Family-friendly vacation rentals in Immenstaad

The house is beautiful and everything was absolutely perfect. We’re looking forward to returning this summer to enjoy the amazing outdoor settings.

We had wonderful holidays over New Year's Eve with Yannic and Rahel. You had great excursion tips for us and we appreciate your hospitality! Especially great for our big one was of course the stable with the many calves and the absolute highlight for the whole family of the hotpot in the snow. We will be happy to come back! :)

We had a very nice stay there. Michael always responded to messages very quickly when there were questions. The sauna was very pleasant and perfect for calming down. The tiny house is enough to relax for a few days, it has everything you need. We will be happy to come back :)

We were very comfortable from the first second. Very friendly welcome. Everything clean and stylishly furnished - also suitable for small children. Location ingenious. In 7 minutes on foot in the village and a further 5 minutes at the ski lift/toboggan run. We'd love to come back

Erica's house is very spacious and clean. The atmosphere is peaceful. Patrick (her son) was very helpful during our stay.

If you are looking for a bright, invitingly furnished apartment with a great terrace with lake views, Benjamin is just right. We immediately felt very comfortable. In cold winter weather, we settled comfortably at the fireplace and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The communication with Benjamin was very straightforward and friendly. The village offers good shopping, a lovingly furnished flower house coffee, restaurants where you can eat fine and of course many walks with lake views. We only stayed in Ermatingen for a few days and there would certainly have been much more to discover. However, we liked what we were able to experience and get to know - well worth a trip. This was our second time staying in this apartment. It is very centrally located only a 5 minute walk from the old town of Meersburg. Grocery (Edeka) within walking distance. Parking garage on property. Washing machine on premises. Everything you could possibly need.

We had a wonderful stay at Theo's! The property is in a great location, ideal for exploring the surroundings. Theo was a great host and welcomed us warmly. The place is perfect for escaping the stress of everyday life and coming to rest. Highly recommended!

Perfect and quiet place right in the heart of Konstanz‘! We were completely happy with our stay in this fantastic accommodation again. The tastefully furnished apartment is accessible via an elevator and equipped to a high standard. When you come in, you feel right at home. We lacked nothing. The communication with Michael was extremely friendly, reliable and fast. We will definitely be back and look forward to it!

Our month in Dingelsdorf was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I are incredibly grateful to Birgit and Detlef for their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and kindness. We came for a fellowship at the University of Konstanz, and Dingelsdorf turned out to be the perfect place to stay. It is a charming, quiet, and cozy village with excellent transport connections to the university, Konstanz's main attractions, and the train station. The apartment provided a warm and welcoming space, perfect for both living and working. In the evenings, after work, we enjoyed walks to Bodensee, and on weekends, we explored the stunning surrounding areas. I can confidently say that if you are visiting Konstanz for both work and leisure, this is the ideal place to stay!

Dear Marco, dear Daniela, Thank you so much for the nice week with you at the equestrian farm. We felt comfortable with you from the first minute! Our hosts have responded very flexibly to everything from late check-in, Wi-Fi access at a late hour, etc. The airbnb is wonderfully located a little away from Lake Constance and yet you are in beautiful swimming spots in 15-20 minutes. Marco delighted us and much more our 2-year-old son with tractor riding, horse petting and much more. We will definitely come back!

Nice type, good location, by car in 18 minutes in Friedrichshafen, in 25 minutes in Meersburg. Beautiful clean swimming pool with 14 meters pool Highly recommend

Barbara's place is in a great location in a peaceful setting with beautiful fall foliage. The place feels like a small home with everything needed to enjoy your stay. Fresh eggs, Appenzeller cheese, and bread are a great way to start the days by savoring the local flavors.

We had a fantastic stay at Jacqueline & Rolf's place and couldn't have imagined it better. Clean, tidy & nicely decorated with two very accommodating, lovely hosts - thanks for that! :) Highly recommended ☺️

We didn't speak to Ralf himself. However, Hans and Lydia, very nice and nice people. We were 8 people, was fine to do in the apparment. It's not big, but it's very cozy and cozy. Fantastic views. Rocky the dog who walks around is super sweet as well as the 2 cats and 2 goats who walk around there. All in all had a wonderful time

We spent a great week at Susanne’ property . It is a beautiful place, very clean and comfortable . Our host , Susanne , was quick to respond and very friendly . Overall we were very happy to stay in this location.
