Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ilwaco

We loved the house! The walk to the beach was so nice. It was the first dog friendly Airbnb I’ve stayed at and I loved being able to include the pups on our trip. The house was super comfortable and it felt very homey.

Otter Cottage is so cute, and clean. Pam has thought of everything. Great kitchen and comfy bed, good shower, strong wi-fi connection, and centrally located, not just to Seaside, but easy access to Astoria, Long Beach Peninsula, and Cannon Beach. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. We loved the hot tub and the short walk to the beach. Communication was fantastic. The only drawbacks for us were that the fireplace wasn’t functional while we were there and the mattresses were incredibly soft. Like lay down and feel like you might roll off soft. We didn’t sleep super well on them unfortunately, but if not for that issue, we would book here again.

Cute little cottage. Walking distance to the beach and the market. The place would be quite nice for 2 people, but felt small and inconvenient for 4 adults - barely enough sitting room inside and the bathroom is inside one of the bedrooms. Otherwise it was stocked with the basics.

Place worked Great for our holiday getaway!

We had such a great stay at Phillip’s place and would gladly return! If you’re looking for a more modern space, this won’t be what you’re looking for. But everything was clean and worked well. The house was warm and cozy, the board games and puzzles were plenty, the hot tub was hot and relaxing, and the TVs were all easy to use. The quiet neighborhood was fantastic (we barely saw a soul) and the short, beautiful walk to the beach (on the maintained path) and private-feeling beach were absolutely perfect. The place was well-equipped (tho do bring your own shampoo and conditioner) and super welcoming for our dog. We had an amazing time and will absolutely return!

The art house was a perfect stay for me in Astoria! The house was lovely and the view was fabulous! I felt right at home. I will absolutely stay there again when I return to the area.

My husband and I enjoyed this cozy retreat on the port of Iilwaco! The windows (the whole place is the 2nd story of the building) allowed watching the boating activities, the bay and beyond. There’s a couple restaurant options waking distance as well. I loved the steep, jetted tub. (My husband didn’t fit too comfortably, but his 6’3) This stay was neat, clean and very nicely updated. Perfect for a couples getaway!

Very clean , good furniture. She had pictures of where to go and how to get in. which I really like and is so helpful getting into a new place. Good bed , great pillows. Bathroom was very clean and shower was very good.. Have nothing negative to say about Sheila's place .

My boyfriend and I stayed at Kathleen's listing for our anniversary. Overall we did enjoy our stay. There was a lot to do within driving distance. We enjoyed the bars/restaurants within walking distance especially! The space was clean and well taken care of. We loved the heating units in apartment. It kept the space nice and cozy the whole time we were there. There was a small issue of lighting in the kitchen area. Kathleen was very apologetic and offered to come replace the bulbs. We declined since we were out for most of the trip. The light from the bathroom and bedroom were enough! The bed was listed as a queen, but it felt more like a full. Our sleep was so-so. As stated in the listing, the stairs leading up to the apartment are steep. The railing chosen was skinny, making it feel kind of unsafe. Especially going down. Minus those things, I WOULD recommend Kathleen's space to everyone! It's quaint and close to everything in Astoria. Thank you for letting us stay, Kathleen!

Diane and Dave were fantastic host. They had a on site property manager that was so helpful and also available for anything we needed. The apartment was better than we expected. It was beautiful with all the thoughtful amenities, and a short walk down the trail to the beautiful ocean. I would enthusiastically recommend this space. Long Beach is a fantastic little town. Lots to do like biking, hiking, shopping, horseback riding, great restaurants and if you had kids, lots to keep them entertained. Our apartment had kites, beach chairs, beach toys, they've thought of everything. They have a laundry on site. We stayed six weeks while we waited to close on our home purchase. Diane even welcomed our pets! It worked out so well. It was bittersweet to leave. Thank you Diane, Dave and Janet!

Great walkable location, you will hear noise from the pool and street depending on your location. This is located in a timeshare property so expect to be asked to attend a presentation - we declined and weren’t bothered further. Rooms are nice, but tight for 8 people. There were bags of laundry and sheets piled in the room when we checked in, called the Front Desk and they sent someone to remove them quickly. Appreciate unit being stocked with pool towels. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the tubs/shower. Had a great stay.

Great cozy little studio close to downtown Astoria. Super clean and comfy. Kerri and Dean were very accommodating regarding check in and check out times. Would definitely recommend.

A perfect perch over the mighty Columbia. Pier 39 is a lovely, historic get away that has everything needed for a relaxing, self-contained stay. Great coffee, food, beer, people - and the view is unmatched. We’ll be back.

The condo is lovely and spotless. Getting to it from the parking garage is also easy. We loved the condo but didn’t love the sales pitch for their timeshare at the concierge during check-in. Also the pool and hot tub was super busy and not appealing. We enjoy more private places usually so this may be your thing if you are into cruise ship type of vacations.
