It is even difficult to find words to describe our experience in the Beth residence. Since the beginning of the negotiations, Beth was super helpful, answered all our doubts, gave excellent restaurant and tour tips. We arrived and were welcomed by Olivia, who has been working with Beth for years, with a delicious breakfast waiting for us. The place was very comfortable and spacious for our family. Cozy and very well equipped. very close to the beach dunes. The host, Mariane, was very kind and attentive to any questions or requests. The pool needs constant maintenance and it looks like the paint came in its shelf life, but nothing serious and we were able to use it. Totally recommendable.

We spent a few wonderful days in Cabo Frío. Super comfortable, since Mariana's apartment is very complete, impeccable sheets and towels, full kitchen, lounge chairs, umbrella, conservative and best of all, a spectacular sea view. It was 14 days of absolute pleasure sunrise at this place. Thank you so much for everything. We will definitely be back! 😁

The house is huge, it is in front of the beach of Pontal, and has a terrace with a wonderful view, it is exactly like in the pictures, with 3 floors and 5 bedrooms, it served my group of 20 very well, the pool area with the barbecue is wide and wonderful, we enjoy the shower a lot, the children mainly, we have had wonderful moments. We did not know the beach of pontal and we were amazed, the beach is super quiet, especially at the end of it that is very close to the house, there is a trail in the stones that leads to a wonderful view, there is a lagoon also called the red lagoon that the children took advantage of a lot. Abigail is a very kind, flexible and proactive hostess, we had some unforeseen events in the house but she and the housekeeper were readily available and resolved everything. We intend to return soon, we love our stay! Super recommend it!

Each of Thamila is spectacular , beautiful, well-equipped, all tidy clean and up-to-date, impeccable... we lack nothing . The very comfortable rooms, kitchen with everything new and with all appliances , beautiful outdoor area and the wonderful and clean swimming pool every day .The perfect place, close to the lagoon ...which is beautiful with wonderful sunshine and very well cared condominium, quiet, safe, with very educated staff. We had an amazing stay! The space is exactly as described in the listing, wide and well-organized. We were very well received by the co-host Maria, always answering our questions quickly. In addition, the space is very well located, close to markets, restaurants, bakeries and of course the best beaches of Cabo Frio, beach of the dunes and Praia do forte. Of course, we recommend and hope to be back soon!

The house is beautiful, exactly as in the pictures and perfect for rest days. All very new, furniture and appliances of very first quality. Beds are huge and very comfortable. The pool is wonderful! Everything perfect, in addition to Raquel's kindness that quickly answered the doubts we had and also gave indications of tours, restaurants ….. in short…..me and my family love and we can't wait to come back!

The location of the house is easily accessible, so we had no problem finding it. It is close, approximately 12/15 minutes, to great beaches of Arraial and Cabo Frio. The accommodations were impeccable, all tidy and very clean. The house has a great space that ensures a super comfortable stay. Washington was an excellent host who was helpful and quick to answer and resolve all questions. We had a problem with the refrigerator, which was quickly resolved with the replacement by another one. We'll definitely be back soon.

everything was impeccable, Lilian received us super well, we were able to get in before check in. The view is perfect identical to the photos, house all clean had all the utensils we needed, close to the center and all the beaches....

Great place to rest. Casa has all the necessary structure for a full stay. Everything was clean and functional , including the swimming pool, which we used a lot after returning from the beach. Local located away from the uproar of the center and almost no people pass in the vicinity, so if you want quiet, you are in the right place. If you don't want to make food, you have a nearby place that sells warmth. Between 8 and 8:30 a boy sells fresh bread in a cart. The nearby beach was strong and with a stream, but if you walk a little, it reaches the tip of the same beach, where it is calmer. We enjoyed a lot. Indico.

We love the ease of entering the house, just pick up the keys at the concierge and everything is right! The nice house, equipped with everything needed for a good stay! The conditioned Ares work very well but they are old and make a lot of noise, the room needs an air conditioner because it is very hot in the summer and only has a fan, but Clay said they will arrange soon! The high mountain beach is very quiet and beautiful, a sea of surreal colors and a jaw dropping sunset, very close to the condominium! We will definitely return to the yellow house, Clay and Paola are very quick in the answers and have given us support whenever we need, I recommend the house for sure!Many thanks to the hosts and see you soon!

Our stay was wonderful , Enrico was a great host , the apartment is great , excellent condominium for family and children , condominium restaurant with homemade food and a fair price, we went by car (15min) to the best beaches of downtown. We will definitely return.

Excellent accommodation, outdoor area with no defects. The town is close to the access of the town of Arraial. Nothing complaining, just compliments, I love it, and I want it a next time! ❤️

My experience was amazing! The Apartment is impeccable, the decor is beautiful, the location is excellent! All exactly as in the pictures. The AP has everything you'll need for your stay. The amphitryons are very solicitous, there is a book indicating the beaches and places to visit, you can go to the big beach and there are also good restaurants with a very brief walk. Loved it!
