The place is great because the location is Twin lakes. The room was very comfy,lots of closets to put our things, also very friendly for my furbaby. Beautiful view mountain. Forgot the free white wine but was sent ASAP even new year's eve. Thehost is very nice. The room was good aura where we had a new year,actually here's the most relaxing,stressful, no-pressure new year celebration. As in July 2024, this is already booked. January 1 at 7am, My cat gave birth to 4 kittens, so your accommodation was better. Don't worry about the cage when she gave birth. So the heart was super happy when we checked out because we were allowed to do a late checkout because we checkedin late too. Thank you. We will definitely come back.

The unit was clean and cozy. My son had wonderful sleep during the entire stay. The place was peaceful and there were no noisy neighbors. For future tenants please drive with caution and don’t drive at night if you have a choice. The road was too dark as the light posts were only solar lights. We almost had car accident twice in the intersections. Not the host’s fault but just warning future tenants to be careful going to the place. :)

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay in Jen's place. We loved every bit of our weekend stay, we had the great view of the mountains in the balcony, very clean space, and pet-friendly which a huge "plus" for us! The place is very secure with the friendly staff from the guards up to the front desk. We highy recommend the place and we'll definitely come back again! Thanks Jen for accomodating us!

The place is small but it is nice and is just right for the two of us. Kitchen utensils and other things you might need is available at the unit. The free parking is a plus too :) It is absolutely worth the price! 👍🏻🎉

we enjoyed our stay here for 4days/3nights. what we like most is the big veranda where we usually stay, the very fast internet speed, and it is just right beside the serin mall so no problem if ever you need anything. also, the private parking slot near the elevator is also great. size of the bed is comfortable for us family with 2 kids. we welcomed the new year here and the view from the veranda is fantastic. We'll definitely be back if ever we need to stay in Tagaytay again.
