experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place for their vacation. The house was exactly as described in the photos and information of the accommodation – beautifully decorated, clean and fully equipped with all the amenities we need for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, in a quiet and safe environment. This allowed us to easily explore the area without wasting much time getting around. The host was great and very friendly. He provided us with all the necessary information and was always available for any questions or help we needed.

This was our first time in Ioannina and Lucy’s place was perfect for our party of 4. It was fun to be inside the castle walls and everything we needed was close by. Lucy was very proactive and responsive to all our questions and super helpful. We loved that the home was so clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area. Thanks for a lovely place to stay and for the warm welcome.

First of all, let's make it clear that what we see in the photos is exactly that kind of host and always help with anything you need..... Now for the house, it's all spotless rooms, kitchen, bathroom small and bathroom big everything to perfection... in the bathroom you will find clean towels body soap and shampoo if you forget to get. The same goes for the kitchen spotless... also very basic the neighborhood is very quiet. I don't have anything else to comment, everything was great.... I'll be comfortable again!!!!

Our stay at the place was quite good. The room was located on a main street and you could get around on foot. It was clean and Mr. Kostas was quick to answer our questions. The only thing that troubled us a bit, because we succeeded in cold days we felt a little cold in the room .
