the apartment has a very beautiful view, it is spacious and well equipped for 6. the linens are of very good quality , the services too. the host is very attentive, there were bcp of products offered for our welcome. Julian kept in touch with us during our stay , he always advised us, although we did not meet his neighbor Noé who came very kindly to welcome us for him. Thank you.

This place is great!! If you are staying in Valencia this neighbourhood is a great choice, there is everything you need close by and everything is in walking distance! This apartment is on a quieter street, has a bright clean and safe entrance hall and a lift! The apartment has absolutely everything you could possibly ever need and more!! We have never seen a better equipped place! The hosts met us at exactly the time we arrived and explained everything clearly and followed this up with messsages and pictures of the equipment so we knew everything (great prompt communication) The bathroom was clean and spacious (seemed bigger than the pictures!) there was loads of wardrobe/storage space, the couch was comfortable, the balcony was lovely to sit out on. The bed and pillows were comfy and I slept very well! Highly recommend this place, it lacked nothing! Ten stars 🌟

Nice apartment, close to the beach, definitely we will back

Stay in a family place. Tennis court, paddle, pedestrian, pool. Beach a few meters away with private access. An apartment with everything you need for your stay in terms of utensils and linens and bathrooms. Outdoor indoor parking spot right there. Elevator and access to people with disabilities. Smart tv, internet, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, hob... You don't miss anything from home.

We had great time in Maria's appartment. At arrival Manuel was waiting for us to hand over the keys and tell more about the house en surroundings. Very kind and helpful! The location is superb, everything is closeby, from the beach till all kinds of restaurants. Easy to walk too. Our favorite, small but tast was Cafe Milano, just around the corner. Evening diner we recommend Katmandu (Indian) lots of value for money. Also the terrace (naya) and the garden were lovely. So much space to be outside. We would love to come back one day.

I absolutely loved the place and the location. The apartment is very well appointed, high end finishing and feels like home. The location is absolutely the best and would not stay anywhere else. A walking distanced from amazing restaurants, shopping malls and the city of Art and Science. I would stay here every time I visit Valencia. Diane was very welcoming and available anytime. The instructions inside the apartment were very helpful. Love it!!

Exactly as described in the description and pictures. Modern, clean and in a great location, just 10 minutes walk into town. The kitchen was well stocked and had some food items such as oil, salt and pepper, etc in the cupboards and coffee for then espresso machine. The pool was great for our 3 year old son and the balcony was great to sit on in the evening. If you are considering a trip to Denia I would highly recommend this place, we would stay here again!

Reyes is such a lovely host with a beautiful home. . In a great location right next to the Art and Sciences centre of Valencia. Finding her home was so easy for my parents due to her great instructions and she kindly met them there. The facilities in her home were good, it was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend. Great location for morning runs.

Juan was a very pleasant and responsive host who offered a lot of information on any question. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics along with fruit and a bottle of wine. The apartment was as shown in the photos. The bedroom was comfortable with blackout shades. The building was quiet. We enjoyed our stay

Juan and Rafael were both fabulous hosts. Easy to contact and very responsive. Very spacious apartment in a great location close to the beach, restaurants, shops and a bus stop directly outside the apartment which takes you to the city centre in 15 minutes. Would highly recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic stay at Jose Antonio and Eva’s place! They were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it super convenient to explore the city. Jose Antonio and Eva also provided great recommendations and were always available if we had any questions. Their hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

We spent a month in Eduardo's apartment and it was a fantastic time. Easy check-in, clean apartment, everything as described. Our favorite place was the patio with a wonderful view. In the morning you could watch the sunrise from the balcony. We really enjoyed the whole complex, the big pool, the places around it, the toilets next to the pool, the field, the playground. We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant downstairs. Delicious coffee, tasty food at affordable prices. Eduardo definitely deserves the title of a Superhost. He responded to our messages very quickly, and every minor or bigger issue tried to resolve. Thank you so much and best regards! And a small suggestion - it would be nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge waiting for guests. Our flight was delayed, we were quite late at night, shops closed, only open from 9. We didn't dream of anything like a cool glass of water :)

The best Airbnb in which we have ever stayed. This is a very large townhouse, thoughtfully decorated with high quality and very comfortable furniture and finishes, and more space than one would imagine compared to a traditional Airbnb listing. It is distributed across 3 floors, with 3 master bedrooms, and each with their own bathroom - we are 6 adults and it felt like we each had our own private residence. For those who like to cook, a large, open and well appointed kitchen. For those who like to drive, a 2 car garage capable of accommodating full size SUVs, and for those who like to cycle, two high quality bicycles at your disposal. Great location - next to the historical central market, and a 15 minute walk straight to the port. Very easy driving access in / out of Javea. We are very experienced travellers - none of us wanted to leave, ever! Finally, Inge is a fantastic host. Friendly, considerate and endlessly helpful. We could not recommend this place, or our host, more highly.

We spent a fantastic few days at Elena's place. The house is just like the photos and meets expectations. It has everything you need and the outside is beautiful. She has been super friendly at all times. We were very comfortable! :)

**A Spacious Family Retreat with a Responsive Host** We had a wonderful stay at Jose's place. The house is incredibly spacious, perfect for large families or groups. Our group of 3 families with 5 young children had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kids especially loved the dedicated movie and playroom, complete with a popcorn machine! The kitchen is large and well-equipped, though we did miss a few more pots and pans. It would also be helpful to have a clothes stand for drying towels and clothes. Despite a few minor inconveniences, our host was incredibly responsive and helpful. They were especially accommodating during a challenging time, keeping us informed and prioritizing our safety. We would definitely recommend this place for families seeking a comfortable and spacious getaway.
