It is close to Qixingtan, the invincible sea view, and the pyrotechnic can also be seen in the room during the year. The kitchen utensils were also thoughtful, and the pots and dishes and dish knives, etc. were all well stocked. The hot water also came quickly and the water pressure was plentiful and recommended for those who like to take a bath under the waterfall. We truly appreciated Sofia's apartment. It was generously sized for two people, allowing each of us to have our own bathroom. The interior was thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the apartment was impeccably clean, well-organized, and looked exactly like the pictures. Sofia welcomed us warmly and explained how to use the elevator dongle and the door code. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals. There were also numerous restaurants within walking distance, and the beach was only about 8 minutes away. We were especially grateful for Sofia's flexibility with the check-out process. Since we had to travel to Taipei for work on short notice, she was very accommodating and allowed us to check out earlier than originally planned. Comfortable and good location

Very well furnished with quality furniture, impeccably clean and well kept. Functional living spaces for families and groups with large living and dining area. Located on the fourth floor without lifts, so not for those with mobility issues or heavy/large luggage

It was a great stay and the host person is also very kind and will stay in Hualien next time.

WOW! WOW! WOW! We stayed in this apartment for only two nights and we absolutely loved it. The space is clean and free of clutter. There isn't much furniture- mostly beds and a table, but we were comfortable. The table is antique and beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful. The location worked well for us, between the train/bus station and the night markets, within walking distance of everything, including several amazing restaurants and coffee shops. We also made use of the nearby laundry facilities, which were super easy to use. The host was so kind and so helpful. She was always happy to assist us and communicate with us. I would recommend this place without any hesitation!

Very satisfied, quiet space away from the city, priceless beautiful ocean views, lucky weather was good with all the sunrises seen, the space of the house was spacious, very clean and comfortable, Vincent was kind and positive connection, made us look forward to this trip, thank you both, hope to have a chance to stay again next time!

Very comfortable

As soon as you enter the door, you can see the super atmospheric black cat🐈‍⬛ housekeeper's enthusiastic hospitality. I like to be photographed and touch my chin ~ The room is very clean and very well designed.❤️

The price is comparable to the room, both are good, the space is large, and there is a filtered faucet, and the bed pillow is slightly soft

Convenient location, close to the station, KTV, clean and comfortable room, but the sound insulation of the room is poor

The location was excellent, a lot of good food nearby, the owner was kind and tried to make us as easy as possible, any pre-arrival arrangements, post check-in questions, and help before leaving.

The owner is an interior designer himself, and he uses the studio upstairs as a living space. As soon as you enter the door, you are attracted by the interior decoration. This is what is called "interior design".The owner is very warm and friendly and even helped us with our luggage. The room is comfortable, the bed is large and comfortable, the bathroom space is large, and there is even a huge bathtub. I like it overall and am very satisfied.

It is fully functional and welcoming, and the host is very attentive and proactive to the needs of guests.The accommodations also have a great sense of security and would 100% recommend this place if you are a self driving traveler or have a long stay. Also, because it's pet friendly, it's really touched by being able to offer a place like this, and I hope all the guests will take care of such a great space that the host has to offer together.

Incredible hosts. There’s a cat that lives outside the building, she’s territorial at first, just give her treats and she will love you forever. Location is great, walking distance from Train Station, lots of local restaurants, gyms, laundry, cafe, tea. Will be returning. Great for short & longterm stays. Wifi can go in and out, I still was able to work in the building though!

The location is convenient, the place is very clean, minimalistic and quiet, the house owner is also very kind and considerate, the stay is also provided with tourist information and food map, great stay, next time to Hualien will choose here again☺️

Thanks to Ivy for everything, there is no elevator on the 5th floor, and Ivy will check if it can be accepted before charging rent.Once you enter the door, you will see the card and snacks prepared by ivy. There will also be food guides nearby on the table. Each room is very comfortable and cozy. Thank you Ivy for your thoughtfulness. We had a great time these few days.
