Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Imouzzer Kandar

Impeccable stay, having an entire riad just for us was beautiful. The hosts were always responsive and friendly, they helped us with all our requests and their kitchen was impeccable! Highly recommend!

This is a unique house created with intelligence and love. On the edge of the Fes medina it’s close to the buzz but far enough to be peaceful. We stayed 3 weeks in January with no need for a car. We had full sun and blue skies except for 1 day. We swam in the beautiful big pool everyday ( it was very cold, we are from northern Europe). It was chilly before 10am and after 6pm but the terrace and garden get plenty of sun. The bedrooms are all a generous size. Only 3 are en-suite. The dining room and communal lounge were a squeeze for our party of 9, it would be easier to enjoy the house on warmer days. This is a home not an hotel and more relaxed for it. Sanae the manager of the house is a warm, kind person we had the privilege to meet. She made us soup and prescribed cures for aches and pains. The memory of the beautiful garden, lemon trees, orange trees, olives and cacti will keep us warm for the rest of our winter.

What a lovely welcoming place this is! We had the chance of meeting Anne and Ian, who are wonderful hosts and who had so much to share with us. Not only did they sent us a guide to the city before our arrival but they were always available to answer our questions and make useful suggestions. Ian made us a delicious breakfast every morning with fresh orange juice, homemade jams and different kinds of moroccan bread. The house is beautiful, every single corner is tastefully made and makes you feel at home, the bedrooms are spacious and the terrace has a great view on the city. And we really enjoyed being around the 4 cats.. it was difficult to say goodbye!

Simohammed was available to answer our questions during the stay, and her sister Nabila is particularly kind. Thank you to both of them.

We had a wonderful time staying in Clare's home. The house is large and very elegant with a great rooftop deck. The bedrooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. The stairs are steep, but were manageable even for the 80 year olds in our party. The location is very convenient being very close to one of the two main shopping streets in Fes. The housekeepers kept the home tidy and prepared a delicious breakfast every morning. The house manager Zahrae was very helpful in arranging to meet us on arrival outside the medina and lead us to the house. She was also readily available to make recommendations on restaurants and shopping. She made the stay all the better. The hosts were also very accommodating on a late departure we had due to a late flight out of Fes. I would highly recommend the home for a stay in Fes.

Very nice experience at Driss's. A stay that was refreshing and relaxing. The calm and tranquility of the villa is exactly what we were looking for. With a very clean and well laid out interior, and a large, natural and well kept exterior. Not to mention the view and the pool, which was able to make our children happy. If you want to disconnect from the everyday and rest like us, this is the place for you. Finally, the half board offered was the best asset of the stay: rich, generous and delicious meals prepared every day by Driss. A real treat!

I really really liked this place. If I lived in fes full-time I would rent this place long-term. The working fireplace, surround-sound music system, the central HEAT AND A/C options… all around the renovation was very well thought out and created a very comfortable stay. The decor was really cool, too… I always say lighting can bring a place from 0-100 and the lighting was just so nice. 10/10 ambiance. Warm water.

Nice and clean place !

We spent two nights at Driss' apartment, and it was perfect for our family. The parking garage was a very nice benefit, and the bedrooms were all nice. The living room is huge! We walked to and from the medina, which was about an hour each way. There were things to see along the way that we did not want to miss, so the walk was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay at this apartment in Fez was a wonderful experience that I can only recommend to anyone visiting this fascinating city. From its strategic location to its comfort, to M 'hammed's warm welcome and availability, everything helped make this trip perfect.

The house is well maintained and Khalid is very friendly and helpful but I took a 3 bedroom accommodation and I found one of the empty rooms without a bed, which was not appreciated in the photos. As for everything else, we have no complaints, we were comfortable and the area is very quiet.

I had an amazing stay at Souk El Gour, where Dr. Samir's house is located. The place was wonderful, surrounded by breathtaking nature. Hassan, the gardener, was always there to help with anything we needed, and Lalla Saida or Souad (I forget her name) was incredibly kind, preparing delicious msemen and harcha for us. Dr. Samir stayed in contact throughout our stay, making sure everything went smoothly. It’s the best place to spend a vacation, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Clean and i do recommend.

Great place for us, on our way to the inner backlands of Morocco. Lots of clean rooms, with their own bathroom. Some accessed via the outside, but fine in this climate. Picked up friend from the airport which is closeby. No problems with busy city's, so was a good place to stay. Enjoyed it.
