If you want to know the famous neighborhood of Triana, you just have to cross its bridge and enjoy the atmosphere and its famous Tapas. Ideal for fans of bullfighting given the proximity to the Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza. Also noteworthy is the short distance to the Teatro de la Maestranza. Ideal for visiting Seville during Semana Santa and just fifteen minutes from the Feria de Abril venue. The loft has a spacious open living room with high ceilings and an integrated kitchen. All in all, a comfortable place to rest in a strategic location. The loft has two exclusive access courtyards for our guests. We have a crib and highchair available for children. The Loft is located in the Arenal neighborhood, a quiet and traditional neighborhood, just three minutes from the Cathedral, with many restaurants and terraces that will delight our guests. Among the most representative buildings near the Loft are the bullring of the Maestranza and the theater of the same name. They are located two minutes from the Guadalquivir River, a river of great importance for the city and through which they can walk quietly. Although given its location that makes it not necessary to travel by any means of transport, being in the historic center, there are only a minute's walk from a tourist bus stop where you can get to know the city. At the same stop, you have the possibility to hire a river trip along the Guadalquivir River. There is also a Bluemove stop in the area where you can rent a tour. For athletes , there are a wide variety of businesses nearby where you can rent bicycles, electric scooters, and segways and hire tour guides. There is a public parking lot nearby where you can leave your car. Located on the first floor without an elevator It has 3 spacious beds, 1 of 160 and 2 of 110 in the mezzanine Unlike most 1-bedroom apartments that have 1 bed plus sofa bed with the discomfort it entails (not being able to watch TV other guests while those on the sofa bed sleep, having to mount and disassemble it …) It's a Plus!!!!

COVID19 Measures: Reservations are spaced in time, so that no previous guest has occupied the place during the previous 72 hours. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for about 5 hours, about 72 hours prior to any stay. All clothes have been washed at 60% degrees, all surfaces and floors disinfected. Be save !!
