Family-friendly vacation rentals in Innsbruck-Land District

We (family with child) highly recommend it. Very accommodating host, clean and very pleasantly furnished apartment and good location. We felt more than comfortable and would be happy to come back.

The space is a dream. It's all there, the view from your own terrace (at lunchtime in the sun) is really worth it. We especially liked the whirlpool (bathed in the glow of the moon outside at 39 degrees water temperature) and the sauna right next door. What a luxury.

Thomas was a wonderful Host! The accommodation was perfect and super clean. The communication with Thomas was very pleasant. He had nice tips to do nearby and checked in between via App to ask me how I was doing and how Tyrol liked me. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get to know face2face, and thank him in person. On the other hand, the self check-in and check-out also gave a huge feeling of trust, which was very nice. I hope that Thomas, minimal, half was as happy with me as a guest as I was with him as Host! ( ow and the garage for my car was a huge nice extra luxury!) Unfortunately, I have not been able to use the sauna (because I fell during snowboarding and in the cast with my arm the last 2 days), but the jacuzzi was great the first evening :) I recommend this location and Host 100%, and if I am in the area again, I will be happy to come back!

The host was very responsive and hospitable. We really enjoyed our time at this house. The interior design was very stylish and the house was very spacious. Everything was as described. I definitely recommend this place.

It was all just wonderful. The location and views are fantastic. Since I like to go to the sauna, it was perfect. Everything clean, everything you need there that you need is there. Highly recommended.

Thanks to flexible check-in time, we had a relaxed arrival and were greeted personally and warmly. Even during the stay, the hosts were always available and helpful. The house was clean and looked as cozy as in the pictures. There was only one shower, which was sufficient for our group of 6, but also a hot tub, an infrared sauna, washing machine and dishwasher. The location is great and several ski resorts as well as other attractions are quickly reached by car. We all had a great week!

Ruth is a very friendly, helpful hostess. She takes care of everything, so that as a guest you don't miss anything. We will be back

Our family of four had a great time in Soellden and were very comfortable and happy in Anna Katharina’s lovely place. The location is perfect for skiing in Soellden, and a short drive to Hochgurgl/ Obergurgl where we skied. The place was homey and very clean!

Wonderfully quiet, clean and lovingly furnished accommodation with great location and great hosts. Flo responded to spontaneous changes or questions very quickly and helpful. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home at the place. The apartment is very suitable for 2 guests and offers enough space to unfold. The terrace with great views was particularly liked! All in all a spotless trip :)

David is a great host. Check-in went smoothly even though we didn't arrive until around 10 pm. David lives 5 minutes from the accommodation and was able to drop off an iron at short notice, which we needed. The Super Card that David issued is awesome, as we were able to access the Stubai Glaciers and also tobogganing for free. Other other activities are also included in the maps. I recommend everyone to deal with the Super Card and the advantages beforehand, as I had unfortunately only learned about this on site from David. The accommodation is as described and these have been the coziest mattresses so far where everyone slept very well. You have to be friends with the fact that the bathrooms and toilets have no keys. Since we barely stayed at the property, we hid this. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped and a bakery is also just a 2 minute walk.

Great place. All as described. Recommended. A bit tied parking place on premises, but we did fit 2 cars. There is no parking on Mitterhoferstraße street.

We enjoyed our winter stay at Sonja's every day. The superbly equipped apartment is fantastically located not far from Innsbruck and right at the foot of the Innsbruck mountains. The nearby mountain railways/ski resorts can be reached by car between 5 and 20 minutes. Sonja is a great, helpful hostess. We can give our full recommendation. Thanks Sonja!

Back to basics in a beautiful and peaceful location.

This place was perfect for our group of 8! The house is very spacious with a nice garden and the location is great for getting to Innsbruck by bus.

A sunny small apartment with overcomplete equipment on the outskirts of Seefeld about a 15-minute walk to the center, ski bus right in front of the house. Very clean, very nice communication, everything worked out great. Brigitte is a courteous, friendly hostess. Glad to come back!

We stayed with the whole family over Christmas in Christian's cottage. Everything worked out great. The Stubai Valley is great to do so much. Be it tobogganing in Mieders and Fulpmes or the Stubai Glacier with Top of Tyrol. In addition, Innsbruck is not far away with the beautiful Christmas markets. A tree stand was also provided for us.

The apartment was cozy and relatively small, perfectly fine for two people. The location is great, within walking distance to the village center. A good Chinese restaurant is just around the corner, and the Rösshütte is right behind the house. The space was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully equipped. The host was very responsive and always helpful, answering all our questions quickly. We truly appreciated the easy communication and support throughout our stay. The internet was a bit slow – fine for social media but not quite enough for work meetings. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay. We would definitely consider coming back in the future!

Excellent apartment, spacious and equipped with all the comforts. Basic kitchen items available; dish soap and dishwasher cubes, microwave and oven, 2 towels pp, small bottles of shampoo and shower foam. Ski storage room with shoe heater, sauna with some fitness weights. Private parking. On a quiet road, but with the church next to you, a little getter, also at night. Close to the Spar and ski bus. Stubaigletcher is about a 30-minute drive, Schlick 2000 about 5 minutes, tram station to Innsbruck is a 5-minute walk away. Nice people, easily accessible.

The stay was really very nice. A great view from every window and the accommodation itself was also great. Maria and family were super nice! Can we recommend it:)

We had a very pleasant stay in this house. It was comfortable and well-equipped, perfectly meeting our needs. The location was good! One negative note: the price for parking in the garage listed in the ad was 10 euros per day, but we were charged 15 euros per day. This aspect was not clear from the start and took us by surprise. Overall, the stay was positive and I would recommend this house, but I would suggest confirming any additional costs in advance.

Very confortable apartment for our 4 persons family, with a nice garden where we ate the breakfast everyday ! We appreciated a lot its location in Telfes, a quiet and nice little village. From there it was easy to go hiking from to the different moutains in the Stubai valley (the Stubai card included in the stay is a great plus). There is also a tram/train just 5 min from there to go to Innsbruck. A great outdoor+inddor aquatic park is also few minutes away by walk ! A small grocery shop is also 3 minutes away.

You can't move the mountains with the great views all around when you are in Innsbruck, right? However you can run a family hotel and make the guests happy, when they decide to stay at your premises. Apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean and with those great views from our private balcony. We also enjoyed the cost free gym and sauna visit which was only a few driving minutes away, as well as free parking. Hope to stay there again
