Vacation rentals with beach access in Île-de-France

Lovely place wth a well equiped kitchen and a great coffee machine. Nice setup of bedrooms and bathrooms. Excellent for a family of four. Franck was a good online host. Was available when needed, responded quickly. But he wasn't needed much as the space came with clear manuals and everything was taken care of. Being on the top floor far from the street, creates a nice safe feeling. The balcony looks like something to come back for in summer.

My family and I loved our stay at Florence’s apartment. Ideally situated, it is a lovely walk straight into Fontainebleau’s city center and château, but also has two bus lines that brought us back home after long days. The place was spotless and absolutely silent at night. There are a bakery and supermarket only a few steps away. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Florence greeted is warmly upon our arrival and was always quick to respond. I highly recommend both her and her apartment for a perfect stay!

I've stayed in Paris many times, both AirBnB and hotel. This was my favorite! Obviously the canal view is very pleasant. But when the sun shines and is moving up low in the horizon, it streams into the apartment making everything bright and warm! I would love to stay there in spring or summer and have the windows wide open while having breakfast. The host was very sweet and I felt this was the true promised AirBnB experience. i stayed at Gerard's for 4 weeks and felt really good! the neighborhood is great, transport and all the necessary shops are close. the apartment is as in the photos, bright and well-equipped. also really quiet, considering that we are in the middle of Paris. gérard is reachable and helped me as soon as I needed something, thank you again! i will book again without hesitation if I come back to Paris:)

Where to begin…Jerome was the perfect host. He personally greeted me and walked me through the apartment and its amenities—The flat is immaculate, bright and well appointed. The bathroom is large and I loved the lit mirror! The kitchen has everything needed to make a meal and the bedroom is cozy with a super comfy bed and linens. Jerome was always available for questions and checked in with me to be sure everything was going well. I rarely initiated contact as his flat is wonderful.

Host was extremely polite and helpful! We are surprised because the apartment is better than the one depicted in the photos; more illuminated, furnished, spacious and cozy; it would be interesting to update the photos. I would stay again. Public transportation is very close to the accommodation, bus and train, and takes you to downtown Paris between 30-40 minutes. It was very good for us that we spent 6 days using the Navigo card. On the outskirts of the apartment there are bakeries, markets, bookstores, drugstores, everything you may need. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. We love the place!

A beautiful airbnb that is equipped with all comforts. Marie Claude gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. The house is neat and clean and a good base to visit Paris (40 minutes by train from Marles and Brie).

We rented this place for the WE. The lake estate is a quiet and really beautiful place. Perfect for a WE for families or with friends. We will be back in the year to take advantage of this area which offers various activities. The host is very welcoming and engaged. Communication was very fluid. I recommend 100%. In order to take my elderly parents out, in the company of my wife, we chose this residence whose setting is exceptional, and where everything is level. We had a great weekend with the family. Fabrice is very friendly and remains attentive. I highly recommend it.

Florence’s place was just what we needed for a trip to Meaux for a wedding. The accommodation was clean, tidy and very well equipped (we had all the kitchen items we needed which is not always a guarantee!). The location was easy to find and nice and quiet. The only downside we found was that the parking offered is only on street parking and when we arrived it was hard to find a space so we had to park on a different road a couple minutes away. I would recommend a stay if you are visiting the area (or Disney).

We were very well received and the exchanges were simple efficient and very cordial. The listing matched the ohotis and description. There is no parking space but enough free space around to park without difficulty. The residence is pleasantly quiet and the apartment is very nice. Thanks again

We had a lovely stay at this place. The view of the Eiffel Tower is just amazing. The beds are extremely comfortable. Boris was responsive when we had a lot of him. We wanted to be close to La Défense and Puteaux train station located 1min from Boris' accommodation brought us there very quickly or sometimes we walked. The only catch is the stairs at the entrance of the building when you have a lot of luggage. But frankly, we all loved staying here for a few days. Thank you Boris for hosting! We'll go back if we have a chance.
