Leonardo is an amazing host, attentive and considerate of guests' needs. The apartment accommodates 3 people well, has several cooking utensils, is airy, a good place to rest between tours or even to stay if you are working in Rio. The location is great, with everything close and easy access to tourist attractions such as the Lapa arch, Santa Teresa Tram, etc. I loved it and, for sure, when I return to Rio, I will stay there again.

Excellent apartment, it met our expectations 100%. It had all the necessary implements and appliances. Spacious and comfortable facilities. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was wonderful. One of the best things was that it has a filtered ice water dispenser. Air conditioners that allowed the entire apartment to be cooled. We would definitely come back. Grateful to Maurizio and Enzo.

Super nice stay with a great location! The host is very nice and always available, she also speaks English. The place is secure and always guarded, check-in and check-out went smoothly and very easy. Amenities were as advertised and everything worked out perfectly. Unfortunately, there were small bugs in the room that ran around everywhere, probably someone left their food in the property beforehand. This disturbed and made the place feel dirty. Otherwise, we would go back to this place every time!

The apartment is very beautiful and cozy. Around there is not much to go to buy something, and it is not cool to go for a walk but, the condominium is great. The ape valley is the location is close to Rio centro

We stayed with family, the stay was extremely pleasant, we had some complications with the shower, which was immediately resolved by Matheus. They were very flexible regarding the time of entry and exit, which made it very easy for us since we had bags and had no place to stay until the exact time of check in. We presented the whole house and the condominium. The only point that in a few moments bothered, but nothing so relevant, is that it does not have much acoustic insulation from one house to the other, with this, the noise of the neighbors some moments became quite evident in the apartment. But everything else was perfect!

Communication was great and the house exceeded expectations. Very spacious, clean and organized. We didn't lack anything. Luiz and Dani were super helpful and malleable when negotiating the check-in and check-out time. I recommend it.

Sergio is an excellent person, I loved the entire reception. The place is great and close to restaurants and markets. I'll definitely be back more often.

I just finished another stay at Patrick's Colonial Casa. I was there for 11 nights. I like the old style of the house - tall ceilings, lots of windows with shutters, easy access. The kitchen is well equipped including microwave and panini grill. Electric hot shower works well. Small balcony with washer is great area for laundry with outdoor drying. Patrick and Elias are easy to communicate with. I look forward to returning yet again, soon.

Hands down the best Host ever!! Tathy, Alfredo's wife was super sweet & always responsive. It seemed like no matter what time of day it was she was always responding. Definitely the best communication, the house was beautiful! And she even helped me to make sure that I could get a cake delivered for my daughter's birthday. She had everything at the house that was needed from decorations, to cake holder, and tape. I really appreciated her hospitality and excellent communication. Really wish they had other airbnb's, I would book it in a heartbeat! Also, her cleaning lady was super sweet as well. Thank you for everything!!

This was our second time staying here and I would return in a heartbeat! Waking up to the sound of the ocean is wonderful, the beds are comfortable, and it is easy walking to both Vidigal and Leblon while still feeling quiet and peaceful. Can’t wait to come back!

Julie's place is fabulous. Beautiful, well equipped place to hang out (with a lovely big terrace looking out towards the beach) and a great location. Felt very safe and convenient for beaches and shops. Julie is also a great, helpful and friendly host. Would love to visit again.

The apartment is just like the photos, impeccable bright and with an incredible view. The building has a 24-hour reception, making it very simple. The area is unbeatable, in the center of leblon, two blocks from the beach and close to a lot of restaurants. Excellent place :)

Great stay at this nice flat with Merc and Eva who were really great hosts. They tried to help even when it was almost impossible...Rio is Rio Ipanema is beautiful and it's people too!!

Almost 1 month at Alexandre's: a long and beautiful stay. I agree with all the reviews written by those who stayed there before us. The apartment is comfortable and pleasant, and there are certainly others of the same nature. But someone like Alexandre, I don't think so. He accompanied us throughout the preparation of our trip; he was there before, during and for the future 😉 Friendly, reliable, precise, cheerful, attentive, patient, in short… he's someone you can count on! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, impeccable !!!! All brand new and smelling ! Very clean linens and towels! The condominium itself offers market service, has access to various shopping points like Mc donalds! And the convenience is great! Ricardo and Uliana are extremely helpful ! The only point of “improvement” but that does not affect absolutely ANYTHING in the stay would be a wash on the living room couch, I found it dirty and with a not very pleasant smell! But making it clear that it would only be an improvement to make the stay even more perfect because the apartment is incredibly impeccable and organized ! Come back for sure !

This stay was amazing. The location was perfect, a short walk from the beach. I felt safe and secure as there was security in the building at all times. The place was spotless and stocked with everything I needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Rio! Felt like home away from home.
