Exactly as described in the listing. Three families stayed here comfortably, and Xiang was an excellent host! The kids (14, 14, 11, 7, & 5) had plenty of space to play, and the grow ups had plenty of space to relax. A great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing!

We had an excellent stay at Brian’s home! The house was pristine, fully stocked with everything you could need and very close to the beach. The street was quiet with minimal traffic and the fenced backyard was perfect for our dog and small children to play. An added bonus to this home was the game room and children’s toys and books. This is the first place we have stayed that included things that are friendly to very small children. We will definitely stay here again!

What a fantastic place! LARGE and clean house, best bang for your buck, and 5 min walk to the beach. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay around the area. my wife and my dog also loved the home. 11/10, would absolutely come back for another stay.

Emily was an excellent host! She had clear and easy instructions, the place was very homey, petty, and well equipped. It allowed each guest in our group of three professionals on business travel their privacy, as well as community space, and opportunities to take a walk in the beautiful and quiet neighborhood, close to the beach. Definitely recommend!

It was perfect for the entire family. Everyone had enough space. There was plenty of space for the adults and fun for the kids. We will rent again!

Rene’s home was breathtaking. From early morning sunrises to witnessing full moon rise over the horizon. Beautiful and peaceful much needed from the chaos of life. Easy access to Williamsburg from the ferry small restaurants scattered throughout the county. Friends and family love the place so much that Rene‘s information was passed on for future stays. Thank you for reaching out with clear instructions, door codes along with prompt communications during the stay. I look forward to booking again this beautiful home.

SPACIOUS indeed! This house has three levels: The main level has the kitchen and gathering spaces, the next level has two bedrooms including the master bed/bath and laundry, the 3rd level has two more bedrooms with a shared gathering space with couches and TV. Our trip to Virginia Beach was for two reasons. We wanted to enjoy a short family vacation while supporting my son during the Adidas national indoor track meet. This house is a short, less than five minute drive to a great grocery store and the sports complex. During our downtime we could walk to the beach and eat out. When my son wanted to rest his legs he had plenty of space to do so, including his own bathtub to help his recovery between races. When it came time to check-out the hostess was very responsive when I asked if we could leave an hour later due to work and flight schedule. All in all, this Airbnb more than met all our needs and helped our family make some great memories!
