Beachfront vacation rentals in Hotel Zone

While the weather didn’t cooperate while we were there the first few days the home was in a great location beach with a pool facing the water. There was also direct access to the beach and an 0X0X right new door with some vendors and restaurants making it convenient. There was a cabinet full of games plenty of towels and necessary bar items to make drinks. Enjoyed our stay!

I can really recommend mami s place. Beautiful view and all amenities you need. The area is so well kept, posh and quiet.

Great location and space. We only had issues about not having hot water in the bathrooms - which is ok as cancun is a hot place, so we used cold water.

I want to start off by saying this location alone was amazing. The hospitality the host and co host provided was amazing. My first time in Mexico so I was a little on edge but he assured we were ok and in safe hands. The drivers were nice and warm. They chat to give off comfort. My host also helped book our attractions at xcaret. We had an incredible time. This is the best host I’ve ever endured. Thank you all for helping me have a wonderful birthday. We will be back, looking to book again soon now. After researching I’ve come across bigger condos to accommodate my family as well for a family trip. I can’t thank you no more than BIG THANK YOU!!! Very Responsive!!

Our group really enjoyed staying at this Airbnb for our vacation in Cancun. The Airbnb was clean, private, and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting outside, lounging by the pool, and taking advantage of the private beach that was just steps away. Daniel was very responsive before our vacation so we knew what to expect and was also responsive during our stay, even though he was on vacation himself. I will be looking to see if Daniels Airbnb is available next time I’m in Cancun. I definitely recommend this home!

OMG ! Magali and her family were the most gracious hosts ever. The description matched exactly and the views were amazing. The beach and the surrounding area was beautiful and centrally located . The view of the sunrise coming over Isla Mujeres was spectacular. The ferry terminal is short 2 minute drive or a 10 Minute walk. The water pressure in the showers is pretty good for the Cancún area. We went on a snorkeling tour and the dock was really close by as well. Right out side the home is the beach and “ Suri” sells the best Paloma’s , Michelada’s and cold beer. There is also a restaurant and bar plus other vendors selling Crepes , Shrimp skewers , Corn and other snacks They offered us the apartments upstairs with even more amazing views. The WiFi was fast and easy to connect. It is a gated neighborhood with security 24/7 We felt very safe walking our puppy around. The people were very friendly, It felt like our home in Cancun. Very clean and tidy, We will be back to Magali’s Airbnb !

Excellent accommodation, Lorena is a great host and her place far exceeded my expectations, best of all is that it is pet friendly and in the mornings you can go for a walk the pets on the street (always on a leash), very practical and everything works wonderfully, thank you Lorena, we will be back soon. the hotel zone is 15 or 20 minutes by car (depends on traffic) super quiet and safe area, and the view of the apartment is wonderful. The ferry is approximately less than 1 km away super close. 10 minutes walk or in 3 minutes you arrive by taxi or own car. we are super happy and the beds are very comfortable. super recommended.

Great place to stay. unfortunately the area has become outrageously priced for what you get. Erica and the whole team are amazing.

We were extremely happy during our stay in Cancun. The distance from the accommodation to the airport is very short. The security people are very friendly and loving. The apartment is amazing (there is no elevator) there is parking and the place/subdivision is very quiet. Cleanliness 10/10 The finishes are luxurious especially the bathrooms 🙌🏽 Although there is no room we spend family time playing in the very nice dining room. The cooler is small but there is a cooler for the drinks. We would definitely come back and recommend it 100%

We had a great stay at this beautiful home! It was very well appointed and the rooms were spacious and private. The beds were so comfortable! Marco was very responsive to any needs ! We would definitely stay her again! Loved the traditional decor !

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

Very nice view and nice place

This place was amazing. We loved that it was right on the lagoon, a close walk to the center of the Hotel Zone, and the privacy one in the property was great. There is a plaza right in front of the property that offered multiple dining options and a gas station nearby too. The location was great for walking, and for further areas, Robin was able to provide us with a great contact for rides. The house was unique in that the lower and upper level were connected via a staircase outside, but we didn't use the downstairs so it wasn't an issue for us. The kitchen was perfect size for cooking and the primary bedroom and bathroom were amazing. We enjoyed many nights on the screened in porch and enjoyed our days by the pool and lagoon. This place would be the perfect size for our family of 8. Robin was very responsive once we arrived and helpful when we had questions. I would recommend this place as we felt safe, things were convenient, and the whole place was very peaceful and private.

We really enjoyed this home - it had all the things that I look for like easy check in, a responsive host, clean, everything worked well, etc. Lupita set up a golf cart to be delivered to the house, which made it super easy! We also loved the coffee shop bus nearby and a little supermarket was convenient. We'd definitely stay again!

The view from the room was absolutely beautiful! The place was nice and clean when we arrived. We were able to check in early since our flight arrived before the normal check in time. Caty arranged car service to and from the airport. Caty was very responsive and nice. We will definitely be coming back!

She was very patient with my questions, allowed us to store luggage in the office until check in and checkout as we arrived before. checkin time and also when we had to check out as our flight was not for 8 hours later so it let us have freedom to walk the local beach and go for lunch before heading back to the airport

This is by far the most beautiful Airbnb I've ever stayed in! Everything was perfect, from the decor to the location. The host was also super friendly and made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Sergio and Jose were amazing hosts and the space was wonderful! They were very helpful in suggesting things to do and how to navigate the city. The space was clean and we loved watching the stars from the rooftop terrace at night. I would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful, well-appointed apartment. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the sight and sound of the ocean. There is some traffic noise that drifts up occasionally, but it is mostly masked by the sound of the ocean waves. Josh was a super responsive host and always got back to us within minutes to answer any questions. Concierge service with Gus was top notch also. He arranged for our transport, groceries, chef services, snorkeling tour- anything we needed with grace and kindness. It made for an enjoyable hassle free vacation.

Angie was very responsive and friendly. We loved everything but the remodeling constructions going on next door to us. I especially liked the daily cleaning service.

Super friendly and helpful host who really helped us through the hurricane we were stuck in. She made sure we were well sheltered and she was very responsive to all our queries, going beyond her job to ensure our wellbeing. The place was huge, clean and well stocked. They even provided entertainment and board games when we were caught indoors due to the storm. The unit faces the sea and offers a beautiful view. Great experience:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Exactly as described and in the pics. We had a car and parking there was easy. We were greeted by Fidelia when we arrived. She was so helpful, sweet and kind and made us feel really welcome at the complex. The beach and pool areas were very nice and never crowded. The kitchen was also well equipped and they kindly left snacks and beverages in the fridge. Communication with Ivette and Erika was also excellent. They frequently checked in just to see if we needed anything. The little shop and cafe inside the complex was convenient when we didn't want to go out. We enjoyed a very nice dinner at Navios across the street. All around it was a five star experience!
