Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ifako-Ijaiye

We needed an urgent place to stay given our hotel reservation fell through unexpectedly . The stay at 1219 Homes was pleasant with all amenities as described . 24/7 electricity and WiFi outside of few hours during the night , but the place was clean , quiet , and safe - we really enjoyed ourselves and appreciated the help from the House Manager Mr.David . Would 100% recommend !

Emmanuel's place was indeed a home away from home. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and had listed amenities. Electricity was constant. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in the bedrooms but overall no complaints from me. The bedrooms are equipped with TV'S which is a huge plus. Host was very responsive. You could tell he cared about our needs and satisfaction. Daily housekeeping is provided if needed. House staff went above and beyond and even washed our car. Apartment is located in a nice peaceful neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars within a 5 mile radius. I'm beyond satisfied with my stay and will definitely be back. Already recommending this host to my friends and family in Nigeria.

Akeem's place is a secure property, nicely nestled at the end of a very private close. It boasts very spacious en-suite bedrooms, ample kitchen, and what can only be described as a gigantic master bedroom (equipped with a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi). The electricity is 24/7 - the ACs work so well, you may end up turning them off and using the fans - they are that cold! The doors are all code-entry (and thumb), and seamless to enter and exit. With a big family, it was imperative to feel one had competent security - and this was definitely the case in this property. When you consider we were also welcomed with what turned out to be a whole week's drinking water supply, it is no surprise that the family want to return as soon as possible!

The host was very responsive and had no issue with our late check-in. The place was exactly as advertised. I strongly recommend.

Mr. Eedris responded to all of our inquiries very quickly! In fact, almost immediately. He is flexible as we had a need to check in early and check out later, and he accommodated those needs! The location was very easy to locate for our guests! The amount we paid for the stay at Mr. Eedris’s property was absolutely worth it!!! We will be staying there again when we have a need for a place in the area! And, this property is very highly recommended! We had a very successful event at this property! Fola’s place is an oasis in the middle of Lagos, the garden is beautiful & peaceful - IK was so helpful and everyone made me feel at home. Thank you 🙏🏽

I really enjoyed my stay at Ima's place. All the amenities listed were there and electricity was almost perfect. A nice place to stay.

Babfemi's place was exactly as advertised. It actually felt more welcoming in person. If I ever needed accomodation in that area, I would stay at Onixville again. The host is a pleasant person and was available and willing to help whenever I reached out. The environment is clean and quiet and all the amenities are updated and functional. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

This is my second stay at this apartment and it was great. Very clean and well furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I would defines recommend it and would stay there again.

I don’t really have much to say rather than I enjoyed my stay at Sola’s place. It feels like home, I was able to catch up with my Amazon prime TV shows etc.The house help was amazing. she comes around to check if anything is needed. My next visit I’m staying there for sure. No doubt

David's apartment was exactly what we needed! He was so helpful and attentive when we needed him, his apartment was very nice and it is close to many different little markets and shops, including the Ikeja Mall. Perfect location for our trip.
