Absolutely stunning location. The house is picture perfect, very clean, quality linen, all kitchen amenities plus extras! Lovely and warm. Highly recommend staying here. We loved looking out to the sea, seeing & hearing the waves crashing onto the beach, magical.

We had a great stay at Tamsin's place, Hanover is a really nice area to stay, and the Geese pub on the corner is one of our favourite places :) The house itself was perfect for us and had everything you need. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed for 2 nights for my cousins hen do & it was lovely. It wasn’t really far from the train station to head into Brighton, and is also across the road from the beach. The mattresses were very comfy & the flats overall felt homely. We didn’t realise that there wasn’t a door to get into the other flats but we didn’t mind as it’s only a few steps to go through the other front door. Andy was also very lovely and friendly. He responded to my questions very quickly and I was never left waiting ages for an answer. Loved the place and had a great time! Thank you :)

We had a lovely weekend at Linzi’s. The house is very spacious and clean with everything we needed. The location was great for the beach as well as shops and pubs. It was nice to be able to take the dogs.

The host responded to messages very promptly .She arranged a parking permit for our stay which was much appreciated. The Airbnb was a beautifully decorated home which was immaculate . The central heating was easy to use , the bathroom was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable There was milk in the fridge on our arrival which was great .

I cannot recommend this property enough! The house was absolutely beautiful and exceeded all expectations—it was the perfect setting for my mum’s 60th birthday surprise. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our stay comfortable and memorable. The space was immaculate, stylish, and cozy, with everything we needed to celebrate such a special occasion. The hosts were incredibly attentive and accommodating, which made the experience even better. I’m so glad I booked this property—it truly made the weekend unforgettable. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and will be recommending it to all my friends and family.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea la Vie. Rob’s place is fantastic, it’s in a great location in Hove, the house has been really nicely done up and the secure garden was perfect for our two dogs. We had a brilliant week and can’t wait to come back in the future. Would highly recommend!

Quiet and private but close enough to the Marina or the City when we needed to be out and about. Lovely accomodation in a great location. Hosts were very responsive and instructions clear, and good local recommendations 😃 No parking but we were advised of reasonable priced parking about 5 mins walk away (£9.60 for 24 hours). Would stay again

We love the location. everything is walkable. The size is perfect for the 5 of us (adults). The place is clean with pretty much everything we needed for our stay. I love the fact that it's on the first floor and very quiet. John allowed us to check in a couple of hours early and for that I'm grateful being that I took the red eye flight from the US. I was able to take a nap before going around town. Check in instructions are very clear. John and Allison are pretty quick to responds to all my questions/concerns.

I booked Olivia’s place as a last minute getaway and everything was absolutely perfect! Olivia is so so kind and lovely, and she responded very quick to any of my messages, going above and beyond to make sure i had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. The check in and check out was super easy and i was provided with plenty of information for all aspects of my stay so that i didn’t really need to reach out with any enquiries. The apartment is in a perfect location, yet private, cute and cozy. The balcony was an amazing addition! Can’t recommend this place enough! :)

An amazing 3 nights stay at this beautiful location. The view is stunning! Lots to do in the area and the number 700 bus is a cheap and easy route into Brighton. Harley was a great host also. Thank you

It was a calm house like an English, and the atmosphere of the city was good and I had a restful stay.It was easy to get to the center of the city and the coast.

What a fabulous experience! The apartment is absolutely beautiful, airy, and warm. The garden is an added bonus and I’m sure would be fantastic to sit in, in the warmer months, but our dog loved it. Location couldn’t be better with a one minute walk to the seafront and endless great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Joanne was quick to respond to any queries and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be returning.

David's flat is a gem of a find in the Kemptown area of Brighton. An easy walk to the beach, lots of coffee shops and restaurants close by, and only 15 mins to Brighton pier and The Lanes. Generally quiet location, although as other reviewers have said, it can be a bit noisy on the street, so I'd recommend bringing ear plugs for those in the front bedroom. The flat itself is as described, is well kitted out with amenities, clean and warm. Highly recommended and we look forward to staying again.

The apartment was ideally located (15minutes by walk from the center, 10minites from the pier, 5/7minutes from the sea) in an area I really enjoy of Brighton. Going uphill, there's a really nice and quiet park with foxes, squirrels and other animals it was really something we enjoyed. There's plenty of bars and pubs at 5minutes by walk and the street is very quiet at night. The appartement feels like you have more space because of it's architecture. Plus the water closet and bathroom are opposite way of the bedroom so it allows for people to not wake up others if needed. I found it to be a plus. Host is reactive too ! We had a nice stay and were able to enjoy everything Brighton has to offer without needing to take the car or even public transports. We have done every walking. But be aware that car park is complicated there.

Thanks for a lovely stay. Great location. Easy walk into town and on bus route too. Flat is clean and tidy and host super helpful. Parking spot is really handy, though as others described would be a squeeze in a larger car.

Sarah’s place was brilliant. It’s in a great location and I can see why in top 1% of places to stay with all extras. Sarah left us a bottle of bubbly , pastries, milk, jams, marmite , tea and coffee loads extra stuff that made staying there a joy. The apartment had everything you need and more including electric blanket! The smart tv and wi Fi worked great not that we in much to test ! This was a lovely place to stay and when come back to Brighton love to stay here! Thank you
