Linda’s place is great and she is a great host. Even a paved guest parking area! She has a private entrance to the basement and she was more than accommodating! I’ll mark this one as a favorite because I come to the area frequently and will definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed here for one night and we loved it! Paul was very responsive and friendly. We thought the bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again!

Cute place. It worked really well for a family of four. We got to watch TV at night when we got back from my time in the city, and we also appreciated the kitchen to cook. When we asked about using the grill, they obliged, and also set up the fire pit for us since it was a cool night. Would definitely recommend and come again.

The place is very spacious and the free off street parking was a great value. The place is very modern and shower had a good water pressure and bed was very comfortable. The only con is the footsteps from a floor above so it may not be suitable for a light sleeper. But for us, pros clearly outweighed and it was much better choice than staying in a hotel. Thank you.

Great place in a quiet, safe neighborhood for a quick overnight! The space is small but comfortable, and the rain showerhead alone is worth the booking! Dedicated parking and laundry were huge perks. I would book again without hesitation.

My husband and I have stayed at many Airbnb’s all over the country. This one was one of the best, and probably the most comfortable, we have ever stayed in. I was told that one of the hosts likes to greet guests when they arrive, but because I tend to be socially awkward I requested a self check-in and they were more than accommodating. There was plenty of space for us and our dogs and we all felt like we were at home. The amenities are very well thought out and overall we really just loved it! I can’t recommend this Airbnb highly enough and we would definitely come back. Thank you so much!

Patricia and Guillaume’s home and the grounds are absolutely lovely. Huge floor to ceiling windows out to the large yard in back. Big kitchen, great patio for barbequing, amazing pool with all the chairs, loungers, and floaties you need. Ping pong, pool table, comfortable, super clean, and really felt like you were invited into someone’s special place. This home is even better than what the photos and listing describe. The hosts are friendly, helpful, gracious, and excellent communicators. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a place that would accommodate our remote work for a few weeks and then family visiting for the holidays. Sara’s home was perfect - large, comfortable, and perfectly located. We loved exploring Takoma Park - great shops and restaurants just around the corner. And the metro is an easy walk. This home had all the amenities we needed to make us feel at home - an exceptionally well-stocked kitchen, books, art supplies, games, and even a piano. Sara was an outstanding host. She communicated quickly and was proactive about anything that could potentially be a concern. We didn’t have any problems at all, but it’s always nice to know the host is so helpful.

Fantastic home , very walkable. My children 7 and 15 really enjoyed staying in this home. Everything was so updated and spotless clean. My family had a fantastic time in DC walking everywhere from here. Nice kitchen with everything we needed to cook a family dinner with the kids. We had fresh coffee in the morning and really enjoyed the fireplace in this winter. Will definitely come back in the summer. Thank you.

Well within walking distance to restaurants, city center and shops! Very peaceful setting in the backyard and spacious house. Well appointed kitchen overall a great house and location.

Michelle and Jeff's house was the perfect base for my family for our DC trip. The house is comfortable, in a lovely neighborhood, perfectly located near Downtown Silver Spring, a Trader Joe's, and DC. We felt right at home, with everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

The house was everything they said it was. Very spacious and comfortable. We had a group of 10 and everyone was comfortable. Great restaurants within walking distance. The best part, I think, was how safe we felt. We plan to come back next year with our grandchildren and I hope the house will be available. We definitely would stay there again. Highly recommend. Helen was so sweet. Everything was as described. And I love how clean her place was. Bar right on the corner. Parking was accurately explained and easy to maneuver. Even street parking wasn’t bad. Loved that she took care of clearing snow from driveway before arrival. Again very responsive. Lovely host.

Kiwi was an exceptional host through and through. From initially booking, Kiwi promoted introductions and provided on any questions I had in preparation to my stay. Upon arriving, Kiwi was very responsive and even had a very helpful phone call when I had some trouble getting inside their beautiful home. Home host a lot of peace and lived up to the listings description. With all of the space and amenities, it was destined to be a great stay! 10/10 recommend and will be booking with Kiwi again :)

The house look just like the pictures wonder view from the roof, and it was relatively clean… I have no complaints. It’s a nice place if you wanna stay near Baltimore Harbor. A+

We enjoyed our stay. Judy was very responsive and checked in on us several times to make sure everything was ok. The unit was clean and well appointed. The living areas and bedroom are large, easily accommodating our family. We did not use any of the building amenities. The location was convenient to shops and restaurants.

I rarely remember to write reviews but Tianni was very sweet and welcoming. The place was adorable and recently updated and very accommodating. If you do drive, as we did, it is parking out front so you must keep in mind of the 'no parking' on weekdays during morning and evening rush hour. However the metro is just a 5 minute walk which is very convenient. I would 100% recommend this place.
