I hope I'm not to blunt when I say this, but I f**king love this place. My wife & kids had a wonderful time. I didn't think I would really enjoy myself here due the altitude which bothered me but overall that didn't stop me from enjoying myself. This place will definitely be my got to spot whenever I visit Colorado again.

House was just as it was described and was perfect for us. Check-in was no problem at all. The brief was amazing just like the description said. We had a few questions and Barry was quick to answer. We spent two nights here and really enjoyed our time. beautiful home with everything you would need. the kitchen was the best I've experienced staying in an AirBnB-it had literally everything we needed to cook a feast. the hot tub was so relaxing and we spent most of our time in it. this location is perfect for large families or for just two people. would love to come back again with our family in the future!

My wife and I had a great time staying here for our 1 year wedding anniversary. It was secluded away from other homes and was exactly what we were looking for. It was super cozy and had great Mountain View’s to wake up to every morning! We would definitely stay again.

Well-equipped kitchen to cook for a group, and lovely sunny adjacent dining area, with plenty of nooks and inviting living spaces. Beautiful remote setting, very private. Just remember it’s 45 minutes from grocery or restaurant or gas. Christy is a cheerful and responsive host who is on the forefront of local regenerative agriculture practice.

We were very grateful to find this quirky home when another AirBNB cancelled on us at the last minute right before a bleak snow storm. We arrived to a lovely warm house and had fun playing some old LP records. We woke to a decent blanket of snow, which didn't seem to bother the three deer nibbling at the trees right outside the kitchen window. All in all very tranquil.

Jeremy's place was perfect for our group as we explored Great Sand Dunes and several state parks in the area. Everyone had their own space, the kids loved the basement and the games, and the main living space was great for when we all wanted to be together. The neighborhood was quiet, and we had an awesome view of snow- capped mountains out the front. Jeremy is a gracious host - definitely recommend!
