My husband and I needed a last minute place to stay over the past weekend. We wanted to stay in the L’Anise area, since we have a friend that lives in the town, and this was the best option. The unit is clean, has an amazing view of Lake Superior and is very spacious. I was very impressed with the unit overall. I would gladly book again!

Clean, convenient and comfortable: three simple words to describe Trisha’s place, but it was so much more. This is a very pretty and spacious apartment located over a bakery that sits on Lakeshore Drive in downtown Houghton with a spectacular view of the canal. The location is very convenient and walkable to everything downtown. The apartment is a one bedroom with an open kitchen/dining/living room. We loved the recliners in the living room. The hosts have tried to think of everything to make their guests comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, including a Keurig and a standard coffee maker. Checking in was easy, and Trisia answered every question I had within minutes. I highly recommend this great place!

Bed was so comfy!! Very cute apartment. A perfect fit for just my husband and I visiting our son a MTU. Perfect location.

Great place, easy to find, larger than what I expected. Perfect for 2-4 people. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Lots of extras like towels, blankets etc. great space with storage ! Great job!

Loved the location for a weekend visit to see our kids at MTU for winter carnival. Just the right size for the two of us yet plenty of room to have the kids over for a home cooked meal as well. Bed was super comfortable! Frederick was quickly responsive prior to our check-in. We would highly recommend - wish we would have found it sooner in all our trips up!

Our family of four stayed here for a weekend of skiing at Mt. Bohemia. The suite was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. I forgot to bring my favorite coffee and was delighted to find that there was some excellent coffee on hand from a local roaster! I the view of Lake Superior was amazing. Would definitely come back!

House was perfect for our first snowmobile trip to the Keewauau. Loved the easy access to the trail right from the driveway. House was very clean and modern. Bed was very comfy. Also loved that we could walk to the restaurant in the evening. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

If you’re looking for one of the best lake views in the upper peninsula the freshwater house is it. Ross is extremely easy to communicate with and the house is exactly as described in the description. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a peaceful place with an amazing view to book with Ross.

This is exactly what we were looking for on our weekend away to the Copper Country. We checked in, got the key, then immediately started the sauna :). Jason gave several suggestions for places to eat and we tried a few and had excellent food and service. The house was comfortable, secluded, and we felt right at home. Definitely one of the best Airbnb properties we have ever stayed in. Who knows we might come back this summer :)

Everything was great. Was a good stay and experience. Stove top plus laundry washer and full bathroom were all reasons for choosing. One thing to note, if you’re cooking there’s no fan for any smoke when cooking meat, so open a window. Dishes were good, silverware you may need to wash before use. Easy communication great location.

Vita, has a Class A place!!! we enjoyed all the little things she did to make us comfortable without being obvious... Handwritten letter, beer, soda, ice in the refrig, great coffee, great breakfast snacks and kitchen you would swear was your own with all of the amenities. Plus theater in the basement, Great outside accommodations, didn't get to use the grill but wanted to. Let's just just say that this home is the Pinnacle of Houghton! My highest recommendation! Bravo!!!!

I loved her cozy Airbnb! Felt like I was home 🏡 but a lot colder and way more snow 😊. Very very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals which is not always the case. PLENTY of sleeping room. It was just my daughter and I but wanted to check it out for the summer time and I will try to rent it again for then. Cheryl was super sweet and kind. We had an issue but she was very quick to respond and fix the situation. GREAT host! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
