It was a really nice stay. The place is very nice and cozy🤩. The area is also very well located close to many restaurants and supermarkets, a hostess with excellent communication, kindness and making us feel in a comfortable place, super detailed every aspect of the house and above all beautiful 😍🫶🏻

Very good experience, the accommodation is very nice, clean and practical, as in the photos, in beach casita style. The neighborhood is secure at night. Only 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. The host Ana was very attentive and friendly, I helped us with what we needed and gave us useful recommendations. Thank you very much!

Spectacular modern home as pictured. Great location near stair 9 with beach access. The main level living area and terrace are great for entertaining the entire family during your stay. Full amenities and well-equipped home.

This place is in the perfect location right on the beach in San Bartolo, and Juan Francisco was a great host. We arrived late at night and had a little trouble figuring out how to get into the building, but it ended up working out. The place simple, perfect for a family beach getaway. And Juan Francisco has an umbrella and other beach gear available.

Excellent location and very comfortable I loved it

We were attended by Mrs. Rosa, very friendly and the place quite cozy. Important to go by vehicle since to exit towards the plaza, it is necessary to move around in mobility. Super search if you go by car.

Quiet, clean space near a great hiking space. Safe, great host, birds in the trees around make waking up there nice. 45-60 minutes outside of Miraflores.

We had a great time in Punta Hermosa, The gps is not 100% clear with directions so it is a bit to find the place but once we did it was all great. Rodolfo’s dad was there to welcome us and give us some instructions to follow. Be aware there is no water filter. Location absolutely great for surfing. You can see Señoritas and Caballeros from the balcony. Lots of walkable little restaurants near by. Thank you Rodolfo! We will definitely be back 🫶🏼

We had a great weekend an excellent place to go with family or group of friends, close to everything walking 10 minutes from almost everything. the cleanliness and tidiness, impeccable. the hospitality, unique, good service, quick response. Always constant communication. recommended 10/10, everything was excellent

This was a great stay in the apartment unit. Everything was good the apartment has everything you need and the view of the beach and ocean is amazing. I recommend this unit for anyone visiting San Bartolo. Thank you all!

Great location, spent 90% of the time on the terrace, morning, afternoon, and evenings are great. Very peaceful view of the beach and the ocean. Just a short walk to the ocean, the small pool was great when the afternoon got hot on the terrace. Judith was very responsive to any questions. The area is very private as there are several vehicle checkpoints to get there, and the guards can be a bit annoying not believing that you belong there, and they change every day. Great restaurants all around. Los Muchachos, La Casa de Gloria, and more. Didn't get to try but a few of them, but you can't go wrong with food here. Getting there from Lima there's several toll booths, so get your change or credit cards ready. Parking is inside the garage which is nice and safe, but it is a bit tight for a midsize vehicle, so slowly in, and slowly out making a wide turn to get in. The unit is up 3 flights of stairs, so carrying luggage and groceries is a bit of a chore, but totally worth it.

The location is really beautiful , the view , tranquility everything was excellent just a suggestion for the jacuzzi I would have liked that there was more hot water since the date we went to cold, it had been 10 out of 10 if the jacuzzi would have more hot water, thank you and if I would go again.

we had a great time at the host. everything was super clean and the apartment is big with a great view to the ocean (sunset is amazing). I even saw dolphins from the balcony. If I would go again to this area, that's will be definitely the first place I would ask to stay. Big thanks to the service at the location. They do a great Job.

The depa is perfect for a two-way getaway. The facilities are super, the condominium is beautiful and very quiet. We spent some very nice days. Roxana super attentive to any questions we asked her, she is a super host.

Luis is a great host! The condominium with its rules just for the good coexistence of everyone, we used the excellent grill area, I loved that it is family and to be able to enjoy the pool and beach so close, the apartment very well equipped, cozy and clean. We have a nice family vacation.

The very good accommodation, located on floor 1, spacious and comfortable, with everything you need for a few family days. Also the condominium is very complete, tidy and with clear rules of conviviality. Easy access to the beach, a very complete restaurant, in short, not only the good accommodation but the environment gives it an added value. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place and close to downtown!

Full floor apartment with an elevator entrance straight into the unit. It’s huge and has a huge balcony. Water is hot, internet is pretty good and there’s a big TV in the family room with all the apps. Hot tub gets hot (takes 3-4 hours) and can fit 6 adults comfortably. View of the ocean and sunset is incredible. You’re on the front row with only the beach in front of you—all you’ll hear at night is the waves. Highly recommended!
