Licinia is a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The cabin was as described. The deck overlooking the river is relaxing and a great place to chill out. The location is quite close to the Wasaga triathlon so a good spot for participants.

Licinia’s place was amazing. Located super close to the beach, clean, peaceful with a water view and fireplace. She is also very friendly and gave us some recommendations and tips to make the best out of our stay. We will come back!

Licinia was the perfect hostess. She was pleasant and friendly, making sure our needs were met. At the same time, she gave us our privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed eating the picnic lunch that we brought, sitting on the dock alongside the Nottawasaga River. - entertained by the geese and the ducks, as well as the various watercraft. The beach was just a short walk across the street in the opposite direction of the river. Although it was too windy to swim, the crashing of the waves was a wonderful sound to hear. The cabin was cute and cozy - all the space that we needed. We enjoyed using the gas bbq on site for dinner - there was even an outdoor cook sink and prep area. Our evening was topped off with a bonfire afterwards. We don’t live far from the Town of Wasaga Beach, but we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway and will most definitely return. We look forward to seeing Licinia and her lovely family again.

First time staying at this location. It has everything you need to relax in a quiet area that is accessible to everything around the Toronto area but still feel like you are in the country. The pool and hot tub area was great. The hosts answered any questions we had quickly. Even though they lived on the property, we felt like it was a private place. As we have family around the area, we have just found our place to stay for as long as they stay open. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Kathleen and Gerry

This place is absolutely stunning. Cozy vibes from morning to night. The space is thoughtfully designed and easy to keep clean. My partner and I had the most wonderful stay for his birthday. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with all the tools I needed to cook all his favourite meals! The neighbourhood is also beautiful for a nice walk/run. The hosts are very kind and helpful. We really appreciated that they offered for us to stay a couple hours longer on check out day as they didn’t have another booking that afternoon. Definitely in our books to revisit in the future!! Windfall Cottage is a unique experience. The cottage is very cozy and tastefully decorated and we felt very comfortable and welcome. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen perfectly equipped and it is like coming home. The access to the lake and the sun deck with two kayaks are another highlight. Carol and Jonathan are wonderful hosts! The contact was consistently very fast, very friendly and above all very personal. Our inquiry as to whether the cottage was suitable for a wheelchair user was not only answered comprehensively and with further information, but the necessary aids were also provided. Such courteous support is unique and impressive. Windfall Cottage, Carol and Jonathan will remain in our best memories and we can only warmly recommend this Airbnb. This was a excellent location for us for ice fishing. We had a great time and couldn't have picked a better spot, clean, affordable and very accommodating. Definitely will be back next year! Thanks again Lucy for allowing us to check in early after a long rough drive due to weather!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage had everything we required. The location was perfect for what we wanted. Yousef and Dirk (the complex’s manager) were very kind and easy going and they answered any questions we had. We would love to come back in the summer time.

The place was a home away from home. It was cozy, and the hosts were kind enough to plow the snow as well. Definitely recommended for families.

We stayed here more than a month for our vacation to Toronto. The house was very clean and all necessary facilities was included completely. The owner (Ms. Sarah) was a very nice and hospitable person. First week we found out one the chairs has a problem and we informed her, and in half an hour they brought three new chairs for us. She was very responsive for every concerns that we had.

This is our second trip to Orillia, we expected a great trip but this was even better… We asked friends to come with us to try it out and the whole trip home we were talking about when we were coming back. Truly going to book at least 4x a year, so expect us in February… Jacqui and Luch are awesome👍

Catherine’s place was fantastic! Everything was just as expected. Catherine made sure to check in with us multiple times, and made sure we had everything we needed. She even came and fixed an issue we had with the HDMI box on the same day we had asked her about it. Very spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

You will not regret staying here! I spent 6 weeks here while waiting to move into my own place and I really didn't want to leave. place was spotless, inside and out; it's everything described and more! Alex and his wife are lovely people, he responds almost immediately, very accommodating, and helpful! will definitely be staying here again whenever I visit ontario! I had an amazing stay at this property! It was exactly as advertised in the pictures—beautiful, clean, and equipped with great amenities. The location is stunning, offering a serene atmosphere and lovely lake views that made for a truly relaxing experience. A huge plus is that the host, Lene, lives on-site, so the property is meticulously cared for, and she’s readily available if you need anything. It’s clear she knows her space inside and out, which adds a personal touch that sets this Airbnb apart from others. The welcome cinnamon buns were such a warm and thoughtful touch.
