Amazing waterfront property, great fishing, turtle & bird watching. The hosts Doug & Marcie welcomed us, gave us helpful tips and recommendations. The home is very well stocked & like the pictures. Cute decorating with lots of helpful things to make your trip easy. Kitchen is well supplied & organized. If you want a relaxing peaceful old Florida trip this is the place.

Off the beaten path, yet close proximity to a number of unique and cool things to do. (Like the animal park, or seafood restaurants) Hosts provide a number of local recommendations and things such as Starbucks or Grocery stores are nearby. Great location near the waterway that leads to other places to explore by kayaks provided by the hosts. Definitely will consider this place again when we return to the area.

We loved our stay at Marni's. The house was immaculately clean and had the best equipped kitchen. Every utensil you could need and plenty of pots and pans. The location was perfect for exploring the rivers and creek system. It was quiet, with friendly neighbours. Would definitely recommend.

This was the perfect place for us to stay. We have relatives in Spring Hill and needed a place to sleep, take a shower and get some coffee in the morning. Z Derrick made the cottage very homey.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palm Waters River House! We had 7 kids and 3 adults for our stay. Our kids ranged from 11 to 2 months. The screened in porches made for a great place for the toddlers while the big kids enjoyed the kayaks and rope swing. It was the perfect getaway for our families!

The amenities at Matt’s really standout. The pier through the wetlands down to the dock on the lake are fantastic. If it hadn’t been so cold (January) we would have loved to take the kayaks out. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind and relax on a chilly night. One of my favorite things about Matt’s is that it’s uniquely decorated and looks like a real home and not some cookie cutter “managed property” that’s just millennial grey and minimal decor. I love the local maps on the walls and the accents that made it feel very local and homey. On that note, while we loved the beautiful wind chimes, we did have a hard time at night falling asleep since it was so windy and the chimes are quite loud, so if you’re a sensitive sleeper bring some ear plugs. That said, the chimes were a really nice touch throughout the day because it was so unique and added to the ambiance. Also, Matt was super attentive and provided so much info upfront that was helpful.

If you love kayaking, Dunnellon, Rainbow park … this is a great place to stay. I enjoyed bicycling around the neighborhood, going to the Rainbow swim area, and the sunshine. Great communication, easy to get into, and very nice of them to offer the kayaks (I didn’t use), and bikes. Nice fire pit but my favorite was reading on the screened in front porch. They had games and stuff for kids too. Very grateful to stay there and have few days of sunshine! Thank you

Very nice house on the lake. A peaceful place to unwind. Very well decorated and comfortable. The instructions were very clear. Too bad we didn't have time to stay longer.

I believe this is our 7th year staying at the Coastal Cracker House. Great host and accommodations every year.

thank you Ken. this lovely and spotless home was exactly what we were looking for. close to everything, easy to get to, and in a very well established, pleasant, and quiet neighborhood. the rear enclosed porch overlooks a large preserve, allowing for a sense of privacy that is refreshing and very unusual in the villages. the bald eagles nest nearby. we look forward to returning for another visit. lou

This is a nicely appointed very new unit, very clean. It feels safe, though on a very busy road that is noisy. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Easy to get in and out of, good parking, near WEC and HITS for the horse show crowd. It needs a few more niceties like floor rugs, throw blankets for the sofa, soap holders in the bath rooms, and a longer shower curtain in one bath. Thanks!

We absolutely loved this stay. Made our couple days in Inverness awesome. We will actually book there again soon when we need to go back for another visit and I loved dealing with Kim as well. Responded and helped me with every question seamlessly

Very cute and comfortable house. We enjoyed the farmers market and long bike ride along the Withlacoochee Stste trail nearby. Great restaurants downtown.

Ryan was easy to reach and very responsive to any questions. His home was spotless and extremely well equipped. Our favorite room for relaxing was the lanai. It was well furnished and air conditioned which is unusual based on our past Air BnB rentals. The location is in close proximity to 3 pools,multiple golf courses and Sumter Landing square. Overall this was a great experience.

Home was modern and well maintained. Provided everything we needed to have a relaxing and enjoyable end to our busy vacation days.

We loved the view of the lake. The home was light and bright. The neighborhood was quiet. The people we met while out walking were friendly and all we’re very happy with the area. We were, too.

The house was perfect for our family gathering! Luisa is a super host and very responsive to our needs! We enjoyed the relaxing living spaces both inside and out. The lake was so peaceful to wake up to every morning. Lots of local restaurants and wonderful winery nearby, Dragon Flower Winery! We will stay again!

Our home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The amenities provided in the home left us wanting for nothing. We would recommend this cottage for a small group looking to wind down and connect over shared outdoor activities, or simple human connection. We really enjoyed the water activities, our personal bonfire, and coffee and cigars on the deck.

Everything was as it stated in the listing. Enjoyed the stay, would have stayed longer but was already booked. Jacqui was easy to get in touch with and very detailed in her responses.
