we're back in our peaceful oasis!! the house is a candy box from the 70s... a jewel. very clean!!! complete with everything, with plenty of space! magnificent landscape. possibility of being outdoors in absolute peace but a 5-minute drive from the services and the village of Corinaldo. A wonderful experience in Fano! We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Fano, which turned out to be perfect in every way! The location is really strategic: in a few minutes you can reach both the historic center and the beach, allowing us to make the most of everything the city has to offer. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos: clean, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with every necessary comfort. A welcoming environment that made us feel right at home. A special thanks to the host Stefano, always available and very kind, ready to offer advice and assistance for any need. In addition, we really appreciated the welcome reserved for our four-legged friends: not only were they welcome, but there was a real enthusiasm in receiving them! We look forward to returning and recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to experience an unforgettable stay in Fano!

Staying from Tommaso to Numana was a really nice experience. The house is spacious and bright, with two wonderful outdoor spaces, one of which is particularly spacious, where we could enjoy breakfast in the morning and relaxing dinners in the evening. The property is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, which made our stay even more restorative. Tommaso was an exceptional host: welcoming and always ready to offer valuable advice on beaches and local amenities, which have enriched our vacation. We recommend this place for those looking for a break of serenity in a beautiful setting.

Marco's place was great for our 2 day stop in Ancona. An easy 10 min walk from the station even with lots of luggage and a toddler and easy to bus into town. the apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable

MASSIGNANO IS A GREAT PLACE TO BE. A special and unexpected experience. I already knew the surprising and private beauty of the Marche Region, but the view that opens in the morning from the window of Alessandro's (the host) rural house is something that had never happened to me. The beauty of the peaceful nature that surrounds the house is paired with the very refined and stylish furnishings in the house, which I would dare to call an art house. Equipped with all the comforts and a soul of its own with paintings by artists on the walls, mainly contemporary street art that emphasize the accommodation experience, the rural house is a perfect place to unwind. Alessandro also told me about his future plans for the embellishment of the terraced garden overlooking the sea, a few steps from the house, the beauty of which I could not fully enjoy due to the season. I will not fail to return… BECAUSE YOU FEEL GOOD IN MASSIGNANO.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

We reserved the house for our colleagues. The house is very spacious, well laid out, clean, suitable for a longer stay, as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. Highly recommended.

The apartment is really very nice and exceptional with the private pool. The location is super central right in the old town surrounded by many restaurants. Communication with Chiara was friendly and straightforward, we would book here again directly.

We had a great time! The view is incredible and pets are also welcome. Great breakfast too!

Catia and her palace are one of a kind! The tastiest eggs and omelettes are only here. Your animal kingdom is sugar sweet! On foot, you can easily reach the small village, where you can find relatively everything. since I was here alone during the low season, I was allowed to choose whether I want to occupy in the tiny house or one of the rooms. Catia treated me as if me and my dog were part of your family! Thank you so much for everything!

We did not see Claudia in person but we met Stefano (father-in-law) very kind always ready for any request, fantastic cottage ground floor with patio with grill and inside with fireplace with plenty of firewood, everything in order and cleanliness even utensils and linen !!! I highly recommend this place

The house is very beautiful, private and in a great environment. The host is very friendly and communicative. It can be used perfectly by a family or friends. The pool isn’t big but perfect to cool down and the beach is only 30 minutes away. You can’t really do much sightseeing in the neighbourhood, but if you are looking for a vacation to relax, then you are in the right place! Also, the house has many features such as table tennis, kicker and more. We would come back anytime!

A small corner immersed in the Marche countryside, clean and tidy apartment, you find everything you need to cook, very clean bedding and towels Silvia is super, helpful, welcoming and attentive. Thanks, our stay in Pesaro was all about relaxation.

House not in a central location but in a hamlet just outside the historic center, in a quiet area. House with large garden for the dog (the photos don't do it justice) communication with Tommaso (person in charge of apartment management) always punctual, precise and helpful. Highly recommended!

La casetta delle more was a fantastic experience. We went in two couples to spend New Year's Eve in peace. We found a cozy and very clean house, well-stocked and tidy. Maria Cristina is a wonderful host, she made us a delicious tart and treats for the little dog we had with us. She was kind from start to finish. The space outside the casetta delle more is truly spacious and ideal for spending moments of peace and tranquility in company. An experience to be repeated.

Our stay in a holiday home in a quaint valley near Gualdo Tadino, Umbria, was a great experience. The location of the house was perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature and in an ideal place to explore the surroundings. The green landscape offered us exactly the relaxation we were looking for. Also close to restaurants and grocery stores. (5 mins) The hostess (and gentleman :-))made our stay really special. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to advise us on getaways and local attractions. However, what we appreciated most was the delicious homemade desserts she brought us from time to time. From tiramisu to fresh pannacotta, every dish was a treat. In addition, we got fresh tomatoes from her garden, which were really full of taste. The house was comfortable and well equipped, with a lovely terrace where we could enjoy the surroundings. We had brief problems with the electricity, but that was quickly fixed. Great.

Being a guest at Giulia's place is like a refreshing cuddle! The house is very beautiful both indoors and outdoors, surrounded by nature in the Marche hills, in silence and tranquility. In the garden we immediately made friends with the 2 beautiful dogs and cats. Giulia was an exceptional host, super helpful, she gave us a lot of tips on things to do and see in addition to offering us great tomatoes from her garden! We felt right at home and hope to be back soon! Highly recommended :)

The house is beautiful both inside and outside, as well as the context in which it is located. The garden is wonderful and you find yourself surrounded by greenery in a quiet and peaceful location. You can hear the sound of the highway, but the sound is distant and muffled, we were 8 and it did not bother anyone. Gated place, suitable for families with children and animals. Internally it is well furnished with a uniform style, so you can't find furniture paired with cascade. The mattresses are comfortable. There are mosquito nets that can be wrapped on all the windows. All the equipment in the house works regularly. The house is 5 minutes by car from everything, sea, city center, hypermarket. Giulia is an impeccable host, absolutely discreet presence who made us experience the house as if it was ours, but ready and available in time of need. Highly recommended.

Alessia is an extraordinary host!! Super attentive & passionate about what she does!! That positivism is very contagious!! We had a perfect stay on the place, where we could have breakfast while looking at the sunrise, it was so beautiful!! 10/10
