Vacation rentals with a patio in Hot Water Beach

The property was great ! It had all the necessary amenities for our trip. Even small things such as take out containers, shopping bags and food seasoning that we didn’t have to bring. The location was great, close enough to the beach and surrounded stores. The overall apartment was clean, and extremely convenient. Awesome place stay if you are on holiday.

Absolutely loved our stay at Shelly’s! The location was amazing. We didn’t have a car and I’m glad we didn’t, we walked everywhere! Such a beautiful apartment and so spacious. We are coming back again next month!

Location is fantastic and the decor is much nicer than the pictures. Due to proximity to everything you may get woken up at 5AM each morning if you're a light sleeper. The kitchen is well stocked aside from the oven that I couldn't get working. Elizabeth was helpful with coordinating a mail delivery. Loved that there was a walk-in closet and two bathrooms. Place was super comfortable and convenient. 💯 would recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying at the villa! The place was stunning, very close to the town centre and restaurants and was exactly what we were looking for. Jacqui was very easy to communicate with too. Would absolutely stay again!

Very happy with our stay at Vicky’s place. Great location and a very clean and tidy apartment. Only downside was lots of stairs to carry quite abit of luggage up 😅 but otherwise a very pleasant stay. Thanks Vicky

Great place to stay. Had everything we needed. My daughter loved the play fort and slide in the garden and was perfect that it was fully fenced for our dog.

Abby’s property is a gem. The space is very relaxing and inviting. It has a lot of character and you can tell it is well loved and taken care of. Abby did an excellent job communicating with us and walked us through the spa and sauna directions. I could easily spend many days just enjoying the space they have here. Thanks again!

Great time at this place in Matarangi! Big lawn for Croquet and would be great for a family staying for a beach getaway.

This house is stunning! We had a family holiday here over Easter, to create memories together before some of us move overseas and it was just perfect. It had enough space that we could all relax without feeling on top of each other, amenities that made us so comfortable (shout out to the coffee machine!), beautifully comfortable beds and linen and set in such a peaceful spot. We couldnt recommend this stay more for those needing a bit of space, a touch of luxury and a home that’s well suited for all ages! Toddler friendly, teen friendly, grandparent friendly! 🩷

Annie & Steve's place has lovely indoor and outdoor living space. The bed is comfortable, and the shower is great. I had everything I needed. I could live in this house not just stay in it for a few days. The garden/avocado orchard created a beautiful and peaceful environment. I thoroughly recommend this place!

Great spot on the coromandel with everything you need for a family getaway. We particularly loved how easy it was to bring our boat and fishing gear, along with our little dog. A classic kiwi bach!

We had a lovely stay at Leanne's property- well appointed with everything we needed. Everything was perfect with easy checkin and Leanne offered up early check in and late check out. House was close to the beach & Superette. We would love to stay again and recommend to others!

Great place to stay only a 1 minute walk from the huge Whitianga beach. Comfortable space for 2 people, and there’s an excellent fish and chip shop between you and the beach. Nice setup with a BBQ and microwave. Recommended.

Great spot! Close to main beach or Pilot Bay and trail up mountain. Easy to walk to shopping and grocery store, or get dinner on the main strip. Comfortable and clean and great natural light.

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.

Last minute stay and was great! The beds are extremely comfortable, enjoyed being able to use the pool and spa! Very clean and tidy apartment and appreciated the little bits like chocolate next to the bed that was super sweet! x would definitely recommend!

Awesome location. Very tidy apartment with stunning views as the sun sets. Bed, linen and pillows were so comfortable and five star hotel quality which I loved.

We loved our staying at Faye’s place in Whangamata. It was sparkling clean and well appointed, and the location is amazing - just a tiny walk to the amazing beach with beautiful sea views from the living room and balcony. Faye was so friendly with her communication and was extremely understanding when we interrupted her Friday evening by accidentally locking ourselves out 🫣 (thanks again!!). I would high recommend a stay here and would love to visit again. All the best Faye.
