Our stay was PERFECT! - The house was even better than expected! Plenty of space, big kitchen, a great layout, and kid friendly. - The location was excellent. We had a slight hesitation about not being right in the city center, but the tradeoff for a great house with plenty of space where our group could be together was well worth it! The S2 stop was a 7 minute walk from the house and was super convenient for getting into the city. We didn't take an uber/taxi once during our stay! - Moritz and Janka were super friendly, informative, and flexible. You can't ask for better hosts! I highly recommend a stay here if you are travelling to the great city of Munich and want a comfortable and convenient home base.

Easy check-in via key box. Spacious house, beds were made and plenty of towels available. We were only there for one night and left the next morning. I can't say anything about the kitchen equipment.

We encountered an unexpected issue when our long-term apartment booking fell through, and they took the time to talk with us, offering their support in case we got stranded or needed help. Their kindness and generosity made a big difference during a stressful time. On top of that, we loved the delicious bread they provided for breakfast—it was a perfect start to our mornings! When you look at the pictures of a place, you always assume and prepare yourself for worse. Because, you know, pictures could be deceptive. But, this place, the pictures are not enough to show how cozy, comfortable and useful it is! And me and my family are so grateful for such a nice and helpful hospitality to our host Steffi.

This was a completely unexpected surprise during our trip! With the company of adorable little parrots and Julia’s furry friends, this place is a paradise for animal lovers, and the kids absolutely loved it! The property is located in a very quiet and peaceful town, away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to supermarkets and restaurants—perfect for those traveling by car. The house feels like a fairytale cottage—cozy, clean, and equipped with everything you might need for daily living. It has a private entrance and a lovely outdoor courtyard. Julia is an incredibly responsible and caring host, warm and full of love, and her family is just as delightful as her. If we ever return, we will definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended to everyone!

Our time in Waltersberg with Georg and his wife was incredibly beautiful. The former calf stable has been converted with so much love for detail and high quality, the garden is simply adorable and the view over the meadows into the mountains is priceless. Georg and his wife are the warmest hosts you can imagine. You are received at night and in the fog on the village road so that you do not have to look for the house for a long time and on departure you are brought to the car with a gift and warmly said goodbye. In between are days when Georg discreetly offers his help, advice and excursion tips, but otherwise you are completely undisturbed.

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

Like last time, everything was great. I love the view from the balcony. In the apartment there is everything you need. Cozily furnished. The lake terrace is great. We often sat there. Shopping in the neighboring village of Krün or Kochel am See. We've been here for the second time and will definitely be back. Excellent. Kind regards to the dear landlords

This place was perfect for people staying with little kids. Tons of toys and perfect little beds. The living area is bigger than expected. Tamara Meg is to provide the kids. She only speaks German but it’s not a problem if you know your basics. Old town area is about a 15 minute walk

My girlfriend and I spent 4 nights here and it was really beautiful. Check-in was straightforward, the accommodation itself very cozy and the location relatively central for city trips (such as Fürstenfeldbruck, Augsburg and Munich). Katharina was a great host and always easily accessible. Glad to come back!

We were lucky enough to stay in a beautiful Airbnb apartment and felt completely comfortable from the first moment. The place was stylishly furnished, cozy and well equipped, nothing was missing. The location was ideal, and the atmosphere just to relax. A perfect stay that we would repeat at any time!

The stay was very nice for us as a family. Christine and the whole family were very nice and always took time for a chat. Our son was allowed to help feed the animals and got all questions about the farm and the animals answered. The food offered was priced well and we can highly recommend the ham in particular. My son and I had a great stay, recommend for anyone in need of a small flat close to the metro in Munich.

Great apartment with a nice little garden. Great for dogs because it is completely fenced. The apartment is well equipped, even with two large beautiful dog beds. The kitchen has everything you need. Even small things that are often missing - like scissors and Co. was thought of. We especially loved our own washing machine and dryer, as well as the numerous storage options.

Really lovely place, we loved it. The stairs might be a bit trick for elderly and small children, but other than that it’s really perfect. So clean, modern, pretty, great kitchen with everything you can need to cook any meal. I would recommend this place anytime

Our second time staying in one of Andreas’ places. A great stay, within 20 mins walk to town. Hot water takes a while to kick in and we could have done with an additional towel for our toddler but all in all a pleasant stay.

Communication with the landlords is friendly, helpful and accommodating. We liked the apartment very much and it corresponds 100% to the photos on the website. A very nice apartment with a great location. I am very happy to recommend this.

We had a great, relaxing stay in the cozy apartment. A beautiful area with many hiking opportunities that also delighted our dogs. We were greeted very friendly and with open arms. Thanks for the wonderful (off)time and the drinks in the fridge:)

Arrived and felt comfortable. A special apartment that is absolutely first-class furnished. Two balconies - magnificent. Complete underfloor heating gladly appreciated in the winter months. The house is extremely quiet and the residential area is great. 1 min to Loisach with wonderful walks. Shops, bakers, etc. in walking distance. We will be back - I promise!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.

Javier's place is great. Really lovely place with charm. lots of attention to details and fully equipped. Makes you feel at home right away. Javier communicated well and kindly. Fantastic combo.
