The condominium is quiet and corresponds to the announcement. Mailla is very solicitous. We provided a material at the checkin which has all the necessary information to do so.

Since the beginning of the negotiations, Beth was super helpful, answered all our doubts, gave excellent restaurant and tour tips. We arrived and were welcomed by Olivia, who has been working with Beth for years, with a delicious breakfast waiting for us. The residence was spotless The apartment is very spacious, very airy and well located. The decoration delighted us. We were delighted. It exceeded all our expectations. We love to spend the holidays in this apartment, with an amazing view! It is located in a quieter area of Cabo Frio. The very clean and organized place, with a kitchen equipped with everything you need. The very helpful hosts, before and during the stay. We only have to thank for the wonderful times we have had. And we definitely recommend the site.

The stay was incredible! The location is a big plus: the neighborhood is safe, quiet and is close to several sights. We were able to explore the city on foot, without needing transport, which made everything practical and tasty. The property is exactly like in the pictures, super comfortable and well-maintained. But what really made a difference for us was the flexibility at check-in! This helped us a lot because we were able to arrive calmly, without hurry or worries. In addition, communication was quick and efficient, taking all our questions right away. I highly recommend this accommodation for those seeking comfort, practicality and a great location. I would definitely stay here again!

Gabriel was extremely kind and proactive. The village passed tips from the site and always responded quickly. The apartment is very nice and quiet and the condominium has many amenities, such as swimming pool, courts , restaurant, as well as being a quiet place. I recommend and would definitely stay again!

The house is huge, it is in front of the beach of Pontal, and has a terrace with a wonderful view, it is exactly like in the pictures, with 3 floors and 5 bedrooms, it served my group of 20 very well, the pool area with the barbecue is wide and wonderful, we enjoy the shower a lot, the children mainly, we have had wonderful moments. We did not know the beach of pontal and we were amazed, the beach is super quiet, especially at the end of it that is very close to the house, there is a trail in the stones that leads to a wonderful view, there is a lagoon also called the red lagoon that the children took advantage of a lot. Abigail is a very kind, flexible and proactive hostess, we had some unforeseen events in the house but she and the housekeeper were readily available and resolved everything. We intend to return soon, we love our stay! Super recommend it!

Each of Thamila is spectacular , beautiful, well-equipped, all tidy clean and up-to-date, impeccable... we lack nothing . The very comfortable rooms, kitchen with everything new and with all appliances , beautiful outdoor area and the wonderful and clean swimming pool every day .The perfect place, close to the lagoon ...which is beautiful with wonderful sunshine and very well cared condominium, quiet, safe, with very educated staff. We had an amazing stay! The space is exactly as described in the listing, wide and well-organized. We were very well received by the co-host Maria, always answering our questions quickly. In addition, the space is very well located, close to markets, restaurants, bakeries and of course the best beaches of Cabo Frio, beach of the dunes and Praia do forte. Of course, we recommend and hope to be back soon!

Great stay, clean and organized house, well located and complete, all as described in the listing

great space, we went in 3 adults and 2 children and the space accommodated us perfectly. angelica was super receptive and flexible with the check-in and check-out time, the house is super comfortable and cool, the gourmet space with the tbm pool is perfect, super quiet place, half away from the city but angelica provided us with restaurant, market and bakery deliveries. we were able to enjoy the beach, which is super calm and empty, great for the children and for walking in the morning. for sure we will be back more often!!

It is impossible to dislike the Yellow House. It's much better than your listing description. The house is complete and prepared to host tenants. Grill, kayaks, household appliances, beach items and the magnificent lagoon practically in the backyard of the house. It is the perfect combination between a family home and a commercially prepared house for AirBnb. We will definitely come back!

We had wonderful days in this paradise. The space served us perfectly , the beach is wonderful and the house is new and it was very clean, but the high point is cook D. Luzia, which person illuminated with perfect astral and empathy for the environment, and also cooks wonderfully well, did not take any effort to please us. I'll be back for sure!! Thank you

Excellent accommodation, outdoor area with no defects. The town is close to the access of the town of Arraial. Nothing complaining, just compliments, I love it, and I want it a next time! ❤️

My experience was amazing! The Apartment is impeccable, the decor is beautiful, the location is excellent! All exactly as in the pictures. The AP has everything you'll need for your stay. The amphitryons are very solicitous, there is a book indicating the beaches and places to visit, you can go to the big beach and there are also good restaurants with a very brief walk. Loved it!
