Vacation rentals with a patio in Hot Water Beach

The location was great, easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants. We were very impressed with the apartment, it was perfect for two couples. The apartment was very clean and beds were comfortable.

This is one of the nicest places my family has experienced at a short term rental. The location is the most peaceful, beautiful and calm environment. The home is equally beautiful and the people in the community are very welcoming. We highly recommend this booking! Thank you for everything.

We loved our stay in this absolutely beach front apartment. The apartment itself was spacious and well furnished. We loved being able to sit out on the deck and lap up the beach views. With a very swimmable beach only metres away, plus the complex's pool and spa, the swimmers amongst us were very happy. The host Sue was very responsive and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach. But the real highlight for us was the pool and spa! Highly recommend and would love to stay again.

We had a great stay at Michael and Annika's place. Our two small kids loved the swings just outside the flat and all the toys inside. We all enjoyed the large and beautiful garden where we could pick plums and passion fruit straight from the tree. Otherwise we found Michael and Annika to be very considerate hosts, everything we needed in kitchen and even fresh fruit for us. Beds were comfy, the flat feels private and has a nice view. Absolutely recommend.

Perfectly positioned on the beautiful beach and only a few minutes walk from the town, with its many shops, cafes and restaurants. There were seven of us across three generations and we had a fabulous time. The hosts were friendly and flexible. Highly recommended.

Barry was very helpful and gave me some tips on places to go for food and drinks, plus other parts of the coromandel to explore. I wanted to stay another night, but he already had something booked. He did however get in touch with friends who have an Airbnb and asked them if I could stay, which was so kind! I loved the space, namely the thrifted furniture, stained glass and beautiful art. Was cosy, comfy and private while still being right in the centre of town. I’ll definitely be back.

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful house. It has a lot of space, felt even more than in the photos. Sun or Rain it’s great to hang and relax. Very handy to the beach and also shops. A great base for a beach holiday! Thanks a lot for having us!

Loved our stay at Tanya's Bach. Felt right at home. There were 2 couples and 2 singles and the place felt very spacious with loads of different areas to relax. The pool was great for the hear of the day and the spa was great for the evening when the temperature dropped! Would stay again

This was a 5 star plus experience. What a gorgeous spacious period home, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, Great beds, wonderful host. We used the sauna every day.

Great time at this place in Matarangi! Big lawn for Croquet and would be great for a family staying for a beach getaway.

This house is stunning! We had a family holiday here over Easter, to create memories together before some of us move overseas and it was just perfect. It had enough space that we could all relax without feeling on top of each other, amenities that made us so comfortable (shout out to the coffee machine!), beautifully comfortable beds and linen and set in such a peaceful spot. We couldnt recommend this stay more for those needing a bit of space, a touch of luxury and a home that’s well suited for all ages! Toddler friendly, teen friendly, grandparent friendly! 🩷

Amazing place with great amenities and plenty of space indoors and out. Excellent location, literally a couple of minutes walk to the beach and 5 to 10 minutes walk to town. Leanne was a great host who made us feel very welcome and was always very quick to respond to any questions. Would certainly recommend this Bach and we will definitely rebook in the future.

We had an amazing experience at Tracey’s place! The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We loved our staying at Faye’s place in Whangamata. It was sparkling clean and well appointed, and the location is amazing - just a tiny walk to the amazing beach with beautiful sea views from the living room and balcony. Faye was so friendly with her communication and was extremely understanding when we interrupted her Friday evening by accidentally locking ourselves out 🫣 (thanks again!!). I would high recommend a stay here and would love to visit again. All the best Faye.
