The apartment is very well decorated and with all the cooking utensils I needed. I will leave here some observations and tips that I think were missing in the: hygienic shower in the bathrooms, a more comfortable mattress in the second room and water filter, other than that, everything PERFECT! Super kind host and responds very quickly.

Alexandra was always polite and attentive, with clear explanations and helped with everything needed. Well located house, close to everything, comfortable accommodation, with everything you need for a stay. Only on rainy days, the block where the apartment is runs out of water on rainy days, the only flaw so far. Otherwise, only praise.

Great place, very quiet, Zé Reis e Vera very attentive and helpful, I recommend too much. Very attentive Leonardo (host) also. Flexible check-in and check-out. We like it too much and we'll come back for sure!!!

The house is excellent, beautiful, comfortable and with all the utensils for those who like to make their own food. The kitchen has two refrigerators, a pizza oven and we even liked the diamond-shaped ice tray. In addition to making us feel at home, César was flexible with the schedule, allowing us to spend even more!

The house is very cozy and has several items in the kitchen, which made it very easy during the stay. It is just 2 minutes from the beach, which is super quiet. From there, the tours to Ilha das Couves — a surreal place of so beautiful! The only slightly uncomfortable situation was the lack of energy, caused by a very heavy rain. We went two days without light, and after that, the wifi was oscillating a lot — something more related to the infrastructure of the region than to the house itself. But Lúcia was super solicitous and gave us all the necessary support, even with candles! Confess that it was even interesting to run out of wifi — we were able to cook together and enjoy the moment as a family by candlelight, which had its rsrs charm. In addition, the village is an invitation to slow down, enjoy the days on the beach, enjoy the sunset and listen to the birds in the morning. Thank you very much Marília and Fernando! I'll definitely come back!

Very quiet stay, well located, pharmacy, market and restaurant nearby! 25 minutes walking from downtown Paraty to the house. The Host responds fast, clean environment, everything working. Good kitchen utensils.

We were there from January 2-5, 2025 with 7 people, 6 adults and 1 child. The house is exactly as advertised: clean, full of utensils for use, especially in the kitchen. All rooms with air-conditioning. Quiet and safe street. Very close to good beaches, 20 minutes from the historic center of Paraty (by car). The host was very helpful. One of the best we've ever had. She answered all questions very quickly and indicated options for tours and nice beaches. Thanks a lot!

It was an excellent stay. Ana and Alcir are very friendly and helpful and are always ready to help us. The place is nice and safe too. Despite having houses nearby, because it's in a condominium, we had no problems with noise. Impeccable cleanliness and organization. It was very worthwhile and I will recommend it to friends.

Spacious apartment in an elegant, historic-style complex with charming gardens. It gets plenty of natural light, has lots of room to store your clothes and belongings, and is well-equipped with kitchen amenities, including a coffee maker. There’s drinking water, a good hot shower, and a bidet. Plenty of parking space. The location is great—walking distance to downtown and the beach—and the area feels very safe. I recommend asking about the short hidden path up the hill that leads to a lookout with a spectacular view. The host was always available and communication was excellent. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay!
