this place is perfect for getting out of the hustle and bustle of the city. All employees are very friendly and super accommodating. When I didn't go so well on the day of departure, we were also allowed to check out later. On excursions, we were always helped directly to organize a car. It is really a very nice and quiet place. the food is also super delicious.

What a great host! Excellent communication, great advice and organised our airport transfer. Perfect English communication. Location is very central, tucked away off the street down an alleyway - you may wonder where you are going, but it's worth the winding path to the door. This is definitely a Vietnamese home over 3 floors, so be prepared for a lot of steps.

We had an amazing time here!! Firstly, we were hesitant when booking as it had 0 reviews, however we were completely put at ease when communicating with the host who kindly explained everything to us, all the facilities and features, and that it's new hence not many reviews. The host is super kind and fast at responding, even arranged a fruit gift for our special occasion. The space is exactly like the photos. We loved how open we could make it feel, every window and door opens, it felt very bright and breezy and nice. You can also close everything for privacy. The movie projector with access to Netflix and YouTube is great. Kitchen facilities adequate for cooking meals, and the outdoor charcoal BBQ grill was good to use. Many seating options both inside and outside the room. Property is well managed and cleaned with staff sweeping the deck for us when we arrived. We were allowed to use the washing machine and dryer which was amazing. Only thing was bed a little hard, but not too bad!

The location is at walkable distance to all the attractions and restaurants. Anna's place was very clean with added amenities. We had everything we needed during our stay. She was also very responsive throughout. The neighbourhood felt very safe especially for us women travelling at night. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay during my trip back home. Despite booking during the Tet holiday, the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite things was the sunny balcony—it was a great spot to relax. The place is also very quiet, offering a peaceful environment. Its location near the Old Quarter is perfect for easy access to the city's attractions. The host also recommended several local eateries nearby, although, due to Tet, I didn't have the chance to try them all. Highly recommend this place for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

The room was spacious and beautiful. The space was designed and decorated with a thoughtful and aesthetically pleasing selection of furniture, colors, and materials. Everything was super clean and the view is from balcony is breathtaking.

Nice place to stay, worth the money. Corresponds to the concept of AirBnB when you live as a guest) The place is small, but it's cozy and has a great view of the entire Eco Park from above. The hosts are nice and helpful people. Thank you

Surreal is one word that described my stay. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. There are mini marts, ATM, restaurants everywhere! and even a park for picnics or running if that's your thing. The apartment itself has a nice garden where you can just sit and take in all the surrounding beauty. I made memories sitting by the river at night alone and safe. I had a wonderful stay at this great apartment! The view of the skyscrapers was breathtaking. The apartment, as well as the whole building are very modern. The smart TV is also great. The price for this is unbeatable. Above all, the host impressed me too. He was quick to respond to messages. I foolishly left my work phone in the apartment. Luckily the host found it and I was able to pick it up without complications. Thanks again! ^^

Great place to stay, and beautiful surroundings. My only complaint would be that the bed was uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Mai's apartment. Mai's team were great with communication leading up to and during my stay. The apartment was nicely decorated with quality furniture in a new building. The amenities were also great and made staying at Mai's apartment comfortable. I was able to comfortably plan the rest of my Vietnam trip with great WiFi. I would definitely stay here again whenever I come back to Hanoi!

We liked the Ecopark residential complex, there is green around, there is a place to walk, the house has a swimming pool with a sauna, which was a very nice bonus! The apartment is equipped with all necessary facilities to live.

Nice, fully furnished, clean room Recommend should not park a car here, can take a bus or technology car. Parking for one night is 270, quite expensive

We had an excellent stay here in the beautiful ecopark with natural surroundings. It was located close enough to the buzz of Hanoi without compromising on peace and quiet. If I had any questions, they were very quickly answered and we were left a lovely souvenir, which was a nice touch. Thank you for looking after us so well.
