Really enjoyed our weekend away, great communication from the start. Quite and quirky cottage, so peaceful even though it's on a road, this wasn't a problem for us.. The hot tub was amazing.. A great extra to the weekend...☺️☺️

Stopped here before going through the tunnel. So handy for terminal, just a short drive. Loved the surroundings of the place, little business park next door with micro brewery pub. Easy access via back gate so was really handy with the dogs. Huge fenced in back garden. Nice circular walk, again access through back garden/business park. The house is fabulous, living/kitchen area perfect, lots of extras, milk, orange juice, snacks, salt and pepper etc. Even logs left for log burner which doesn’t happen very often without a charge. So cosy with it lit. Nice comfy bed, and shower was amazing. Would have been more than happy to spend a few days there!

What a hidden gem of a place! We feel so lucky to have found Stable Oak Cottages and to have spent New Year there with our family celebrating our sons 18th. The place was gorgeous and the hot tub such a treat! The alpacas were great entertainment and the luxurious little touches from bath robes and sliders, to home baked bread and muffins were just wonderful. Highly recommend.

Very cozy little place, perfect for a couple wanting to chill out for a few days. Close to a lot of quaint towns, a few beaches, and some nice pubs. Great communication from host at all times! Will defo come here again :)

Badgers Den was spotlessly clean , and the best equipped AirBnb I’ve ever stayed in. They have thought of everything. The facilities were amazing and the gardens simply divine. Their love of horticulture was very obvious with the amount of beautiful plants in the property. I thought the ones in the cottage were fake initially as they were so big and lush. But they are all real ! Sadly the weather was pretty rubbish but we spent a few days just cosying up in the cottage playing games and watching films . Cannot recommend this place enough and hopefully will come back when the weather is a bit better. Great hosts. Great place . Incredible attention to detail. Thank you so much

Willow Cottage exceeded my expectations, it was quiet, comfortable and is even better than the photos / descriptions and positive reviews speak to. We had a great stay with my reactive / nervous dog, enjoyed a 10k loop walk to Rye and back - followed by a dip in the hot tub. The garden was totally secure, for my inquisitive terrier. Thank you Nina - can’t wait to stay again.

Beautiful cottage, lovely peaceful stay. Great kitchen and bathroom. Set in the countryside with beautiful views of the fields and afar, even saw Barn owls flying at dusk.

We had a wonderful weekend! The highlight was definitely being able to walk straight onto the beautiful sandy beach—it made our stay feel extra special. The location was perfect, and the house was comfortable and clean. Thank you for hosting us, we hope to return soon!

Everything was great and as described with a perfect location close to the sea front. Stephen was friendly and made us feel welcome upon arrival so it was easy to settle in and relax. A well deserved five stars!

lovely stay in a beautiful comfy house. Host was brilliant and very responsive and went above a beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay. We would like to say a big thank you. We had a fantastic weekend stay at this property. The garden was 100% safe for our dog and we found it nice and quiet, surrounded by nature and orchards. Mark had left lots of leaflets showing what's going on in the area, and was very kind to recommend places to visit and eat/drink. The accommodation was designed and decorated with alot of thought and attention to detail, to establish a very comfortable stay. We will certainly be visiting again.

Had a great stay at Dani’s cottage, a great location, a short walk to the beach, the local pub and shop. Also for those who do not drive, the property is located a 5 minute walk from the bus stop to Rye station. The house was lovely and well looked after, had everything you would need to feel right at home. Highly recommend and will definitely return 😊

The cottage was very lovely and cosy, we felt at home! It was very tidy and clean. The garden is also lovely and has a nice view on the fields and horse. Ann and Bob are very friendly and interested in their guests, but respected our privacy as well. They also gave usefull information about things to do, where to park etc. We would recommend this cottage! The low ceilings might be a bit of a challenge to taller people, nevertheless they also contribute to it's charm. We had a lovely week!

A lovely few days at Hazel cottage. The cottage was clean, light, very peaceful and it had everything we needed to make it a home from home. We enjoyed a couple of evening meals in the garden, some lovely walks along the North Downs Way with some very nice lunches at pubs along the way. I felt very comfortable allowing my dog to roam around the garden, which was very secure - he met his first hedgehog there l. Claudia and her partner were very friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back.

Fischer’s cottage is a wonderfully tranquil getaway in a beautiful part of Kent. The cottage was very comfortable, with everything we needed in the kitchen and a magnificent wood burning stove in the living room to keep us cosy on a slightly chilly Summer evening. The garden was a delight and allowed our two-year old daughter a great space to play. We even made use of the BBQ and outdoor wood-burning stove. D was so helpful with directions, recommendations of where to visit and which pubs and restaurants to eat at. We would certainly come back again.

Just returned from a lovely stay in this barn. Beautiful location despite all the rain and wind, still managed to get out and see some local places. Very comfortable accommodation, immaculately clean and a great host, would highly recommend if visiting this area

We had a fabulous time at Jo’s Jo was extremely attentive and responded immediately. So many great touches like coffee, tea, orange juice and eggs. The area and the view are absolutely stunning, honestly the pictures do not do justice compared to when you are there!!!

absolutely stunning. took my mum and older kids for a family weekend for a Christmas present. the cottage is cosy and just so cute. it has something for everyone my son's watched sky movies in the open plan kitchen.I drunk wine with mum in the beautiful cottage lounge and relaxed. we all enjoyed the hot tub and views. cooked in the well equipped kitchen and ate in the conservatory. The bath was a absolute perfect end to the day before falling in to a very comfortable bed. in my room I had sky TV so everyone had enough space if needed. it's a absolutely hidden gem and very private with stunning views and well kept garden. tenterden is only 10 mins drive where there's restaurants, pubs and a large tesco. the cottage is so perfect we didn't need to go out and seek things to do. if I could rate this beautiful air BNB I would give it 6 out of five but I can only give it five out five . thankyou so much for sharing your beautiful home 🙏🏻❤️

Romy greeted us with a complimentary drink in the pub opposite as she was finishing up with a unexpected repair emergency to our accommodation. She had arranged a resolution to her issue had her property not been ready for us, but it wasnt needed fortunately. Romy is as 'hands on or hands off' as required and she was helpful recommending local walks and providing extras where requested. The beds upstairs are singles due to space available but the sofa bed in main living room pulls out as a double. The property gets cosy warm quickly and the heat does rise up the stairs. We were out visiting family for most of our stay but equally would have enjoyed a quiet retreat break enjoying the local walks and beauty of the area. Thanks Romy :)

We had a fantastic stay at Tipsy Cottages and couldn't recommend it more! It is exceptionally clean, on a quiet and tranquil location that was very easy to find. Georgina is a wonderful host, she gave detailed instructions days before arrival and you can tell she takes great pride in the cottages because they were very well kept. She was very thoughtful and accommodating with our dog, left bowls and a portable bed with dog towels prepared too! We felt right at home immediately, with a fire ready to get started! There's lots of fantastic local walks surrounding the area (we walked all the way into Battle!), the George is also a great dog friendly pub. The bonus for us was how easily accessible this was from London with a train station just 15 min walk away. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!
