There are swimming pool, sandy soccer courts, playground, beauty salon, restaurant and even laundry. The trim has everything and is well cared for by Nana. Air conditioning running perfectly. We spent great days at Beth's apartment! The location is simply excellent, with the building located right in front of Praia do Forte, which facilitates access and allows you to enjoy the place even more. Our stay was excluded since we arrived. The apartment was spotless. It is modern and new has a lot of comfort in all environments. It has 24-hour security. The location is a few meters from the neighborhood do passagem where you can enjoy different gastronomic alternatives. 100% Recommended.

Ample, spacious, beautiful apartment, with all bed, bath and kitchen utensils, right in the roundabout, way to Forte beach, beach of the Dunas, the bus station... I felt at home... Super recommend!

We were immensely happy and satisfied with our stay. It has greatly exceeded our expectations. Place impeccably clean, organized, all thought out with great zeal and good taste. The apartment is a penthouse, on the underside has a coffee corner with coffee maker, coffee powder, soluble coffee, tea and a host treat, has 1 suite, + 1 bedroom plus 1 bathroom, living room with sofa that turns bed, tv and Netflix, 1 laundry with water purifier, various cleaning products, washing and drying machine, brooms, floor cloths, dish cloths, cooler and beach chairs. All rooms have toilet paper, soap, bath towels, face and linens, including blankets, all impeccably clean. It looks like 5 star hotel. On the top side there is 1 sofa that turns to bed, cooks all skipped out. It has 1 suite upstairs. All brand new and well-maintained. We want to thank you for Mariana's excellent work that served us super well. We will return for sure.

Our stay was perfect. The district served our class, great house, complete, has everything, and the best facing the beach with clear and calm waters. I want to thank Dona Abigail and Caseiro Fabio here, who were very nice all these days, removing all the doubts, giving a legal support any time of the day or until the night, quickly. The house is truly wonderful, spacious and with a beautiful view of the pool. It was clean and organized, exactly as in the pictures. It is close to an environmental area, and we were told to always keep the doors closed to avoid unwanted visits. However, we did not have any problems during the stay. I traveled with my family and the house met our needs perfectly. Whenever we requested something, we were promptly taken care of. We miss pots, since we are a family of seven people and cooked in the house almost every day. However, when talking to Raquel, she quickly provided what we needed. The garage gate had a problem during our stay, and we had to leave it open for a night as it was weekend and the technician could only meet us on Monday. According to the owner, there was no cause for concern, which reassured us. Overall, everything was great! We'll be back!

The location of the house is easily accessible, so we had no problem finding it. It is close, approximately 12/15 minutes, to great beaches of Arraial and Cabo Frio. The accommodations were impeccable, all tidy and very clean. The house has a great space that ensures a super comfortable stay. Washington was an excellent host who was helpful and quick to answer and resolve all questions. We had a problem with the refrigerator, which was quickly resolved with the replacement by another one. We'll definitely be back soon.

What a spectacular house!!!!! What a wonderful place!!!!! We stayed in the family and had memorable experiences. We take advantage of every room in the house and especially the pool and the barbecue pit. The house has two great duplex refrigerators and a spectacular freezer. It has bathrooms all around and a fully equipped kitchen. The beds of all rooms are in great “look new” states We spent a wonderful weekend and holiday. Hostã ANGÉLICA is to be congratulated for the accommodations and for all the attention you gave us from the arrival to the exit. At all times, the hostess responded very quickly, clearly, efficiently, and sending us all the necessary contacts for shopping and sightseeing. Checkin was before the time. I felt at home, all extremely clean, all the utensils of the house are in perfect conditions of use and cleaning (which for me is the most important). The very attentive host, received us very well, was ready at all times to answer our questions. The district is under construction on the main access roads to the main beaches, but we were able to do our tours normally.

The apartment is very nice and well equipped. The condominium is organized and the services are great. Good for those who want to enjoy the lagoon and the pool or for those who want to go to the arraial beaches that are about 15-20min without traffic. We love your stay!

My experience was amazing! The Apartment is impeccable, the decor is beautiful, the location is excellent! All exactly as in the pictures. The AP has everything you'll need for your stay. The amphitryons are very solicitous, there is a book indicating the beaches and places to visit, you can go to the big beach and there are also good restaurants with a very brief walk. Loved it!
